I was stuck at the shipper damn near knee deep in sand with my loaded flatbed truck. Josh showed up with his superman cape, bonafide equipment and swooped in and got me unstuck in a heartbeat. Made my day he was fast, safe, funny and friendly. 10 out 10 highly recommend.

Carolina Fleet seriously saved the day!
We broke down on I-26 near mile marker 122 and were expecting a major headache, but Carolina Fleet was incredible. They arrived to our location within an hour, towed our RV back to the shop, diagnosed the broken serpentine belt, and had us back on the road within a couple of hours. They fixed it for a very fair price ($252 total!). Super honest, fast, and PROFESSIONAL - highly (!!!!!) recommend Carolina Fleet if you’re ever in a bind on the road.
I had a freak accident and had to get towed to their shop, They had me back on the road the same day. Extremely professional, friendly and courteous. Fair price as well! Thank you guys! My semi truck was towed to Carolina Fleet on March 02, 2021. Their shop located on1404 Mack St. Gaston, SC 29053 was to perform a bypass on the DEF System. After the work has been done and i picked my truck, it was creating pressure in the coolant system and blowing coolant from the pressure relieve cap. I called the owner Dave Fulmer and explained the problem. He asked me to call in a week since he's busy. After that I called many times and he never returned my calls.
After a month another shop checked the problem and they found out that the coolant lines running trough the IGR cooler weren't properly capped(welded) and the repair was $711.
I found the owner's behavior unprofessional and I don't recommend that business.
Tow Drucker driver tried to run me off the road after he drove recklessly and sped the whole time! It happened at 5 58 PM on Platt Springs Road. He then stopped in the road and acted like he wanted to fight. This lunatic is going to get somebody in a wreck!
I had my RV towed from Sumter to Columbia SC. Towing service was very professional, JT was very courteous & pricing was equal to others. However, Carolina Fleet charged me $35 dollar fee for paying by credit card & did not tell me upfront...this is just wrong.
Traveling from Houston to Wilmington on a Sunday afternoon our large RV bus became disabled near Columbia SC. Carolina Fleet went out of their way with a giant tow truck to take us to their facility, plug us in for the night, make sure that we and our puppy were comfortable, and fix our diesel engine the next day. What great service. I can’t say enough good things about this family owned business. THANKS. Ten stars!!
Called them on a Sunday and after they dispatched a wrecker to winch out one of are trucks the driver ended up getting it out.
I called to cancel winch job and they didn’t charge us.

THEIVES!!! STRAIGHT UP CROOKS. My Ford Explorer was stolen and Gaston Police Dept got the vehicle back and had this tow company pick up the vehicle and take it back to their yard. As SOON as the cops called me and let me know the vehicle was located, I called the yard and they initially give me a rotation charge of $160. Great, I want my truck back really bad. Well these CROOKS, called back and added over $400 worth of "additions" to the tow bill and would NOT let me get my vehicle back at the price we had agreed on. So not only did my car get stolen but once it was found, THESE CROOKS STOLE IT AGAIN!!!! Called them again to attempt to settle on a price and even offered to pay $500 over the phone and I'd send another tow company to pick it up. DENIED!!! THE OWNER HIMSELF (It's a 99 Explorer- WORTH MAYBE $1200 TOPS) said if I had $800 CASH he would release my vehicle. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. CROOKS. Owner is DANG SURE a CROOK.
