I called roadside assistance and they sent Jet Towing in Rock Hill, SC. The driver was prompt and friendly but not very knowledgeable about his job. He towed my AWD vehicle with no dollies and blew my rear end on my car. I talked to Faith ( the owners wife) and she took responsibility for the damage to my vehicle. She told me to have the garage that was going to fix my car send her an estimate which they did and she told them that they would cover the cost of the repairs because it was their fault. Then three months after the incident the garage finally found a rear end for my car a Jet Towing sent them an email saying that they would not cover the costs of the repairs. I went to the business address and found no one there and it was just their house that they are working out of. This is a backyard operation, they lack the knowledge needed for this kind of work and they DO NOT take responsibility for the damage they do to you vehicle. I’d much rather push my car to a garage then ever use these people again. Now my insurance will go up for their drivers stupidity.

I had a great experience with JET Towing and Recovery. I used my insurance to schedule a tow and at first there was some confusion caused by my insurance provider regarding the type of service I wanted. The dispatcher, Faith, did an excellent job clarifying their services and was very considerate of my concerns. The way she handheld things is THE reason that I specifically requested them the next time that I set up a tow through my insurance. Thanks to Joshua for handling my vehicle and property with care. I wasn't home when he picked up the vehicle but I was able to view it through my cameras and was very pleased at what I saw. This was my first time using JET T&R but I know I will use them again for future needs. Very reasonable pricing as well. Thank you!

He showed up earlier than expected and sat with me while my friend was stuck in traffic, and couldn’t be there right away to pick me up. I felt very cared for.
