Got a flat tire on my drive home. Walked in, asked for a pair of gloves so I could change to the spare tire myself... Jerry (I hope I spelled that correctly) immediately volunteered to come take a look. We couldn't get the flat tire off to put the spare on, so Jerry plugged and pumped the flat tire.

My check engine light came on 5 hours from home and 4 hours from my destination with little ones in the backseat crying and it pouring down cold rain, we pulled over and the oil was completely drained out of my vehicle & every mechanic shop was already closed.
RJ & “Cave man” went absolutely above and beyond to help get us back on the road within the hour. They didn’t have to but they did. I’m forever grateful.

I just wanted to stop and say i am very very happy with my visit we was there since 12 in 12 afternoon till about 5 at night and a really nice gentleman helped me and my fiance get the alternator in he goes by Grizzly Adams he was super kind and really knew what he was doing he helped us alot Again his name was Grizzly Adams thank you so much
Absolutely great experience. Tested battery, showed me dead battery results on device, explained differences in new battery options, installed new battery, filled washer fluid, then fixed leaking washer fluid hose. All in about 15 minutes. You tell me if my visit could have been any better!!!!
Thank you, AutoZone, for checking my father's battery (it needed a jump the day before). We went to Advance Auto Parts, Newberry, SC (two hundred yards away), but a lady told me they do not perform battery checks when it rains (it was a drizzle). I appreciate AutoZone for helping us when Advance Auto Parts DID NOT. Awesome is when you do things that others refuse to do to help!
We broke down outside of Newberry. We got towed to the local autozone and the associates couldn't have been nicer. They were helpful in anyway they could have been. We spent hours in the parking lot and they even came out to check on us every once in a while. Best customer service anyone could ask for.
I was trying to troubleshoot something all by myself with a broken fuse, I was determined to do this all by myself. I ran in and out a few times and when I needed just a little help, 2 employees came right out to help me finish. They were awesome and I will be back.
Dead battery on a road trip?? Auto Zone to the rescue!!! Put the new battery in for me and made sure everything was working before I got back on the road!! Michael was amazing!!!
This is the worst auto zone I have ever been in. They had to order my part which I had to pay for first with my debit card. When the part came in and I picked it up they told be that the receipt was the paper taped to the package. After all this the part did not work! When I returned it she ( the manager ) tried to tell me that I didn’t get it at there store and because I had no receipt that it would have to go on a gift card. I explained to her that that is what I was told was the receipt. She typed in my phone number which was on that paper that was taped to the paper and said it wasn’t showing up. After about an hour she finally put it back in my debit card.
I like AutoZone they just didn't have the bulb that I needed for my signal light but other than that I like AutoZone they're always friendly and nice when I go in there

Had bought rain x wipers and they were terrible the Autozone professional helped me select better wipers and swapped out and put the difference on a gift card! Amazing customer service!
Don't come here if you are not well versed in the mechanical world. The employees expect you to know just as much as them on cars and don't care to help you with your specific needs.
Melvin helped with finding the specialty tool I was looking for. He did not have the spark plug tester I needed in stock . He ordered it for me and it was there the next morning. Thanks Auto Zone for hiring people like Melvin.
My son went to your store and came baxk out and his truck wouyd've start. He test his battery and it was fine. He had to leave his truck overnight. If you're so called texnicitec had an ounce of sense he could have seen the corision on the battery cables ends and told him. I drove from lexLexing SC today and spotted it imediatly. He told him it was probably the stater solenoid . I drove an hour and fixed it in 39 minutes. Hire qualifies people. I am going to paste this on Twitter and the SC bbb
