The worst experience I've ever had in my life. The shop left tears in our eyes from how unprofessional and rude the employees and manager were after spending over $500 or more dollars just to be called a liar. They acted as if they didn’t know what to do about my issue once I pointed out the mistakes they made. They only cared about taking my money and leaving as soon as they closed. I gave them 1 star just for giving me my truck back and it being able to start again. I wish I had seen the reviews before the fact I would have never went there to be treated like this. PLEASE DON'T DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE AT THIS LOCATION. OVER 50 YEARS I NEVER WOULD THINK FIRESTONE MY FAVORITE PLACE WOULD DO THIS TO ME!

If I could rate 0 I would. Gonna make this short .I would never come back here .please people stay away from here.they technician are very slow .I sat there n seen them talking n just playing around.not really working.I had an appointment at 11 and sat there 7 hours only just to have them check something on my car .if the guy would of told me the situation the first time of my car I would've have to waited that long .he gave me a two times free oil change so I came back for that thinking that I would I have only to wait at least a hour .I went by what he told me I would get u in soon as possible huh didn't trust that cause I would of been there probably 9 hours .before I wait 6 to 7 hours for a oil change I would rather go else where. I have heard lot of people say how they is but had to see for my self so PLEASE dont come here

I went there about a sound I was hearing from the back driver side when I drive and the faster I drove, the louder the sound got. So, I trusted that they had checked my car. I later was told that I needed two new front tires and front brakes done. I got the two new tires and alignment there. I drove to another establishment for my brakes that was on warranty to be done. After all that, I was still hearing the sound. I got the front wheel bearings done and was told that the sound was coming from my back driver side tire still. I started losing air in that tire daily. So, I decided to bring my car back to Firestone because apparently the issue was never resolved when I was there. (no one never drove my car to hear the noise). So, I explained the issue again to a young man and he advised that it wouldn't be a problem replacing my back tires because they was under warranty. So, here's where my problem escalated. I then remembered that ALL four of my tires was purchased from firestone with a warranty. I advised the young man that I was just in here for the same issue and what I was told and also charged. I explained that I charged itvto my Firestone Credit Card, which I shouldn't have been charged the amount on warranty tires. Now I'm paying a credit charge that really shouldn't be or the amount I was charge. He then went to advise the manager of the issue. WELL, everything went left at that point. He became defensive and stating that I used maybe 40% of the mileage warranty and I probably would have only gotten a small credit for the tires anyways. I said you told me when I purchase the tires, they was 60,000 miles tires. He said, "No, they was 55,000 miles tires and you did almost 30,000 miles on the tires. (SIR, THAT'S NOT THE ISSUE, THE TIRES STILL UNDER WARRANTY) You charged me FULL PRICE as if I didn't have a warranty. Well, I got upset and went to sit down, I was on the phone with my disabled husband explaining what just happened. The manager came over and requested that I hangup the phone to talk with me, because he didnt like doing 3rd party issues, so I disconnected my call so that he could talk to me. He told me that they was going to change the two back tires at no charge (um, WARRANTY I'm thinking) but anyways at that point I was crying and upset. So, he also said if the back driver side wheel bearing was bad, they would change it at no charge and the same if the back passenger side wheel bearing needed to be change. So, after four hours of being there. I road with the mechanic to see if the sound was still there. We both agreed that the matter seemed to be resolved with the driver side tire having a nail in it along with that side wheel bearing needed to be change. (ALL THIS COULD HAVE BEEN RESOLVED ON MY PREVIOUS VISIT) and I wouldn't have had to spend all that money on the other repairs I got at that point. So, once the invoice came, there was no charge. So, I asked was the tires replaced with 55,000 miles (as he previously stated). He THEN said, well on your precious (last visit), we didn't have the same mileage tires in stock, so we replaced the two back tires to match the front tires at 40,000 miles each. OKAYYYYY, AT THIS POINT I HAVE NOTHING LEFT IN ME TO FIGHT. My thing is, that was never told to me on the previous visit and HE gave me NOT EQUAL TO GREATER VALUE TIRES for what I had previously purchase, BUT, YOU NOW GOT ME WITH FOUR TIRES AT 40,000 MILES WARRANTY. OH, NOW I HAVE TIRES WITH LESS VALUE THEN PURCHASED. AT THIS POINT, I said to myself, I'm done with FIRESTONE and I'm going to complain about this. He then ask me to give them a FIVE STAR RATING. SO, I DID and promised myself to go back and change it, to really meet my experiences with this location with the disloyalty and disrespect to value customers. I don't know if it was because I was a woman handling business or what. But it didn't feel good. I have to do these things Because my husband don't drive due to his health issues with Parkinson Disease, Congestive Heart Failure, Stage 4 Renal Failure and several other issues.

