Fast service! I had a flat tire and made a request for a tire change with my insurance company. The gentleman from Kibler’s arrived quickly, assessed the issue and changed my tire within minutes.

Very fast. Got rear ended a while age and recently dropped my car off on the 29th of January. Received the car back on February 12. The work is very exceptional. Highly recommended this shop for you paint and/or body work needs!

The service we received from this company was absolutely fantastic. Bobby picked us and our broken-down van off the interstate within 15 minutes of getting a call, and was by far the fastest auto service we have ever received. He not only got our family of 6 off of the road safely, but personally made calls to get the van repaired and proceeded to drop us off at a local restaurant. The kindness and care was beyond anything we had ever hoped for, and I would 100% recommend this company to anyone in need of a tow or auto service.

Was kept waiting on the phone for over 10 mins and then told that their queue to work on cars that can be driven was at least 4 months out.

My family was stranded on the interstate going from Myrtle beach home to Illinois. They came and got us quickly and there were 8 of us so we couldn't all ride together. Tommy didn't leave us until we were all together and there is no way to thank him enough!!!

Shady people. Overcharging and willing to put anyone in the dirt just to make a dollar. Mainly the short guy with the beard tho. Tries to squeeze every dollar out of you they can.

Attempted today on 4/28/2021 to get an estimate on my car without having insurance being involved was by an old man who told me he likes to scam insurance companies as much as he can before accepting private pay repairs. No wonder this OLD LOSER had a help wanted sign in front of his business and calling people on a PA system like it’s 1987? It’s 2021 people!

They sure could have shown a little more consideration with the price I had to pay to get my car out of impound. My car was gone thru from front to trunk and places was ripped in half in my floor boards. My car was in a safe place until I could find my strength from a death in the family to drive again. SMH.....

We were stranded on I-26 and John towed us safely and with great compassion. He put us at ease with the first phone call to tell us he was on the way. He definitely went above and beyond. A true blessing during a scary time for us. We are very grateful!

My tow truck driver was Bobby Griffen. He was awesome. He picked me up 20 mins after I called roadside and would've gotten me home before 60 mins went by had it not been for gridlocked traffic in Columbia. Even taught me about life on the way home. Awesome guy, awesome experience. Thanks Bobby and I'm researching my next car and career, I promise!!

Our tire blew on the highways, USAA sent them out to tow us. We had a two year old in the car, with that in mind they got to us quickly. We are very appreciative of how prompt, kind, and helpful they were.

Worst customer service ever. Acted like they didn't even want my business. Wanted to total my car and I had it fixed a week later for 600 dollars. Biggest losers I've ever came across as far as a mechanic. Wouldn't refer anyone to them.

I have to give this place a high rating. I just had an AAA call and was stranded near Little Mountain. The tow truck driver came out and towed me all the way to Greenville. He was very nice and courteous. I was impressed with the service and the way he said the company is family owned and puts family first.

These guys did a great job. My UHaul truck got stuck in my yard. UHaul was going to recommend a company (20 miles away) contracted with them. I was told it would be a 3 hr wait and cost $200-$250! Instead, I saw Kibler's in the phone book and called them. A technician told me he could be there in 1 hr and quoted me $120-$160. He called after 45min to clarify he was on his way, and showed up 55min after I made the call. It took him less than 10min to get me all set, and his quote was right on - my bill was $125. Great service, super fast, great price. Thanks!!
