First time I used Jiffy Lube. Main reason was they do tire rotation too for a great price. Would have had to leave car at Firestone all day instead of 25 minutes to do this 2 things.

It was a pretty standard oil change. Ended up using a 10$ discount code from the website and the price was pretty fair. Actually significantly cheaper than other ‘sit in your car’ oil change services. The real reason I left this review is because a few days later I had a headlight bulb go out that I was unable to replace. I spent maybe an hour in the rain trying to fit my hand in there. I showed up at jiffy lube and in seconds they popped the new bulb I bought right in and I was good to go. These guys are great!

Came in for an oil change and was in and out fast! The staff was very kind and informative and did not try to force any other services that I didn’t want. Christian was very helpful and I will be back for sure.

Too pricey )150 for an oil change . They offered to replace a filter that was not very old at all. When my friend asked them to just blow that one off and clean it up bc it’s still new the lady said … I don’t have the equipment to do that . We both looked at her and said you don’t have an air hose ? And she said no and we both looked straight at the wall at the yellow air hose . Just felt low level . On top of that they spilt oil on my motor and didn’t wipe it up so I got to smell my $150 for a bit and that was insulting. In a pinch . I guess traveling had to do it but I wouldn’t recommend this being a routine place

1 because they do not have a 0 star, well here’s the scoop. Went to get an oil change on 6/23/25prior to a family road trip with my wife and baby to see family 850 miles away. Once we did the oil change and left we noticed little odd things happening. Like a grinding noise coming from underneath the car. Then the AC is blowing warm air. Didn’t think anything of it thought just being on the road 17 hrs will have a car running hot. Next day go to visit some family and put the ac on. Instead of warm air all we could smell is gasoline, it had gotten to a point I had to pull over because my wife became sick from the fumes. Now I’m driving with the windows down on a hot day due to the fear of my family’s safety of being exposed to dangerous fumes. Especially with a baby’s developing brain and body. Finally get to our destination and I pop the hood, and what do I see? ENGINE OIL EVERYWHERE!! The engine oil cap was never screwed back on nor was the windshield wiper fluid. Who knows what made its way into my oil from the cap not being secure (dirt,dust, pollen, rocks???) who knows.There’s your base story now buckle up and get ready for what to expect if you make the mistake of going to jiffy lube that is associated with Chris Suggs (District manager of Bronco lube LLC) which encompasses 15 service centers across SC. On 6/28/25 I called the store fairly worked up due to the fact my family’s safety was jeopardized to such a careless mistake at which point they directed me to Chris. After speaking with Chris I felt as though we were aligned and I left the situation feeling better then I entered. His resolution was to reach out to the team in RI where I traveled too and reach back out to me Monday prior to lunch. Fast forward to Monday I get a call from Keshawn, who is the GM of the location I went to. He offered to have the RI team look at it and see if anything’s wrong. I asked what kind of tests they would run to verify the engine was in good condition. He said they would just look at it but it wouldn’t take long. Questions erupted!! How long? What about needing transportation for my family. I shouldn’t be stuck and at the mercy of jiffy lube due to their mistake. He said it wouldn’t take long to verify, how could that possibly be true? The only reasonable test that would guarantee results would be a compression test. I told Keshawn that Chris was supposed to reach out to me today and I have never even spoken to him. After talking in circles he could tell I was becoming frustrated so he said Chris would reach out to me. An hour later with no response I call the customer service number and lodge a complaint. Then and only then do I get my first call from Chris. He proceeds to tell me I would get a call Monday but not from him specifically. STOP I immediately called him a liar because my wife and grandparents were around this call. From there it became a back and forth where he said I acted as if I was better then him. I told him not the case I just won’t tolerate you taking a pile of crap sprinkling some sugar on it and calling it candy. Hang up and another hour later I get another call from Chris. He wanted to offer solutions. Before that I had to address the elephant in the room. I asked why he would lie about calling me Monday and then when I called him out he tried gaslighting me for it. He apologized for passing the buck. What is Chris’s resolution? Replace the oil and filter, and acted as if this was some huge favor and clean the oil off the engine. I told him that’s not acceptable I wanted a compression test ran. Chris says after seeing pictures I sent to corporate he knows there’s nothing wrong with my car and it’s perfectly fine. He hadn’t heard it, smelt it, sat in it, drove it. He has never seen the car in person but was able to diagnose it through photos. Very impressive Chris!! I called back another hour later requesting his last name which he gave with a large amount of attitude, when I asked for the franchise owner because I can’t work with a person who lies about a phone call he told me to call corporate. HELP

Been here many times with great experiences, this time however I was told I needed a new drivers side windshield wiper. Funny thing I had them replaced a month earlier. Used the wiper and the drivers side wiper fell off, So I guess they broke it during the inspection, Thanks Guys. Should I worry that other parts of the inspection were put back in good working order???

