I went in for a hydraulic hose. Customer service was good service offering was decent, but the store had cats in there and briefly stunk very badly and majority of the stories that I’ve been in. I’ve never seen any animals inside of nor stink the whole place up.
Jenny was amazing at problem solving and getting my odd matched, hydraulic wine replaced. The store itself is a little unique.You can be aware that there are lots of cats.
Fantastic place. Had to replace a specialized hydraulic fitting and hose for a piece of equipment, all places near me were either closed or did not have what I needed. They stayed open beyond closing time to help me get the right fitting and hose. Superb customer service!!
