Staff is super helpful and friendly. Jaden was exceptionally helpful during multiple visits, helped with testing a old part, ordering new parts, selecting proper accessories, and testing new part once it arrived to ensure it was working before we left with it. Definitely my new go to for auto related assistance.

What a great experience. Was headed back home (Greenville) from a trip to Charleston when our car wouldnt start after a stop at a gas station. Stopped here to get a new battery and the technician who swapped my battery was helpful and very personable. Seemed like a great guy. My wife took our son inside while we had our battery changed out and when she got in the car to leave she said she had a great interaction with the guy working inside too. He asked if she needed anything and when she said she was just killing time he asked about our son and was just a very personable and plesant person to interact with. Rarely am I impressed with an interaction at an auto parts store but here I was impressed twice. Seems like you have put together a great team here and I wanted to share since its a bit rare these days.

We had such a wonderful experience today with Cheyenne! She was very compassionate, kind and helped us solve our car issues! We broke down and we are from out of town. Cheyenne met us with professionalism and efficiency! We left feeling very grateful for her!

Ordered my part on 4/24 at 5:48, I was told my part would be in by 11 am today . I arrived today after making new arrangements to get the part . I was told when I arrived that the part didn’t come in , I was given the blame game story … oh the other store didn’t let us know that they didn’t have it in stock nor that they sent … so now I have to wait another day on your company’s and both stores fault apparently.. this is ridiculous.. your employee didn’t seem to really care or have any sympathy or care . Just wanted to pass the buck . No body even let me know that the part didn’t arrive I had to load up my kids go get my mechanic as I am disabled just for y’all to drop the ball . This is really upsetting and now I’m losing more money that I don’t have because the job was not done properly. I don’t recommend

Amazing staff! They were helpful when I called ahead, they were very patient with me and my 12 year old son as we had to change a spark plug in their parking lot. We had so many questions and hiccups and they were some of the most helpful and kind people I've met in a long time!

Not the best experience at this location. I came in to see Lee but he wasn't helpful or even tried to answer my questions. He just kept saying he didn't know. I called another store and a woman was able to get me the information I needed. I also didn't like that I stood in line waiting for him to finish a personal conversation. This was my first and last time at this location.

Love to order online and pay with the discount code, then pick up in store. Website says to allow 30 minutes but I usually order from the parking lot and they have it ready within about 10 minutes or so. Highly recommend!!

Terrible service! Went in to get someone to test my car battery and the guy at the counter made a lady doing inventory stop and go outside with me. Bless her heart, she didn’t even know how to use the battery tester. I finally told her not to worry about it and left.Went down the street to Auto Zone. They tested the battery in 30 seconds, it showed up “bad battery” right on the screen. Purchased a new one and all is good!

Unprofessional and NO service. My dad's car battery died yesterday, and he needed a jump to start his car. We came to Advance Auto Parts in Newberry, SC, to have the battery checked. The lady asked, "if it is raining outside"? I told her, "yes" (it was a drizzle). She told me they do not check the battery when it rains. We drove down the street to AutoZone, who came out and ran the test on my father's battery. I will not rely on this store for my automotive needs. Thank you, AutoZone.

Will always be first choice over other automotive parts stores. They aren't political; take care of customers and never complain if the part is out on the floor when you ask and they will just go get it. They are always looking for the next customer to help.

Best parts store in Newberry. They have the best prices and the best service. All staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Advance Auto Parts of Newberry. Don't waste your time at AutoZone, that place is a joke.

The guys here were great ! I needed a new car battery, and my battery is located underneath my back seat. While I have chronic back pain, the staff was a great help in getting my old battery disconnected, cleaned up the corrosion, and installed the the new battery. All in less than 15 mins. Thanks y'all !

Called ahead for an alternator, they gave me a price. I explained that I was on the way for the part. As I broke down the night before and needed the part to make my way back to Charlotte. Apparently they closed at 6 I showed up literally at 6:01 they were standing at the desk conversing with the door locked. Came to the door and told me they could not give me the part because they just shut the register down. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Place is a joke. I have noise coming from one of my pullies and asked if on could come listen and just give me their personal opinion on which one was making the noise .... one employee is sitting on the floor playing on his phone the manager was on computer playing and other guy walking around and I'm the only customer their and none of them wanted to come listen to it they just said it'll be hard to tell. WOW so lazy ..I will never walk a foot in that store .!!!!!

The fella in the the ACU ball cap came out in the wind and rain to read a code on my truck. We got it figured out and he got me the part and tools I needed for me and my family back on the road. A+ service, friendly staff, and knowledgeable.

I wouldn't go anywhere else. Guys at AutoZone, and O'Reiley couldn't figure out what was wrong with my vehicle. But the lady at Advance got it right the first time. Kudos.

I had a wheel bearing go out and was stranded at a rest area. I called and asked if they could deliver the parts to me as i could not get there to get them. They said they would bring them to me. The guy was awesome. Actually made three separate trips with parts and tools for me to fix my truck. The service was great and they were so cool at helping me out. The guy that was delivering the parts was David, and he made 3 separate trips just to help me out. They really went out of their way.

Friendly knowledgeable staff that helps you out even if you don't ask them anything. My go to guy that I know will get me hooked up at this location is Eddie Musgrove. He is friendly and will go the extra mile for anything that you need help with finding, and gives excellent suggestions for whatever vehicle issues you may have. Good Job Keisha.
