They towed the car after <30 minutes of it being parked (illegally I admit). Then they didn't have the car there for another thirteen hours. They also charged well above average and only accept cash. I don't recommend Dale's Towing Company. Crooks!
My car lossed power on yesterday around 4pm on 485, I was able to pull on the side of the rd. Around 5 or 6 I was talking to the people at Riggs and they told me they could get my car towed to their shop because it was cheaper than going to the Nissan place. So tell me why after all that talking, I had to keep calling because nobody that said they would contact me back, contacted me back about anything, I was told I would get a call back 4 or 5 different times and never did. The driver himself didn’t even tell me if he found it or not like he said he would, but gave up on the search and proceeded to go home to add never called me. When I say fed up ain’t even the word right now
They showed up within 10 or so minutes of my call and they were able to adjust to my car not being able to turn or drive all while the car alarm was blaring. He was nice the whole time regardless and made sure my car got back safe. Very straightforward and professional experience.
They was real nice people got me in right away took me to a nice motel repairs was done right and price if repairs was good was within about 50 dollars of my shop so all-around experience I would recommend this place for service

Called twice got a recording that said your call will be recorded for training purposes first time rang once then was hung up on called back same recording rang twice and was hung up on again need a towtruck because I'm broken down on the side of the road
We've had alot of rain lately and when I was leaving my daughter's house I pulled my truck onto the grass as usual and got stuck in the mud. Made a couple of calls and this company sent their truck. Very professional service, and quick. After 5 or 10 minutes I was out of the mud and ready to go. The bill, $150. I realize it didn't take long but I would've paid more if I had to. I recommend them if you're stuck.
I called them, the next day I found out the truck was never picked up. The dispatcher never even called to say anything to me about not picking up the truck. This company will never be called on again by me and at the next Motor trucking association meeting I will let other carries know they are not the company to do business with....
I used their service today. The lady that answered never gave me a quote but once they arrived and after pulling my car out of the mud which was the only reason I called them which only took them 5 mins to do, they hit me with $150.00. They stated it was a lot of manual labor involved and that was a LIE. The truck automatically did the entire job for them. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANY ONE. STAY FAR FAR AWAY.
Called this company 2 months ago and Tony's towing showed up when I thought Rock hill Towing was coming out. Then I called back today and Interstate Towing answered the phone so I had them come out to tow my truck. They were two hours later than they said they would be there. Charged me more than they told me over the phone. Then damaged my truck unloading it! This site is a SCAM you never know who is going to show up and you definitely don't wont Interstate towing your car or truck. BEWARE OF THIS SITE
I worked with Tony from Rock Hill Towing on an accident recovery for a friend involved in the accident and this guy is professional no joke. He handled everyone with calm even if the situation was crazy. Keep up the good work Tony.
Broke down on our way to Ikea from Columbia, SC. It was hot and we had our 4 kids in the car. They responded quicker than I had hoped and I couldn't be more grateful! Would definitely recommend!
