Premier towed my car after hitting something on the interstate that destroyed my transmission. The driver arrived quickly and was extremely professional and pleasant. He got the job done with a smile on a cold rainy night. I definitely recommend this company and will use them again should the need arise.
QUIT driving up and down wessinger st (obviously trying to repo) going 100mph. Police were called today. We live on a dead end with kids, animals, its 25mph and he FLIES up and down. Calling police each time!!
Hi there. Hoping you all get to see this because I couldn’t get the phone number to work. I just want to say a huge thank you to the very gracious driver that passed my house on Greenwood Highway around 5:50 pm. My dog has always been attached at the hip to my husband and I so we usually let her walk around the yard unleashed to do her business. But today our backs were turned while we were getting groceries out of the car and she had started walking towards the road. The driver of one of your trucks was slowing down and honking repeatedly. We were confused at first then we happened to see our dog running back towards us after being dangerously close to the road. You have no idea how grateful and appreciative I am of that driver. And it taught me a very important lesson today, being my dog will be on a leash from now on. Whoever it was I hope they get some kind of bonus and maybe a hug from me if you can.
So I was on the way to pick my husband up from work after a trip to Walmart in Olive Branch so headed towards 269 to go to collierville.. well I'm on 302 and I her a small pop sounded like something hit my car I was like ok whatever maybe its the kids movie well my tire pressure light comes on my tire went from 36 to 11 within 3 minutes so i was like ok I'll go to the gas station at the corner.. I pulled up by the air pump and my tire pressure was at 1, I called my insurance because I PAY for roadside assistance the guys was like ok someone is on the way to you it'll be about 40 minutes ok whatever we'll a tow truck pulls I and i'm staring hard )I got 3 kids with me the 8yr old, 3yr old and the baby 7 months old) seeing if he was the person coming well he wasn't but he came over and checked on us I told him yea we're good my insurance that I PAY FOR is sending someone but thank you... So he goes finishes getting gas and pulls over to some parking spaces and hour goes by and I'm still waiting for our help so I called my insurance back to see what was going on well I got put on hold in the meantime the tow truck pulls behind me ands like ma'am I'm sorry I can't leave you out here especially with kids it's been an HR and a half ( I'm still on hold) and I'm telling him the story of what happened the lady comes on the phone the roadside assistance will be there in about 20mins😕.. I told her that another person was there to help me and to cancel the roadside assistance... He changed my tire I asked so how much do you charge for this and he was like typically around $50 I was like well give me a card and I'll call you Friday with the $50 but he said no all he requested was a Google review that he was about 700/750miles away from home that he's from South Carolina and here for work and it hit me so hard I cried on the way to get my husband I feel like he was meant to be there BECAUSE of me... So I am going to post a Google review but I hope this post gets to him and he really knows how much I am so grateful for him being there at that moment. So thank you Pete... People like you are what make out world seem so much better
Let me say that I NEVER leave a review for services because 9 out of 10 times services suck. I have to definitely do so now. I had gotten stuck in the mud on Sunday (March 3, 2019) from the torrential downpour that happened.
I called my insurance company to have a towing company come and winch me out (the car had to be winched out because it was about 400 feet from the main road). The insurance company sent out a tow truck and the guy said there was no way that a roll back could get back near it in fear that they too would get stuck so he left. I had to call the insurance company again because the first company said the only way the car would get rescued would be by an older model two wheel tow truck or a 4x4 vehicle. I relayed the message and they said they would send a second driver from a different company out. The 2nd company called to find out the particulars and after I explained to them the location, they didn't even attempt to come out.
By this time I am getting frustrated so I call the company one more time and told them DO NOT SEND A ROLLBACK, it needed to be an older model or a 4x4 vehicle. After an hour another ROLLBACK showed up and said there was no way they could get to it. I called the insurance company one more time and had a heated discussion about the fact that they keep sending the wrong vehicle and by this time it was pitch black so I was heading home. I told them that we will try again the next day.
After I got home, I received a call from a young lady named Tiffany from Premeir Towing. She said the insurance company had dispatched them to recover my car and would be there in an hour. I told her that I had just got home and it was too dark to go out to get it. She told me that it's never too dark for her driver because he has been doing this for 16 years and he has never had a vehicle that he couldn't recover. I explained to her that I was tired of the whole situation and didn't want to make the 30 minute drive to have another failed recovery. She assured me that if her guy, Pete, couldn't get it that no one could and convinced me to go ahead and head back.
I reluctantly went back and 60 minutes later Pete showed up.....IN A ROLLBACK......Pete walked back to where my car was stuck, looked at me and said, "I will have you out in a second." He jumped in his rollback, whipped it in reverse (in complete darkness) and drove backwards as if it were broad daylight outside. He hooked the winch to the wheel and 5 minutes later I was out!
Thank you Tiffany and Pete, especially Pete for your swift action to get my stuck car out. To you other towing companies, US Towing, Browns Transportation Company, and Express Towing, take note that a rollback can (and did) make it back there, Pete proved that. As he said to me after he easily "unstuck" my vehicle "it's not the size of the vehicle, it's the experience of the driver!" I recommend this company to anyone and everyone and will never go with any other towing company should the need arise.
Pete at Premier Towing responded promptly to our call - our windshield was smashed by flying debris on the way home on Labor Day, two hours from home. He carefully loaded and unloaded the car and was pleasant on the ride to our home. He clearly knew how to handle a car and we appreciated his professionalism. Pete, thank you again for willingness to assist us, especially on the holiday!
Pete provided super fast, expidient services to get my car started so that I could make it to my dealership to have my car serviced!!! Thanks a Zillion for helping me!!!...Joi
