I can not tell you how thankful I am for the man at granboys towing who left his grocery shopping at another store to come rescue me and my son when I locked myself out of my car at walmart on one of the coldest nights of the year. I was so thankful and would highly recommend them to anyone. They woman who answered the phone was super sweet and understanding and the man was so nice and quick. Even held my trunk hood up while I loaded my groceries since the cold was making it fall. They will be who I use if I ever need anyone again. So wonderful.

We had the best experience with this company. The costumer service was amazing even though they were pulling our truck out of a very rough spot at almost 3 in the morning. We had altercations along the way and they stood by their word of the original price which was super affordable.

My truck fell in the ditch while on our way back to our Airbnb , gave them a call and pulled me out quick with no issue

So I got a little stuck… I feel incredibly fortunate that I came across Gran Boys. Absolutely the nicest people to work with and went above and beyond what I believe is expected of a towing company. Got the car out of the mud and jumped my battery to get me to a car wash! Thanks again for all your help.

I got our 43' fithwheel stuck on a hairpin turn on highway 32 two miles up. Grand Boys came to our rescue. They all where very professional and took every effort to not cause any damage to our new fithwheel. The driver backed my rig 2 miles down the montain at night, amazing. I would highly recomend Grand Boys Towing.

Unfortunately got into an accident that totaled a car I held pretty close to my heart. These guys did an awesome job with picking it up and taking it to the yard where it will rest indefinitely. They were super cool about me getting any kind of items out as well as coming back to pick up more since I lived 3 hours away. Overall cool and genuine guys and will look out for you.

We have used Gran Boys twice now. Both times they have been amazing. They have handles both of my sons wreaks fast and professional. Highly recommend this company.

Grand Boys towing was great! I needed my UTV hauled for repairs, and the area it was in was "questionable" the tow truck driver was great, let's get it done ma'am he said. I felt safe around him, being a single working mom in a crazy world like today, that goes a long way. The tow truck guy was so respectful, he took a chance & helped me out. Which I will always appreciate. Definitely recommend.

Elliot and Adam were awesome! We had a 26-ft U-Haul truck stuck in the mud. The price from U-Haul to pull it out would cost a flat $450. We reached out to Gran Boys Towing. Not only did we get a better price but they were here and gone within an hour.

Elliot was a great help offloading a 24x6x2, 800# shipment of greenhouse materials from a box truck, and transporting to a remote site. He arrived quickly and offloaded the materials and handled the delivery in a manner that guaranteed a secure delivery.

What a great experience! We needed help with a special project and Gran Boys said sure! Everyone was so nice, from the lady who answers the phone to Elliot the driver who did the work! We appreciate their help so much, and recommend them to anybody.

I have used Keith many times over the years,he is so great that I've never called anyone else so when he went to Gran boys towing I followed and have no regrets. We’re visiting from Myrtle Beach. We went to check in to our Airbnb yesterday to find the driveway was winding, steep, and gravel. Our vehicle lost traction and we ended up bodied on an embankment with our 4 kids. From the lady that answered the phone to the two guys that came in the small wrecker to free us up, everyone was extremely helpful, kind, and professional. The fellas that got us freed were funny, personable, and prompt. They really helped brighten our stressed out, tired moods and save our vacation. I think I’ve learned our limits as far as driving up hills but should we ever end up in a situation like this again in the area, we know who we’ll be calling. Thank you again!

I have used Gran Boys on multiple occasions, and they have always provided a great service. Whether it be one of my cars, trucks or one of my motorcycles, I can always trust it will get to its destination safely. Especially, when I know Ronnie is the driver on the call. This is my go-to company for all my towing and recovery needs. My most recent call to them was at about 2:30 in the morning when my car broke down while I had my daughter with me. What would've been an hour or longer wait with most other companies I have called late at night for a tow, Ronnie was there in a matter of about 15 or 20 minutes after we hung up. I can't say enough good things about them. I highly recommend them and I will continue to use them in the future.

Shortly after I bought my 55 Chevrolet it left me stranded on the side of the road. Keith (a driver for gran boys) went above and beyond while towing my classic. He took every precaution to make sure it was towed without any damage.

These guys are dishonest, manipulative, and completely unethical. They took advantage of the situation and squeezed every penny they could. No breakdown of charges, no paperwork that made sense, just “Pay or you don’t get your truck.” This isn’t towing — this is highway robbery. Gran Boys Towing should be investigated and shut down for their shady practices. Avoid them like the plague. They’ll smile to your face while robbing you blind. SHAME ON THIS COMPANY. Zero integrity, zero customer service, ZERO STARS.

These guys were literally a God-send. While out of state on vacation I was run off a small backroad. The family grocery-getter was very near rolling into a ditch and unable to get back on the road. One quick call brought Gran Boys to my help and in minutes I was back on the pavement. With what could have been a disaster, we were saved. Thank God for them being available and for being so professional and kind. I CANNOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH!

I am the owner operator of a small delivery company that provide services for Amazon. I’ve used over 20 different tow companies in my professional career. None of them was even close to Gran Boys. I absolutely love their service!! Unfortunately, I need to call them at least twice a week (I’m a recurrent customer). They’re high quality, fair price, and quick/responsive. An experience it was one of the worst towing companies I've ever dealt with. The man was not worried about our vehicle, but only his He did Not care to listen to anything we had to say, even though it was our property he was helping us with. He didn't care to ruin it

Our car broke down outside of Newport TN. Jackie at Gran Boys was so great. Got a tow truck dispatched quickly and found someone to fix the radiator. It was 20 degrees and the driver whose name I didn’t get was very kind and professional. Recommend them completely

This Alabama girl got her truck stuck on the side of a Tennessee mountain and Harold at Gran Boys saved me! My hero! ha! I called him in a panic and in LESS than 15 minutes, he was onsite. I was stressing to say the least, but by time his job was done - we were laughing, joking and declaring our undying appreciation for each other. Gran boys towing and recovery are some the most reliable and trust worthy people I have met and will always be there when you need them

I was given a quote of $375 from another local company (White Pine area) to tow my car for 12 miles. I called Gran Boys and it was MUCH cheaper. They got here speedy fast and we're very polite. I highly recommend!!
