I am a contractor for a large dealership upstate. I drove down 03/13/26 to recover a repo. I was 100% unprepared in this job. I did not have my normal rig, No PW No keys, nothing. The 2 guys that went way above an beyond to bail me out were great. The things we had to do to put the car on my trailer was just crazy. But they again bailed me out. That being said. I made a call to my company and recommended them to become a primary to use. And I want to say I would NOT hesitate to call on them if my wife or family member needed help. I would highly recommend them to a family or friend. Not only did we get the job done. But even in my own frustration in myself. I had a good time working with the 2 guys. The back and forth relaxed me. Since it was my screw up to start with..... Thank you very much. !!!!!

Careless & Could Care Less! Van was towed and upon pick up it was so tightly parked between other vehicles in the lot that I could barely get out. When the auto guy attempted to guide me out, I noticed that I was getting extremely close to the front bumper of another truck. I got out to view the distance between my van and other vehicle while he kept signaling me to keep coming forward. Finally, I felt a bump and saw the truck tilt as it was side swiping my passenger doors. All the while, the guy was still waving me to keep moving. I proceeded to stop, back up and start all over again and ignored his gestures. After getting out of the lot, I noticed a scratch on my sliding van door and asked that I receive a discount to compensate. The owner/manager refused due to other SMALL scratches in various other parts of the van so he did not think is company was responsible. Suggestion.... check you vehicle before letting this company touch it.
