Waited on the side of the road for 2 hours for other tow companies to come. I call Gosnell's and Mitchell came to the rescue in 15 min!!! Good, honest people like them are hard to come by these days. 10/10 recommend
Best towing experience I've ever had. Mitchell came by and picked up my car quickly and for a great price. I'll call him again if my old clunker ever needs another tow. Absolutely professional and friendly. Support this small local family business. They are certainly worth it.
Mitchell is such a honest, helpful guy….he took the time to help me go through possible issues on my truck….the time he took and his honesty saved my hundreds of dollars! Praise God for good people like Mitchell…May God bless his business! Other aspects that want me to give him 10 star review is the cleanliness of his truck and himself…truly carries himself in a professional manner.
Mitchell at Gosnells was the absolute best to work with! He was patient, kind, chatty, and was full of helpful recommendations. His price matches his wonderful personality and I will ALWAYS be calling him from now on for any towing needs!

The Gentleman that came out and help me was very helpful and he even follow me to O'Reilly to make sure my car didn't cut off. I recommend Gosnell's to anyone needing help with their vehicle
best service that I've ever had in my entire life. my kindest and nicest young man I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. wish there were more ppl like him. He was early and drove with my truck on his flat bed as if, it was his truck he was carrying. couldn't have ask for any better service. i lost both my legs and one arm in a scuba accident and he even went as far as lifting me back into my truck once he towed it across town for me. thank you from the bottom of my heart.
The driver cut me off and several other people on Wade Hampton and I called in to report him and he answered the phone. He cursed at me and said that when he swerved over I didnt have to hit my brakes so it was all right. Well I did have to hit my brakes to avoid him and he would not have known that unless he was behind me. He was very rude and dangerous on the road,he said he was in a hurry. I guess they get more business when it is them that cause the accidents. Due to his attitude I would never let them do any towing or any work for me and will spread the word as I work in heating and air conditioning and meet a lot of people.
