A freaking nightmare getting ready to sue this man has had my vehicle a year and a half still hasn’t fixed my vehicle. I moved out of state with him making promises to do the right thing. Please don’t deal with this man.
Edward Seager is a THIEF! He came to my house to assess my vehicle. I paid him just for coming because we couldn't get the part that day. Days later he text me for cashapp to pull the part. This part takes a blind person 10 minutes to plug and play! He's been making excuses, lies about coming, and won't give me the part or the money! He's a thief that I am going to do all I can to see him in criminal and civil prosecution.
I reached at to Eddie about replacing a AC condenser and discharge line in my car. Firestone quote for this repair was around $1200 and it would take all day. Eddie got the job done in 3 hours and he only charged me about %30 percent of what Firestone charged for labor.
Mr. Ed found the problem with my truck. It was my alternator. I ordered 1 online. It was cheaper than the part store. I had my truck towed to Mr. Ed's house. He found the problem and fixed it. He did an amazing job.
Ed was available on a Saturday late afternoon when our car broke down on spring break. He diagnosed the issue and helped us when we found it would be covered under our warranty at the dealer. He was so helpful!
Almost 10 months for an engine swap. Was told a week or two.Still not done. Engine has no dipstick tube, broke off and plugged. Multiple O2 and knock sensor codes. Cannot fix O2 codes because exhaust y pipe is butchered. Never answers phone. Tells lies via text and to your face. Probably good for easy alternator swaps..but this was terrible. Good luck

My daughter’s car broke down late this afternoon. The serpentine belt broke on it. About 7pm I called Ed at Palmetto Auto Service about the issue. He met me within about 10 minutes in the pouring down rain and had the car fixed before 8pm. He was extremely nice, efficient, and very reasonably priced.I highly recommend them. Palmetto auto service was amazing to work with ! We were headed south on 95 when our timing belt broke leaving us SOL on a Friday afternoon. They worked quickly and kept us updated on parts and when the car was going to be ready . We can’t thank them enough !
Car broke down at a gasstation. He came out within 30 minutes and found the issue. I had to book a hotel and he came and picked up my car to fix the problem. If I would live near here he would be my go to mechanic. Very grateful for such an awsome person
Ed ruined my 2017 GMC Sierra 6.2 engine when I took it to him with the bent push rod/stuck lifter. He had the truck almost 2 months and never fixed it before I had to get a roll back over there and get it out. There was 3 days where I couldn’t even get in touch with him. He got rock and dirt all inside my engine and scratched the cylinder walls very badly and rusted the walls. The new mechanic had to take engine completely apart and tried his best to clean it without having to rehone the cylinder walls and vat the engine. Truck was running fine have being put back to get her but was burning oil and oil seeping past pistons due to the scratch’s from all the rock and debris that Ed got in my engine. Scratched came when Ed tried to do the timing on pistons with the rocks and debris. Had to buy a new engine to replace this engine all because this so called mechanic ruined the engine. $6000 later truck is good.
We called Ed last minute when we thought our tahoe just had brake problems. He found out and told right away it was a bit more than that and told us to come and he will get it fixed. Was dark outside and he got the job done he is a lifesaver and we will be back to see him for future business I highly recommend him awesome guy
What a blessing when Ed told me I didn't need rear brakes but rear brake lights! All I know was the rear brake icon on the dashboard was lit in red. Ed worked me in after the morning service on his busy Sunday afternoon. Ed, you are a blessing and I will be back for those front brakes when they are needed, or, whenever the next light on the dashboard lights up!

I had work done by Ed Good that I saw no overhead to pay but power Good ANF fast this is the second time I been there with a friend two shop's Said two different things wàs wrong my friend explain to him And he khow what it was checked out sure that was it's for 1/2the price need work see them cost less off bat only one day off work
