1/23/26: Awesome JESSICA saved me from a lot of aggravation by installing my three new wiper blades in the NAPA parking lot. To my delight, she offered to install these new wiper blades as I was paying. I was so very happy for her assistance because it’s not easy, especially trying to replace the rear window wiper blade. I looked up to see what the closest store to me was. I live in NC and drove alllllll the way there to see they are closed. The sign on the door has been changed. I drove over an hour since the ones in my area close after lunch. This is a complete waste of time and gas and now the car that needed to be finished can’t be and I can’t get back to work now after a week of trying to get parts paint etc. I need to exchange what I have for the correct items. The gentleman in the store near my home suggested them and after speaking to a professional automotive painter I need different items. I’ve lost at least $500 today due to mis information and or the clerk closing early. Not onjy that I would have gotten money back for the exchange and that was my gas home after spending at least $2000 today in what all I’ve needed including auto body parts. I have a young man helping too and guess what.. he can onjy help me today!! Thanks A LOT NAPA!

Remember when paper towels were scarce? They have a blue paper towel that is thick, heavy, strong, and reusable. Try them.

I needed to find a replacement dipstick for my 2006 Honda Civic. No one around here had one. I phoned the Napa store in Myrtle Beach and Matt said he could have it the next morning. I asked him what time it would be ready for me and he stated 9:00 a.m.. I arrived today at around 9:45 and the part was there. I was extremely happy that this part worked. The customer service at this store was excellent and I will definitely return. Thank you Matt and Blaine for your help.
I'm here in Myrtle Beach from NY with my family. We have a rental and some issues with the tire pressure and censor start messing up so Hertz said whatever is wrong with it we would be charged for it! Well we saw a NAPA and decided to stop and see if it is a quick fix or needs a restart or something well they are still trying to figure out or as I type this but they are so kind and helpful and truly are trying if I lived here this is the place I'd take my car for anything that needed work. Absolutely great service!

Mostly helpful staff. One older guy who seemed inconvenienced by the fact that I wanted to buy stuff from them. Everyone else was friendly and helpful.
NAPA auto parts stores are not too much different than other auto part stores. I like to shop around and compare items, especially essentials for my cars and motorcycles. They do add additional choices of products and I can usually find items here that other stores don't have on hand. I also like their oil filters which are rated higher in efficiency when researched for my vehicles. The staff here that I have dealt with are very nice and helpful in finding the best product for my needs. The store location is also convenient since they are not on Rt. 501 like most of the other stores. Rt. 501 is a very busy road and backs up frequently, especially during tourist season. I can get to this location easily on back roads which saves time and aggravation. Will continue to shop and compare using this location.
The customer service sucked I needed a little help with a battery I had just bought from them for $153 I went in and asked a guy he said the top come s off and walked away. I will never go there again
There's only one person I deal with it that Napa they're all pretty smart but the smartest woman I've ever ran into her name is Vicki she knows the parts business big is a very nice lady the entire stabbing at Annapolis very nice
Good store. Has everything you need with knowledgeable sales people. A bithigher than other chains, but parts are quality and personal knows the answers to your problems. You pay for quality. No junk here.

Everytime I go into this store I feel like they are more focused on their accounts that they deliver to than in-store customer service. The guy behind the counter was very short with me when I inquired about a car battery. Prices are high. Highly recommend shopping around.
