We checked a few places nearby and was quoted very high prices. This company gave us a good price. The fella on the phone said someone would be here in a little bit…15 minutes or so later the tow truck and a friendly driver was waiting outside to tow our truck. I am very pleased with this towing service!!
I was on my way back from South Carolina to Tennessee for an important athletic event for my sons and daughter. The wheel barring went out on my Dodge Ram 2500 and the brake pad locked up as well. At 8:30 on a Friday night I thought it was unlikely that I would be able to get it fixed. This thoughtful and considerate father and son team were able to get my parts, meet me on the side of an exit ramp, and fix everything in under 90 minutes right there on the side of the road. I am beyond grateful for their sacrifice and service. They were very reasonably priced as well. I would recommend them every day of the week and twice on Sunday. I made it to see my kids qualify to state because of them.
Needed a truck towed from sc to IL for a fleet account with a bad transmission and let me tell you they will go above and beyond to make it happen everyone that I talked to form the owner and management have been nothing but great I spent a week trying to get the truck back to Il and ASAP made it happen no empty promises just pure we got this and we will make it happen by your time frame I needed now that’s a 10 star business in my book thank you to all you guys for the help and everything
Amazing customer service! We broke down a few miles down the interstate with our camper and they were the only company willing to bring us a flat bed to help. They stayed after hours to get us on the road again. Family owned company who goes above and beyond! Thank you!!!!!
There’s guys came to open my locked vehicle. They were there in less than 15 minutes and opened our truck door in about 5 minutes, and pleasant attitude too.
Came in had a coolant leak, William found the leak replaced the parts and had me back in the road in no time!! And their pricing is very affordable! Thank you again!
Tony is great I’d recommend him to anyone. My family and I were passing through on our way home from vacation and had some vehicle issues. I called and he was to us within 15 minutes. Having two small children this meant the world to us. He had us all loaded up in about 10 minutes and drove us an hour and half. Asked me multiple times if we needed to stop, all for a great price.
I am from Woodstock Georgia and my truck broke down the day of my wedding in Saluda South Carolina. The next morning I called Tony and he hauled my truck All the way from Saluda South Carolina to Woodstock Georgia. He had a great attitude and was overall just spot on. When Tony (the owner) say he can tow it, he really can do it. I was skeptical at first because this is a plane. We also contacted a few other companies but they couldn’t do it. ASAP and his crew did a great job and without a scratch. They even prep a day before hand so that every thing goes smoothly. Tony has everything planned for the move. Kudos to them. If you have some thing large that needs towing, get ASAP asap 😊
Highly recommend these guys anytime I had to use them they have been quick and really helpful. Tonight my car broke down literally in the middle of a main hwy. Transmission issues. I explained to the guy that answered that I was all the way in the road and i couldn’t move the vehicle at all . Didn’t take him more than 10 mins to get there. Was very thankful because it was getting dark was just a bad situation. Thankful for his fast work didn’t just drag his feet getting there ! Sir whatever your name was I’m sorry with so much going on I can’t remember your name thank you !! Being a female basically in the boonies and getting dark I was worried. I will recommend yall anytime someone needs a tow truck.
I literally called 3 other towe company’s before them and they never came took more then a hour I called asap they were literally there asap got there in 5mins was really nice and even told me a problem that was going on with my car that I didn’t know about even know about even told me where to get the part I highly recommend
Rip off!!!!!! They seem to be taking advantage of the fact it’s a small town and they overcharge individuals. My husband truck needed 2 tires and was stopped by D.O.T they had the driver sitting and waiting for hours to run up a tab. It’s no way them going 12 miles to the truck to put 2 tires on cost 543.00. Then when my husband was asking for a breakdown over the phone the worker wanted to get smart and state the truck wouldn’t be able to move until he paid.
I’m been customer of ASAP for many years. Always got top of the line service and excellent customer service from all employees. Treat me like family I recommend ASAP for all towing needs and diesel mechanic work.
On way to NC to provide supplies for hurricane relief and broke down. ASAP Roadside came out and got us back on road quickly. They had all the parts on their truck which saved a lot of time.

This is a great place. Called in and they gave me the correct address then what was on the internet. Showed up and within minutes the were out diagnosing my problem. Definitely will be back if in the are for my problems. Friendly people and great prices. If your in the area and need of fast fixes for trucks or trailers give them a call. . This company went out of there way to help me. Wheel studs broke and I was stuck in the middle of the interstate. They came and towed my truck to there shop and helped me repair it after hours. Definitely recommend this company to anybody stuck on the side of the road.
Chris came out and saved my 83 year old Uncle and Mother from the heat Fourth Of July weekend when the car broke down. Very professional, prompt and friendly. Highly recommend call them for any towing needs.
We had a tire blow on I 26 on our boat trailer. We called ASAP roadside rescue and they were there so quick. He was amazing getting the boat on his trailer and back to his place where he replaced the tires and we were ready to roll again. Can’t thank these guys enough for helping us out! Best roadside service in town!
On the afternoon of Nov. 20 while traveling on I-26 E at exit 82, we experienced the second tire failure in 10 miles from the first! Both tire failures were the right rear on our 5th wheel camper. After making a few phone calls without finding any help, I walked back about 100 feet to where a Love's service truck was repairing a flat tire on a semi. Spoke with the service tech and he recommended this company. Called and after speaking with Tony I think, they came out assessed the situation, found a broken spring hanger that allowed the axle to shift and caused the tire failures. Long story short, after 3 hours they had repaired the spring hanger, replaced the two flat tires and sent us on our way.
I have to say that they were literally a blessing, Tony and I think his name was William, were totally competent and professional doing the repairs and wasting no time. They also recommended that we have the rest of the spring hangers replaced with stronger units which we did about a week later. Great team and I highly recommend them!
I received great service from the Driver. He was very professional and it took no time for him to hook up the trailer and get me to the shop. I would recommend ASAP Roadside to anyone.
Had a turbo boot break free while pulling camper to the beach yesterday. Couldn’t find the clamp so I made a couple phone calls and ended up speaking to Tony at ASAP. He said bring it on in and we’d figure something out. Fortunately I did find the clamp but didn’t have the proper socket or cleaner to reconnect the pipe. He put it back together for us and we were back on the road in less than an hour. When I tried to pay he refused and said just give us a good review. I really can’t express how happy we were with how it worked out.
I cant say enough good things about the ASAP crew! I was in a pretty bad wreck and they were there extremely fast, everyone was so polite and helpful, and they went above and beyond to take care of me and the rig. Would highly recommend them to anyone!
My car broke down on the interstate late at night while driving cross country with my husband and 6 small children. I called ASAP and they were an answer to prayers. Not only did they come right away, they were able to give my entire family a ride to a hotel and take my car to a shop. The dispatcher and Chris the driver were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Then they charged me bargain rate. My family has had a towing business in Illinois for 40 years and I was impressed. All I can say is Chris and ASAP towing were gift from God.
