This was honestly the worst experience I have ever had at a tire shop I dropped my truck off shortly after 8 am they took it right back. Almost 4 hours later they finally they got it on the alignment rack. The entire time I sat in the waiting room I watch them try to upsell every customer. I do not recommend this shop for any reason

Firestone was 5 Stars!! Chuck was great and had exceptional customer service. It was very busy but Chuck had it altogether. The fixed my Benz and it’s perfect! I saved money and got some great work done to my vehicle. I am 100% satisfied! Have patience because the time is definitely worth the wait!

I had a nail in the tire and the tire was unrepairable. The manager was able to get me in the same day to have the tire replaced, balanced and installed. Everyone at this location provides excellent customer service every single time I've been in there. I highly recommend doing business with this location.

I needed a full diagnostic on my vehicle. I made the appointment with a person at the Florence location 3 day before and the service representative said they would get me in and out as soon as possible. They never indicated that they were backed up with cars and definitely did not mention that I need to leave my car for at least a day. This would have been great information for your customers that has kids and need to get around during holiday break. If i would have known the information then i would have booked a rental. Instead the customer service decided to have me waste four hour inside the shop waiting without any update. Then, by 6pm, still no update to only find out that the car would have to be expedited the following day. Not a happy customer and would NOT recommend.

If I could leave 0 stars I would, they wasted 2 and a half hours of my day when all I needed was to replace my tire just to tell me I bought the wrong rim size. They had told me an hour to hour and a half max and started working on it 2.5 hours later. No apology, no alternative just rude and inconsiderate

On Dec 6th, I had a scheduled inspection appointment at Firestone Complete Auto Care. I remained at the location for approximately seven hours, only to be informed at the end of the day that they “could not check my car” because it supposedly had “too many problems” and they didn’t want to “waste their time.”
Throughout the visit, I observed employees pull my vehicle into the garage and perform actions on it, they even closed the garage door once they saw me looking in. Despite that, Mr. Chuck Kirven insisted at the end of the visit that no work or inspection was done at all.
When I requested written documentation showing:
• That my vehicle was at Firestone
• What work or attempts were made
• Why service was refused
Mr. Kirven refused to provide any paperwork. He stated he would not give me any proof of my visit, nor any written explanation of the decision.
After leaving Firestone, my vehicle has not been running the same, including issues such as a broken gas pedal(which I seen the mechanic slamming on my gas pedal in the garage) I had no lights on my dashboard and now my check engine light is on the day I leave Firestone , and other new problems that were not present before the appointment.
When I asked for the regional manager’s contact information, Mr. Kirven refused again and told me to “get out now”. I informed him that I was on the phone with legal representation, and he demanded that I “hang up” and yelled at me to get off the phone.
I want to note that I have the entire interaction recorded, and I remained respectful and calm throughout the incident.
This experience was unprofessional, concerning, and unacceptable.

Came in on 11/28/25 for a general repair, they got the work done in a timely manner. The price was super reasonable and fair . The manager Chuck was attentive and updated us through the entire process. I'd give them more stars if i could.

They have good products and if you stay on them they will eventually get the job right so in the long run thats a good thing. However, I have never had them manage to change four tires in less than four hours, the first attempt at an alignment always leaves a crooked steering wheel and they dont fix the tpms after rotations or service. It’s like there is no internal quality control and if it were not the fact I am fairly knowledgeable about auto care I would have had major problems from there. I do not trust them enough to send a family member there alone, and that is sad.

I traveled a hour to come to this location and let’s just say I’m VERY DISAPPOINTED!! It’s NOOOOooo way this location has 4.0 stars!! When my aunt and I got here it was at least 10 people here ok that’s fine . So we got to the counter the person we spoke to told us it would be $200 flat with taxes …it ended up being 200 and something ok no big deal the guy got very nasty with her his attitude was very nasty! We went to sit down about 10 minutes later a customer asked the guy (with the attitude) about something and of course the worker had the same nasty attitude and the customer went off(as he should have)!! He been there since 9 and here it is 2:30 and come to find out the mess his car up and didn’t say anything until the very end! So other customers started saying how they were there since 8,9,10,11 etc and still no word on their vehicle. So I decided to take my car else where and asked for my keys the guy with the cross eyes asked (WHY) as though I owed him an explanation!! Very rude workers they were all playing instead of working and the inside of this place is disgusting !! Please learn customer service skills and if you don’t know how to fix something on a person vehicle LEAVE IT ALONE!!

