I've been taking my car to Affordable Garage for getting close to a decade now, since I got my car as a 16 year old; I'm in my mid 20s now. They've reliably serviced it when I needed help, and their passion inspired me to get into the automotive industry myself. Now, whenever I see a job on my car I know I can't do without sacrificing a weekend I could've spent resting, I know I can drop my 26 year old car off with them, and they'll help keep her running. Between my own maintenance and theirs, my car is still in fantastic condition. Greg is so passionate about what he does and is very honest about what the car needs or can manage without. The prices are always extremely reasonable for what they do to it, and I'm never shocked by the quote, unlike when I try to get parts or labor elsewhere. They've done all manner of stuff, too -- Accessory belt, serpentine belt, rear main seal, struts and shocks, tie rods, AC fixes, diagnostics, sway bar bushings -- You name it, they can at least help you get on the right track. I've done repairs based on diagnoses they caught while doing other things, too, like my own valve cover gaskets after they noticed that they were leaking. He's encouraged me repeatedly to keep up with my automotive learning, which has really inspired me to keep up my efforts! Overall, it's an amazing, reliable shop run by amazing, kind, reliable people. I always suggest my friends bring their cars here. Thank y'all for all your hard work!

BEWARE!! I took my car there for repair based on someone else’s recommendation. They said they had to keep it a couple days and it would remain in a lot till the repair was done. Gave them my keys, came back when it was finished. And noticed my stereo was missing and all kinds of tools I had in the back valuing Around $1000. There was no forced entry and the owner was the only one that had my keys. So you take it from there and figure it out. I wouldn’t recommend that shop to my worst enemy!!!

This place was a life saver. I came to Myrtle beach from 10 hours away my brakes went out I called them and they got me in right away. The people as soon as friendly and helpful. I was able to have a safe vehicle again to finish out my vacation and make sure my family is safe driving in the car. Thanks again for being so fast

Very helpful , I was out of town and blew a tire ! They didn’t have my size but gave me directions to a close shop who did and helped me get a tire ! So thankful for you guys .

I was on vacation with my daughters and granddaughters. My daughters passenger window WOULD NOT come back up. I was at Affordable Garage 9am sharp. I entered the Lobby and was greeted by the staff in a friendly manner. Justin ask how he could help me. I explained the situation; he was ready and willing to help. He was able to get the window back up and didn't charge me I TRIED MULTIPLE times to pay he wouldn't accept anything. Thank you Justin for your kindness mostly for your honesty. We were on a golf vacation down from Canada when my truck had issues that seemed to be quite serious. I called Affordable and they were able to fit me in that same day. After running through the diagnostics they were able to fix the issue for a very reasonable price. They are an honest and reliable place of business and I would highly recommend them.

Fast and Reliable, very family friendly! I had a blowout, I called and didn’t even have to wait a full 30 minutes before the owner Mr. Greg came and towed me. he was so nice, got us to the shop and him and his son got us in and out with a new tire within 15 minutes. Every other shop I called gave me a hour more wait time and was twice as much!
