I’d just got back on a family trip from Cali and needed a thermostat desperately for my Infiniti. Durham found the part immediately and also gave me some good advice about installation. He’s really knowledgeable about cars. I’d definitely come here again.

I went inside to buy a set of wipers and light bulbs for my car. Not only was I in and out of the store because I found exactly what I was looking for, but the staff member installed everything for me. Thanks guys!

Very slow service! There was 3 employees in the back talking and laughing while 1 guy was at the register, With 7 people waiting in line to check out. And I really don't think Carson could've moved any slower if he tried! 1 guy came to the front and said "wow there's alot of people waiting" and then disappeared to the back again. I waited in line for close to 20 minutes! But the 2 people in front of me was there when I walked in. They were still there after I went and grabbed what I needed. Poorly ran store!

Definitely a lifesaver!! They have the parts in stick that no ine else does!!! Those overseas parts for the luxury/foreign vehicles that no one can find parts for now atm thx ORiellys!!

Truly a remarkable customer service experience with this O'Reilly's location. Both associates eagerly assisted me with trouble shooting different possibilities regarding the purpose of the visit. As someone with an extremely limited knowledge base surrounding vehicles, the gentlemen at this location brought unparalleled expertise and patiently conveyed viable outcomes in a way in which I could understand. The gentlemen servicing this establishment have made a lifelong customer of me!

I shop O'Reilly's when possible because their staff are typically very knowledgeable and they carry a good inventory. Their prices are also reasonable. There are other good parts stores, but these folks are my preferred brock and mortar place to shop for parts.

Customer service is lacking, no greeting from either of the counter workers, I know this is an automotive store, but customer service is still matters. I picked up a part from my husband and paid twice as much for it as another retailer.

I gave it five stars because everyone was nice and it was clean. I was disappointed though because I needed 1” PVC irrigation pipe and they didn’t have any.

I like the convienience of this location. Service here is so unpredictable, some of the guys are super and some dont want to be there and are not very engaging. You will usually find what you need here with an easy store layout. Just know like alot of places now it will depend who's working what kind of counter service you will get. I left without what I came for on my last visit.

Well I asked if they had a pacific rental tool was told they did and I said you shure they said let me check and they said yes and got there and no tool , but wasn't upset just think that there is room for improvement on customer service . And slot of time all the parts to the tools or missing I think when there brought back in they need to be check and if missing parts reorder the parts to loan out and keep the deposit or partial deposit to cover what isent there , come on guys it's not that difficult to make a little effort , not putting you guys down I like O'Reilly's just not as helpful as they use to be

Tried calling the store to see if they had a battery for my 2014 Nissan van.no answer. Went by the store they were 2 employees there. I ask one if they had a battery in stock and could they install it.he ask me what kind of Nissan it was I went out to get the model number came back in he went to the back and wouldn't come out.i ask the other sales clerk about it and went through the process of telling him what kind it was.he looked it up and said they only had one battery in stock for it.he went to the back of the store where the other employee went and came back said they didn't have any in stock.it was a heavy exoierence.the service was worse than being in a strange town.they did not want to helpTthis starts with the management. You all need to get your lazy act together. I went to advance and the service was great.you lost my business I see more loss to come if you don't get your acts together

I know its "self service" but what happened to customer service. I was there with 3 employees and no other customers. I was looking for some care detailing products and had a question. No one asked if they could help, nor welcomed me to the store. Good store. Good prices. Employees need to get some customer service skills. Go where they appreciate your business.

They found the part I needed for my 1995 Jeep, at another location. I was able to pay for it at the Poinsett Hwy store and pick it up same day in Berea. Both locations employees were very helpful and friendly!!

My battery died and I only had it for 8months and I didnt have my receipt so I was a bit worried... they exchanged the battery and put it in for me with no problems . It was a very pleasant, smooth and quick experience.

All of the parts stores are higher than online retailers or larger department stores but between just the auto parts stores these guys are the best. Prices are on par with their direct competition and the customer service is much better. I never have issues with their reconditioned parts (like I do with advanced auto) and never wait really long in line or feel ignored by their associates like I do at AutoZone so I like these guys pretty good compared to the others.

9:55 PM and they refuse service saying it's too close to closing time. Well Walmart got my battery money, and I'll never visit O'Riley Auto Parts again. And I didn't need it installed, I just needed to purchase a battery. I understand closing time, but that's not permission to be slack and close early. Honor the store hours!! If willing to cut corners on a simple item like store hours what other morals are they violating.

My 17 year old son went there to buy 2 head light bulbs to the tune of $200.00. after taking them to the mechanic to install it ended up being the controller and they refused to take them back. I had to call the home office to get the ass manager to take them back. Will NOT be going back to this store. Putting up with the snotty attitudes of a couple of self-important little millennial twerps was too much for me. Stay away if you know whats good for you! I WON'T BE BACK TO THAT STORE.

Two young guys were condescending, arrogant, cranky, impersonal. Will NOT be going back to this store. Had a return issue and it was like the two guys at the counter took it personally that I would DARE to try to get a refund on a part. Ended up w/ store credit. Ok, whatevs. Stuff happens. But these two made the whole thing worse than it should have been. Bad enough I'm now holding a gift card instead of the $160. (Pretty hard to buy my wife's insulin and blood pressure medication with an O'Reilly gift card), but putting up with the snotty attitudes of a couple of self-important little millennial twerps was too much for me. I WON'T BE BACK TO THAT STORE.

I am reviewing the O'Reilly's in Berea, SC - not the company as a whole because I don't know if the rest of the O'Reilly's are as good as this one. Anyway, I wish I remembered the guy's name but I had a question about a trailer hitch connection cable. My truck's electrical plug-in for the trailer did not match the trailer's electrical plug-in. The one on my truck seemed to be very different than some of the standard types that I have seen already. Well I asked the guy at the front, he took one look at my truck and walked me right to the correct product. I bought it and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. How he knew is beyond me.