I sent my daughter to get an oil change. They over sold her on everything. They took advantage of a young girl and made her think she needed every upgrade. She walked out spending $250. Taking advantage of people is a very poor business model

This was a fleet vehicle. I dropped the car with keys off one evening. I came back the next morning early and was pleasantly greeted and sent on my way. Always a pleasant experience.

I wasn’t going to leave a review, but I received a text requesting that I do so. I was happy to oblige. The gentlemen at this location did an excellent job. I went for an oil change, but they also checked other aspects of my vehicle. They were on top of things, and did a speedy job of it, as well! There was one hilarious moment that occurred during the “upsell” part of the visit. Hey, I get it. I once worked in the retail industry. Upselling is part of the job. There were three attempted upsells. The first upsell, I bought into. I really did need the engine filter. I need my car to continue running well for as long as possible. There was another (2nd) attempted upsell that wasn’t dire, so I declined for the time being. However, the third and final (attempted) upsell was a bit over the top. I was told that my windshield wiper fluid reservoir was cracked. It was suggested that I get it replaced. I asked for an estimate. A few minutes later, I was told that the parts places were closed on the weekends so he couldn’t give an exact estimate, but he guessed about $150-200 for the labor, and $100-500 for the part(s). To my credit, I refrained from letting out a gut busting laugh. I simply and calmly let him know I’d get back to him on that. Here is what I was thinking, but did not say: “Bruh. You really think I’d pay that much for a *windshield wiper reservoir* on a *2013* “middle-of-the-road” used vehicle that has clearly seen better days…?” Are you kidding me? Haaaahahavahaha!!! “I don’t think so.” Not happening. The reservoir is still working at the moment. If it stops working I’ll just wait until it rains, or get out and spray the windshield with a spray bottle Hahahaha!!! If I’m going to sink that kind of money into this car, it will be for things that keep it moving from point A to point B. Five stars because of the excellent service (I almost deleted a star for what felt like a rip-off attempt, but it made me laugh, so I’ll leave it at five and recommend you to friends and colleagues (with a warning about the upsell overkill). Two thumbs up. The humor made my day, and you all are doing a great job!

I cannot say enough POSITIVE things about Keshawn and the ENTIRE staff at Jiffy Lube (3206 Pine Needles Rd., Florence, SC 29501. ) Most of the staff was fairly young but knowledgeable. They worked as a team and I was impressed!! My oil change on my infinity was quick and efficient. I definitely will be returning and I highly recommend you visit this location. Keep up the good work you’re making Great, great job!

I have been servicing all of my vehicles at the Jiffy Lubes in Florence for many years. They provide good work and friendly service. And any time I've had a concern or a question, the managers have been quick to respond. When I need a service they can't provide, they always make good recommendations.

Excellent service, I had an oil change and vehicle inspection done in less than 20 minutes. Technicians were friendly and cleaned up well behind themselves. Tina handled my paperwork and explained the services well. Didn’t feel like I was getting conned into spending extra money like other places try to do. Early bird discount was nice too.

Wonderful service! I went for an oil change but got so much more. My cabin filter was 10yr old and my oil filter was dirty also. All fluids were checked and topped off. Tires, wipers, brakes and lights were all checked. The car actually rides better! I would highly recommend this business for your car needs. I won’t hesitate to return. Very nice attendants, all were very friendly and professional. I was able to stay in the car with my 2 fur babies. They made recommendations and showed me their work

About 2 months ago I took my car for an oil change. Tina was an excellent person to talk too. My car is British and it takes more oil than normal. I knew this before I went because I've had oil changes before. I was walked into their lobby, offered coffee, toured to where the bathroom was and treated very kindly. But it wasn't just me. I watched as other people were guided through the to the waiting area. Each person, regardless of age, gender, ethnicity was treated so very kindly not only by Tina but by any employee servicing a client/customer. I liked them so much I brought my car back for a back brake change. And again I was greeted with such great care. Of course the British car brakes would cost more (hey, by American, trust me on that) and they diligently found the new brakes and ordered them. The service was so great and refreshing. The appear very honest and trust worthy.

I use to take my car to the dealership until I took it here. Great service, very timely, great prices, and extremely great customer service. The service men talk you through everything being done to the vehicle and I was able to stay in my car. I recommend taking your vehicle here.
