Was there twice recently, helping a friend remove items from her wrecked vehicle. The employees are very helpful and I appreciate that security escorts people into the area where the vehicles are kept.

Careful - they don't follow instructions and won't do anything about it if you follow up. Gave explicit instructions to the dispatcher that the vehicle should not be cranked (potential engine damage). Dispatcher repeated the instructions and confirmed it was on the ticket. My security camera footage showed the driver cranked the vehicle and drove it onto the wrecker. I called to let them know and the response I got was: "What do you want me to do about it?"

Towed my car went to get after I called never told closed at 4 on a FRIDAY so I was there after that closed on weekends so have to wait until Monday needed car to trade for a new car.
