I needed a battery because I had to jump off my truck. The attendant installed the new battery for me. I was very grateful that I did not have to do this. So this was an unexpected problem that turned out to be an easy fix. Thank You
I went by to buy some new windshield wipers today. The assistant manager Johnathon was very helpful and even offered to put the new ones on for me! Great customer service today!

Went by this morning to get a battery changed on our 22 Ford Bronco. I want to thank the young guy that was wearing the purple school shirt for putting up with the rain, the extra small steps in replacing the battery, and his nice customer service. He his awesome!
Great Customer Service, Cheaper Prices than other businesses like them, & always have what I’m looking for & if not have it ordered & waiting the following day! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!
Very friendly staff and they have no problem at all checking the engine lights on your car. Never have to wait in long lines as they are well staffed with knowledgeable workers. The prices are good and the location is convenient. I will continue to go to O'Reilly whenever I need something for my car.
They sold us an alternator/generator for our vehicle that shouldn't even have left the hub facility. After installation vehicle performance was the same and after going back to the store I was questioning the sales manager what one of the readings on the test out paper for the alternator meant and he said oh wow this should have never been sold to begin with. It never even tested at 12 volts and so they immediately called and ordered yet another one from a store in the direction I was going had in stock. Needless to say it was faster for me to go there then wait on it. 2 days wasted on our trip because of a product that should have never crossed the counter and made it to the consumer to begin with
Today my daughter was stuck at Newberry College with a dead battery. I was in Lexington and could not leave work. These guys were so kind and went out of their way to help my daughter. It is truly hard to find great customer service like I received today! I am so grateful!
Very knowledgeable friendly staff that will always guide you in the right direction on your repair. They always seem to have the best prices in town , which says a lot considering that we have 5 auto parts stores in town. Highly recommend
I was standing in line for a while,this man walks up and tells the cashier check me out,he says ok.I said I've been standing here 10 minutes,he says ok I'm sorry,I'll check you out.I said that's ok I'm gonna call your manager!!!
I always get fast friendly when I need something for my truck or lawn tractor. Helpful employees will even change minor parts at no charge! Good prices as well.
