Unfortunately my jeep broke down and I needed a tow. Bobo's is our go to. I called it in and within 30 minutes Matt was there to save the day. He was amazing! He took great care of my girl and backed her in my driveway like a pro!! From call to home was about an hour! Bobo's did it again! Thank you Matt for the great and prompt service!
I was very impressed with the prompt and courteous service I received after my car broke down yesterday. The tow truck driver Matt could not have been kinder when I was obviously upset with the situation and the gentleman on the phone was also very responsive. My car and I were delivered to a nearby dealership quickly and in good shape. I would not hesitate to recommend them and use them again as needed. A++ for service!
Matthew Cauthen helped us get towed late at night in not an ideal situation. Very polite and quick to our location . He will definitely be on my saved list.

First of all, excellent customer service on the phone, couldnt have asked for better, when the man came to pick up the broken down car friendly easy to talk to, quick efficent, caught a mistake i made when i forgot to give him the keys, and most of all cheep, 98.80 for a pickup and bringing it to the shop, overall would reccomend, very cheep for this economy and high quality would use this service again
I have had three of my service trucks at Bobo's for mechanic work over last few months for some major repairs each time. Bobo's took excellent care of me all three times! I will not take my trucks anywhere else except here in the future. Trustworthy, honest, affordable repair work, and great communication all three times. As a small business owner It is great peace of mind knowing the folks here will be fair and honest with me. Thank you to all involved at Bobo's shop for keeping us rolling!
Car broke down coming home from vacation heading to Ohio. It was a Thursday, they were able to get the part early Friday and finish it that day otherwise we would have been stranded until Monday. Employees were super nice and me and my family could not be more grateful!!!!

Whoever that was driving up 85 North through Kannapolis on June 30 has some serious road rage. I smoothly switched lanes from the far left lane into the middle lane ending up 30 ft in front of a Bobo’s branded truck. Used my signal, didn’t touch my brakes, just took my foot off the gas. The driver then used the far left lane to get in front of me then flipped me off through the back windows. Super unnecessary and unprofessional especially in a company vehicle. I had my two year old with me so I certainly wasn’t being reckless. Anyway, five stars for the company because I support small businesses and I know that dude has a hard job, but as I tell my kid….. take a belly breath and count to ten.
Was in need of a wrecker to haul my car to a brake repair shop so they could run a diagnostic on it. The driver (James) was prompt, courteous, and informative. I waited for the brake repair shop to call with the results of the diagnostic test. After almost 3 hrs i still had not heard anything so i called and the shop told me no one had delivered a car to them. So i called Bobo’s back and let them know thier driver had not delivered my car. He apologized and said he would find my car, get it delivered to the correct address and make it right. A refund back to my bank account. I thanked him and hung up. I am on a fixed income so i felt it was a blessing. Still had not heard anything by the next morning. So i called again and the repair shop said they finally had the car. Said the driver brought it in, threw the keys on the desk, didnt give any information, and walked out. I was never issued a refund. I will find a different wrecker service next time…
Was in need of a tow and talked with Robin. She made the entire process seamless and easy. The tow truck arrived very promptly. Tony was very professional and friendly. Highly recommend and will definitely use again if the need ever arises.
JOHNATHAN Was AMAZING!! He came very quickly and even got my car towed the tire shop just in time. Thanks to him I was able to have my tire fixed today and get back on the road. Awesome service and definitely recommend!!
I am a hot shot driver and called many places as I had an issue with my Ram 3500. Noah said give me a hour and come on and I will look at it for you. Two hours after arriving he had me back on the road at a VERY good price. Highly recommend this place and Noah for your mechanical needs. Thanks again
I rarely write reviews but I have to this time. My service provider Mr. James gave me the most awesome service and quick long distance tow I’ve ever experienced. He was witty, he was friendly and he truly enjoyed taking care of my special car and was so QUICK! I waited 5 hours in the hot sun in an undesirable location with some undesirable ppl and called a national tow company that I have a PLATINUM membership to never showed up. I called Frank Bobo’s and they estimated my wait time to be 45 minutes. Well Mr. James was there in 10 minutes for my long distance tow and even apologized for being “late”. I was like DUDE, you saved my LIFE AND you came MUCH sooner than expected. He took time and care with my car but he was quick, thorough, and SAFE! He even offered me a ride back but I was just transporting a car so I didn’t need it but thanks anyway Mr. James. When he dropped my car off he asked me where I wanted it and I told him and he hit it on the SPOT!!!!! He even gathered my children and told them to be careful because my car could possibly roll and he watched us chuck the wheels so nothing bad would happen to my family. I’m long winded but I’ll keep this as short as possible. Frank Bobo’s is AWESOME and Mr. James was awesome too. I’m so impressed with the level of professionalism and care for my special car. Honestly, I’ll probably cancel my membership to that silly national yet to be named “Roadside assistance “ and may use Frank Bobo’s to transport all of my special Volvos. Thank you Mr. James, you are AMAZING!!