The worst experience I've ever had in my life. The shop left tears in our eyes from how unprofessional and rude the employees and manager were after spending over $500 or more dollars just to be called a liar. They acted as if they didn’t know what to do about my issue once I pointed out the mistakes they made. They only cared about taking my money and leaving as soon as they closed. I gave them 1 star just for giving me my truck back and it being able to start again. I wish I had seen the reviews before the fact I would have never went there to be treated like this. PLEASE DON'T DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE AT THIS LOCATION. OVER 50 YEARS I NEVER WOULD THINK FIRESTONE MY FAVORITE PLACE WOULD DO THIS TO ME!

Gonna make this short .I would never come back here .please people stay away from here.they technician are very slow .I sat there n seen them talking n just playing around.not really working.I had an appointment at 11 and sat there 7 hours only just to have them check something on my car .if the guy would of told me the situation the first time of my car I would've have to waited that long .he gave me a two times free oil change so I came back for that thinking that I would I have only to wait at least a hour .I went by what he told me I would get u in soon as possible huh didn't trust that cause I would of been there probably 9 hours .before I wait 6 to 7 hours for a oil change I would rather go else where. I have heard lot of people say how they is but had to see for my self so PLEASE dont come here

I went there about a sound I was hearing from the back driver side when I drive and the faster I drove, the louder the sound got. So, I trusted that they had checked my car. I later was told that I needed two new front tires and front brakes done. I got the two new tires and alignment there. I drove to another establishment for my brakes that was on warranty to be done. After all that, I was still hearing the sound. I got the front wheel bearings done and was told that the sound was coming from my back driver side tire still. I started losing air in that tire daily. So, I decided to bring my car back to Firestone because apparently the issue was never resolved when I was there. (no one never drove my car to hear the noise). So, I explained the issue again to a young man and he advised that it wouldn't be a problem replacing my back tires because they was under warranty. So, here's where my problem escalated. I then remembered that ALL four of my tires was purchased from firestone with a warranty. I advised the young man that I was just in here for the same issue and what I was told and also charged. I explained that I charged itvto my Firestone Credit Card, which I shouldn't have been charged the amount on warranty tires. Now I'm paying a credit charge that really shouldn't be or the amount I was charge. He then went to advise the manager of the issue. WELL, everything went left at that point. He became defensive and stating that I used maybe 40% of the mileage warranty and I probably would have only gotten a small credit for the tires anyways. I said you told me when I purchase the tires, they was 60,000 miles tires. He said, "No, they was 55,000 miles tires and you did almost 30,000 miles on the tires. (SIR, THAT'S NOT THE ISSUE, THE TIRES STILL UNDER WARRANTY) You charged me FULL PRICE as if I didn't have a warranty. Well, I got upset and went to sit down, I was on the phone with my disabled husband explaining what just happened. The manager came over and requested that I hangup the phone to talk with me, because he didnt like doing 3rd party issues, so I disconnected my call so that he could talk to me. He told me that they was going to change the two back tires at no charge (um, WARRANTY I'm thinking) but anyways at that point I was crying and upset. So, he also said if the back driver side wheel bearing was bad, they would change it at no charge and the same if the back passenger side wheel bearing needed to be change. So, after four hours of being there. I road with the mechanic to see if the sound was still there. We both agreed that the matter seemed to be resolved with the driver side tire having a nail in it along with that side wheel bearing needed to be change. (ALL THIS COULD HAVE BEEN RESOLVED ON MY PREVIOUS VISIT) and I wouldn't have had to spend all that money on the other repairs I got at that point. So, once the invoice came, there was no charge. So, I asked was the tires replaced with 55,000 miles (as he previously stated). He THEN said, well on your precious (last visit), we didn't have the same mileage tires in stock, so we replaced the two back tires to match the front tires at 40,000 miles each. OKAYYYYY, AT THIS POINT I HAVE NOTHING LEFT IN ME TO FIGHT. My thing is, that was never told to me on the previous visit and HE gave me NOT EQUAL TO GREATER VALUE TIRES for what I had previously purchase, BUT, YOU NOW GOT ME WITH FOUR TIRES AT 40,000 MILES WARRANTY. OH, NOW I HAVE TIRES WITH LESS VALUE THEN PURCHASED. AT THIS POINT, I said to myself, I'm done with FIRESTONE and I'm going to complain about this.
He then ask me to give them a FIVE STAR RATING. SO, I DID and promised myself to go back and change it, to really meet my experiences with this location with the disloyalty and disrespect to value customers. I don't know if it was because I was a woman handling business or what. But it didn't feel good. I have to do these things Because my husband don't drive due to his health issues with Parkinson Disease, Congestive Heart Failure, Stage 4 Renal Failure and several other issues.Oct 07, 2025 -

