VERY RUDE , I called to get information about the stuff in my car I have never had my car towed before so I don’t know how it works. It was 17 minutes before they closed he answered and was slurring his words and sounded drunk. I said hey I got into an accident last night and my car was towed there he said do I have insurance I said yes he said you do I said yes he said you got full coverage I said yes he said who’s fault was it I said mine what does that have to do with collecting my belongings I’m just trying to figure out how to get my stuff he said I’m trying to figured out how I’m going to get paid if I don’t get paid you ain’t getting your stuff . I said told you I have insurance he asked again do you have full coverage I said yes he said mhhmmm I don’t believe you , you have until 5 o’clock today and then I’m gone that’s 17 minutes. I said sir I don’t have a car and he chuckled and said welll… 8:30 Monday I’ll be back. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE ALREADY. I will be showing up with law enforcement if needed Monday morning to be able to get my belongings in the car.
Crooked company they towed my car when I went to get my stuff out of it my entire $1.600 stereo system was gone and the crooked tow truck driver gonna tell me everything that was in it when he got it is still in it which is a total lie. Don't ever use these criminals. I will be reporting this to the better business bureau
Its not a good idea to have road rage/ reckless driving in a company vehicle. Me and my children where almost in a collision with a Sharpe's body tow truck after he decided to change his mind getting off on an exit on the shoulder at the last min. I beeped my horn to make sure he saw me and he rolled down the window to flip me off. Then decided to continue to harrass us down the highway. Luckily I drive rideshare and had my dash cam rolling.
The worst kinda people are the crooks, who enjoy profiting off of others misfortunes! Worst tow company east side of the Mississippi!! First off they were too lazy to tow my motorcycle to my house the day I asked them too, probably because he wanted to charge me for an extra day of storage, when he said he wouldn’t …2nd he drops my bike and cracks the fairings as well as new scratches on the clutch cover and tells me look at this rust spot?!? Which had no relevance to the NEW damage! now it won’t start?!?! When it was running great 1 day ago! 3rd he can’t follow simple gps turn by turn directions and so I had to pay someone else to take me to pick it up. Then charges me more than what was quoted and has and attitude the whole time! UNPROFESSIONAL AS THE COME! Doesn’t deserve a single star if you ask me! They are crooks! Beware!
Professional and genuinely good people. I've had to pick up several cars from here after they were towed and have never had a bad experience. The owner is very nice and they do a great job running this buisness
After calling no less than SIX towing companies in Gaston, either no one would help pull my fiance out of the sand on Stagecoach Rd to the pavement on Pine Plain (literally .1 mile distance) or they tried to charge $250!!! Charles was immediately willing to help. He got my man out of the sand super fast, kindly and without any hassle. Saved us from losing a whole days work! And very affordable! 5 stars!!! Thank you Charles!
Bought a car from Steve Sharpe and the head gaskets are blown. Told it was a great car just needed maybe a tune up and oil change. Was not gone from there 4 miles before it over hearted. Called to ask to at least help us with it and all he said was it was not a problem with it when it was there.. So we will proceed to take him to court over this. We even offered to give this car back and get another one. Paid $1000.00 cash for a car we can't drive. We have put $200.00 into it already. More looking at an additional $1500.00. Sad truly. So I don't recommend them for anything.. Not even worth my one star. We even Called about the heads and was told not his problem.
Very good service.. Owner went above and beyond to help me get a lift I bought off of one of his trucks.. Very very awesome customer service.. 5 star service hands down
Poor excuse for a company crooked ace people tired in with Lexington sheriff dept tow my truck after Lexington refused owners request. Stay away from this company, then tried to pick up my truck after work and they say there closed well they sure the hell picked it up after 5
Crook shop! They towed a vehicle that they KNEW was stolen. They didn't bother to attempt to notify the owner until after $1700 in storage fees were accrued. Crooks!
Hmm called this place , looking for body repair shops .. was told they don't do that type of work might be best to change the name very confusing and according to the previous reviews im even more confused . Great way to put money in someone else's hand !
I Was treated very unprofessional by this business. Coming from a family owned business myself it's absurd how I was treated ! This was a stolen vehicle and they did nothing but victimized me more after my vehicle was recovered!
