They have their automobiles listed on line and you can go test drive and agree on one while being attended to as much or little as you prefer. It’s truly a no hassle experience and these are good and honest folks to do business with. I’ve loved my purchases and the relationships I’ve built here over time. After being rear ended in my car, my boyfriend and I were looking for a truck because they hold more value. We had our brands picked. Every single dealer we went to frustrated me. Trying to overcharge, downsize me to an SUV, or bs their excuses on what was wrong with the trucks we did test drive. But not Pound. They listened, they didn’t bat an eye when my boyfriend said the truck was for me. My boyfriend ran a code for the light that was on when we test drove it and Pound took care of it. I’ve had it for a few months. I’m now a proud owner of a Ford F150 crew cab. And I can say the experience with the team was phenomenal. This was the only dealer that my boyfriend enjoyed the team we worked with and trusted. And that says a lot. They had no issue showing the car fax, answering any questions of ours, or ensuring everything got handled in a timely manner to the best of their ability. I’ve recommended 3 people to them already looking for a good truck. Good prices, no upselling or downsizing, and great understanding. I recently bought a used Honda Odyssey from this car dealership, and the whole experience was fantastic. Michael Baker was friendly, down-to-earth, and never pushy. He was honest and easy to work with, providing top-notch customer service. Financing was quick and simple with good rates, and we drove home in our new van within a few hours.
The Odyssey was in excellent condition. It was clean inside and out, smelled great, and the tires were shined. They even topped off the gas tank before we left, which was such a nice touch!
The team was completely transparent about a known small issue, and their mechanic (also very friendly and personable) is already taking care of it. This is truly a trustworthy, no-pressure dealership with great people. The 1.5 hour drive to get here was absolutely worth it and I would recommend this group to anyone in the market for a new-to-you car.
Some car lots pressure you, some don't help you at all. Pound Automotive is perfect! The amount of time to purchase your perfect vehicle takes little time, almost as Carmax would take and they consider themselves as "retail". My next vehicle is coming from here!!
Excellent service, every question we had or request we made was met with kindness. We feel like we were given a great deal on the Kia we bought. When we picked the car up it seemed like it had just been washed and they gave us 2 free tshirts.

I have purchased 3 cars from Pound Automotive, most recently a dream car of mine. Every purchase has been a very pleasant experience. This last time, the car had some issues shortly after I purchased it. Being a used car, they had no obligation to help fix the issues but they stood by their product and helped with the repairs. The owner and salespeople are all stand-up guys. I can't recommend them enough and I will certainly keep coming back for any future vehicles.

Kbb.com showed me a cute little Hyundai Ioniq at Pound Automotive. The amazing response time via email and text, led me to make the 90 minute drive from my home. It was so very worth it! I ended up picking a different vehicle that is actually my dream car at a great price. Chad is a great person, no pressure, and super considerate. All of the cars I saw were in nice condition and well-priced, I had a great experience, 10/10, would do it again! (I was not paid to review this company).
Bought my van over a year ago. Its still runs great. It is a great van. I drive fro. Spartanburg to get the car. Honestly it was worth it. We actually started the buying process before I got there as I had several bought out from under me before. Nice service. My dad came with me, and he never buys used cars, said if he did, he would definitely buy from Pound. Great giys, friendly, and great car.

Great staff! Tested one car, did not like it and they did not dismiss me because of that. Instead, they ask what they needed to do to earn my business, WITHOU THE PRESSURE. They simply stated they wanted to earn it, no gimmicks, or today only BS. They let me take the car to my trusted mechanic and used that feedback positively. All in all, I left with a great car that my son will enjoy for several years to come.
Charlie was a great salesman, he didn't pressure us. Lot's of vehicles to choose from. I would definitely come back here if I ever needed a different vehicle.
I have never given five stars before but my experience with Pound Automotive has been great from the first phone call with Michael he was curteous and so helpful with the credit application and questions he had. Time my husband and I walked in the door to finalize everything Charlie and Chad were there to greet us with handshakes their passion and professionalism were amazing. We have never felt so at ease and comfortable with any other dealerships we have dealt with. We will definitely spread the word about Pound Automotive. This was the easiest transaction I have ever had when buying a used car. The whole team was amazing with the best customer service I ever. I purchased a 2015 Toyota Prius. It is in great shape. These guys are honest and knowledgeable. The sale took only 30 minutes to complete including checking the vehicle and taking it for a test drive and signing the paperwork. Our salesman Ray and the GM Chad were absolutely fantastic to work with, and accommodated our specific price point needs well with both a generous trade in value of our older minivan and coming down on price to where we needed to be with the new minivan.