terrible service. I sent my car for a alignment and full car checkup for a odd burning smell. They informed me they fixed the issues and that my coolant was bad. I asked if they can do the service and they denied and informed to go to my dealer. They gave me my car back overheated without any coolant. My car was not overheating at all when I left it with them. I had to wait for my car to cool down to fill it back up with coolant. My alignment was not even done also my car still swerves when trying to drive straight. Bad service no communication.

My mom came in at 8:00 as soon as they opened to get shocks, waited for hours and hours for a part to come in, the part finally comes in, they dont tell her and wait till 4:30 to start work, they close at 5 and it takes roughly an hour to change 2 shocks so had to take the car back from them wasting the entire day.
Ok top of that they tried to pile on a bunch of "things the car needs" that it absolutely did not, she came and asked directly for shocks, not an inspection followed by hundreds of dollars of "fixes" and even said the coolent system was fine even though its the 1 thing that doesn't work so they clearly didn't know what they where doing. Even had the nerve to try and charge 25 for the inspection, that they didn't ask to do nor where they asked to do. Do not go here if you value your time or do not know enough about your car to call them out on their attempts at piling on the bill.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. LIARS. RUDE. Was told I had to wait one hour for a quote on my front brakes. I agreed. Walked around the mall across the street.. 1 hour 15 minutes went by, I called they told me my car was next, they only two workers sorry for the wait… 2 HOURS WENT BY. I walked back, I walked through the garage, another car was being worked that I was there before. My car hadn’t even been moved. There were also 3-5 mechanics I spotted. Was lied to, then the gentleman upfront got rude when I stated I was leaving.. went to crank my car. THE KEY WAS GONE. Went to ask a mechanic if they got it or was it stolen. The mechanic asked for my name, what was having done.. he had no knowledge of my car, the brake job or anything I wasn’t even on the computer in the QUEUE. Then he walks out and hands me my key. They had the audacity to take my key, and not even MOVE the car for 2 hours. Horrible staff. Rude people. LIARS.

My car was towed to Firestone after breaking down on the highway. They were honest with me about what they could do. The damage to the car was internal, so they were not able to fix it. They gave me good recommendations. They allowed me to keep the car there until I could make arrangements for it to be towed. That kind of service is unbearable.

Traveling home to New York and had car troubles. Brought in, very busy so had to wait a while but understandable. Very friendly. Spoke mostly to Chuck. They where unable to fix but had some ideas on how to proceed. Chuck also kindly spoke to my brother and explained everything. Issue couldn't be resolved but very kind to us. Thank you

Gabriel was the staff member who helped me with my situation. My van broke down on 95 south bound on a Saturday evening. We were on our way to Orlando FL for vacation. The next day I called FS at 8:10 am and he assured me he will get to my car as soon as possible. He didn’t lie. He did and was able to fix my problem. I was so happy to hear back from him within 2 to 3 hours. We did not have to get another night a local hotel and were able to be back on the road to Orlando. I would have given 5 stars but when I got to the hotel to pick up the rest of my family- we noticed the cover to my battery was not put back on. It was still on my backseat.

DON’T DO IT!! I hate writing bad reviews but I feel really sorry for the customers here. Super disappointing- would not advise using this business. We were passing through and chose this location to get a flat tire fixed. Called at 9AM to see if they could do our repairs quickly since we have a very long travel day. Staff was dishonest the entire time about when our vehicle would be ready- felt like they said yes to everything just to get our money. Car was finally put on a lift at 11 AM and it’s now 1:30PM and simple fix is still not done. Repairs were also delayed due to poor communication between staff members- Not sure what was going on here but seems like bad business practices. We will be late to our event and wish we gave someone else our money. We ASKED for a discount for all the inconveniences and we did receive 10%. There are a lot of other businesses in the area- I’d check there first before making an appointment at FireStone. If you choose this business- be warned, also bring food or water- nothing is complimentary for your lifelong wait.
