Several places I called were unwilling to tow even though they were a “24/7” company. Wilton Springs immediately responded and even left ahead of me to pick up the vehicle and waited to get my keys for a shop. Would recommend to anyone. Super kind, prompt, and efficient.

Had to get my car towed 15 minutes away from my house when my coolant drained and my engine overheated. Rodney arrived in great time, he was very nice, very professional, and got the tow done also in great time. 5 stars, would recommend if you're in Newport or close to it and are in need of a tow

Wilton Springs Towing saved our vacation to Douglas Lake that started on July 12th. I had started to back my boat down a neighborhood ramp and accidentally started to slide towards a 30 foot drop off on one side of the ramp. My right front tire was off the ground and the only thing that kept the Jeep from rolling down the drop off was the boat trailer bottomed out on the asphalt ramp. Wilton Towing arrived and managed to pull the Jeep and boat back up on to the pavement and keep us from a total disaster. He said it was likely the most complicated towing experience he had ever had. He handled it with total professionalism and got the job done without any damage to my Jeep or the boat. He was kind and easy to work with. 100% impressed!!!

The owner was very friendly and professional. He also arrived to get our wrecked vehicle in a timely manner and was very responsibly priced. If we need another tow he will definitely be our first call.

We appreciate the incredible help and kindness that Rodney and his wife provided. Not only did they help get our truck to an auto shop, but they also helped us get to our hotel safely. Rodney was awensome!! We blew a tire on our boat trailer on I40 going back to North Carolina. We called AAA and they said they could not help us becuse it was on our trailer not our vehicle. Rodney showed up in 30 minintues, as he said he would, towed our boat to a local mechanics shop where we were able to get the tire replaced.

Arrived in a reasonable time frame, charged a reasonable price. I really appreciate the fact that I felt comfortable riding in the cab as a single woman. Very respectful and concerned about my comfort.

I had a flat tire on I-40 about 15 miles outside of Newport, TN on August 27, 2023 while driving back to Virginia. Mr. Rodney Raines came out that stormy night and towed my car into town. The next morning after getting the car repaired Mr. Raines drove out to check on me and see if I needed anything.
