King's customer service was wonderful. Unfortunately, our 2017 Buick Enclave experienced a severe malfunction as we were driving along I-95 heading north. We pulled off the highway and were able to make it to King Cadillac Buick GMC. Austin Lewis and his service team tried the best they could, but in the end the repair was not economically viable. So we checked their lot and found a 2021 Buick Enclave that met our needs and decided to buy it. Danny Turner (salesman) was a pleasure to work with, and Jack Pawloski (business manager) streamlined the buying process for us. At all times, we were treated pleasantly and fairly. We are most grateful to the King Cadillac Buick GMC Team for taking such good care of us.

Quick, honest and efficient. Did their due diligence and determined that the issue with my vehicle was in fact covered by the warranty. They could just as easily charged me for the work and I would not have known either way.

I had an effortless purchase on a Yukon XL sight unseen. Car turned out just as described. Beautiful ! Danny delivered it to me and went over everything in my driveway. You just don’t get better service than that these days. I highly recommend King GMC and my friend Danny for your next purchase!

Upon arrival I was greeted by two great employees. As I was being checked in, Andy and I started up a conversation about my vehicle and I shared some words with him and he shared some with me. I thoroughly enjoyed the interaction with them. I then saw my car salesman Mr. Ed Carter and had him to show me a vehicle and he did. By the time I went back and sat down for two minutes, My vehicle was ready and I was on my way out after about 30 minutes. Great Experience.

I called the service department. on 5/29, but received the voicemail of someone whom I didn't recognize. I didn't worry about that since their message stated they always return their calls. (No return call as of today). I took the vehicle in on Friday, 5/30, for regular service, a tire replacement, & tire rotation. I was informed that the vehicle would be ready by Monday, 6/2. Since I did not get a call Monday morning, I reached out to Patience at 1004am for an update on what to expect. She said the tire was due to arrive by lunch, and once it came in, it would be placed on & ready shortly after. I never received a call, so I reached out to her at 3:45 pm to see if I should come to pick up the vehicle. The service person who took the call said she hadn't closed out the ticket but would put me on hold while they paged her. They returned and said they didn't know where she was because she didn't answer the page. After not getting a return call from her, I went to the shop at 4:30 pm. They looked for her, and she came to the service area but did not acknowledge me. I spoke to her and asked if anyone told her of my attempts to reach her; she replied, "I was in the bathroom." Fast forward, I got the vehicle back, the new tire was on, but the spare was sitting in the trunk, and Patience said, "We couldn't find the pieces to put it back, so we left it there." I got my husband to show her, and she then took the vehicle back to place the spare under the truck. When I paid, she finally apologized for the wait and her role in poor communication, but by that time, I was wondering if the slack service was to annoy me, or isolate her since she was obviously new in this role. Teamwork makes a dream work, & while Patience was responsible for updating me, the more experienced team members should have assisted her with guiding her through the process of using tools already in place. I know the tools exist because I've been there ONLY for servicing this 2002 Yukon Denali XL since 2002 and have received better communication. This poor service has me questioning if anythig was actually done that I requested other than having a tire place for nearly $400...

Patience Wall was amazing! Our check engine light came on as we were driving on the interstate. Your dealership was close so we came in with no appointment. Patience got us right in and diagnosed the problem quickly. The necessary part was not in stock. She assured us the car could be driven safely until we got home. We were back on the road in an hour. Our vacation was saved thanks to Patience!

Traveling from NC to GA we had a water pump go out on our GMC pickup on I-95 in Florence. Contacted King GMC - they had us towed in, quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the water pump, and had us back on the road in about 3 hours. This is my second experience with this service department. 5 stars both times. Very friendly and professional staff. On time with appointment. Made me feel like I could trust their diagnostics of my issue. Let me know their findings and recommendations. They had the parts in stock and repaired the issue early afternoon. This was important to me as I am working away from home, and this is my only vehicle here. From checkout to picking up my truck, very courteous and appreciated my business. I highly recommend their service department to anyone. It is rare in today's times that you find the professionalism and customer care exhibited at King.

Our buying experience was exceptional. Our salesman, Happy, was very helpful and did not pressure us in any way. He answered our questions and made recommendations as to our needs.
