This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
Mike Willimon's Towing & Recovery Inc in Greenville, SC shows largely positive recent feedback: speedy arrivals, courteous drivers, and helpful, security‑escorted yard access that feels organized. Customers praise professional, fast service and competent recoveries. Complaints center on limited pickup hours and occasional miscommunication, including a case of ignored no‑start instructions. Pricing and parts/inventory aren’t well covered; waits are usually short. Given the limited sample of recent feedback, the trend is upbeat with caveats: 83/100.
What clients say about Mike Willimon's Towing & Recovery Inc in Greenville (SC)
Was there twice recently, helping a friend remove items from her wrecked vehicle. The employees are very helpful and I appreciate that security escorts people into the area where the vehicles are kept.
Careful - they don't follow instructions and won't do anything about it if you follow up. Gave explicit instructions to the dispatcher that the vehicle should not be cranked (potential engine damage). Dispatcher repeated the instructions and confirmed it was on the ticket. My security camera footage showed the driver cranked the vehicle and drove it onto the wrecker. I called to let them know and the response I got was: "What do you want me to do about it?"
Towed my car went to get after I called never told closed at 4 on a FRIDAY so I was there after that closed on weekends so have to wait until Monday needed car to trade for a new car.
This is my go to tow yard in the upstate. Service is great and the people are even better. Whether you’re in a wreck or just needing to transport a vehicle from one location to the next, then these are your people.