terrible service. I sent my car for a alignment and full car checkup for a odd burning smell. They informed me they fixed the issues and that my coolant was bad. I asked if they can do the service and they denied and informed to go to my dealer. They gave me my car back overheated without any coolant. My car was not overheating at all when I left it with them. I had to wait for my car to cool down to fill it back up with coolant. My alignment was not even done also my car still swerves when trying to drive straight. Bad service no communication.

Brought a lifetime alignment and chuck helped me with a question I had a really went into detail! I felt glad to talk to someone about the concerns and get some input on it. Definitely a great experience

My mom came in at 8:00 as soon as they opened to get shocks, waited for hours and hours for a part to come in, the part finally comes in, they dont tell her and wait till 4:30 to start work, they close at 5 and it takes roughly an hour to change 2 shocks so had to take the car back from them wasting the entire day. Ok top of that they tried to pile on a bunch of "things the car needs" that it absolutely did not, she came and asked directly for shocks, not an inspection followed by hundreds of dollars of "fixes" and even said the coolent system was fine even though its the 1 thing that doesn't work so they clearly didn't know what they where doing. Even had the nerve to try and charge 25 for the inspection, that they didn't ask to do nor where they asked to do. Do not go here if you value your time or do not know enough about your car to call them out on their attempts at piling on the bill. I imagine plenty of the 5 star reviews are people to gullible to realize whats happening

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. LIARS. RUDE. Was told I had to wait one hour for a quote on my front brakes. I agreed. Walked around the mall across the street.. 1 hour 15 minutes went by, I called they told me my car was next, they only two workers sorry for the wait… 2 HOURS WENT BY. I walked back, I walked through the garage, another car was being worked that I was there before. My car hadn’t even been moved. There were also 3-5 mechanics I spotted. Was lied to, then the gentleman upfront got rude when I stated I was leaving.. went to crank my car. THE KEY WAS GONE. Went to ask a mechanic if they got it or was it stolen. The mechanic asked for my name, what was having done.. he had no knowledge of my car, the brake job or anything I wasn’t even on the computer in the QUEUE. Then he walks out and hands me my key. They had the audacity to take my key, and not even MOVE the car for 2 hours. Horrible staff. Rude people. LIARS.

The staff is always friendly and very accommodating. I tend to come in on Saturday's, and it is usually busy, however, they are always up front with me on a time frame. I appreciate all of them for the work that they do!!!

My car was towed to Firestone after breaking down on the highway. They were honest with me about what they could do. The damage to the car was internal, so they were not able to fix it. They gave me good recommendations. They allowed me to keep the car there until I could make arrangements for it to be towed. That kind of service is unbearable.

Traveling home to New York and had car troubles. Brought in, very busy so had to wait a while but understandable. Very friendly. Spoke mostly to Chuck. They where unable to fix but had some ideas on how to proceed. Chuck also kindly spoke to my brother and explained everything. Issue couldn't be resolved but very kind to us. Thank you

Gabriel was the staff member who helped me with my situation. My van broke down on 95 south bound on a Saturday evening. We were on our way to Orlando FL for vacation. The next day I called FS at 8:10 am and he assured me he will get to my car as soon as possible. He didn’t lie. He did and was able to fix my problem. I was so happy to hear back from him within 2 to 3 hours. We did not have to get another night a local hotel and were able to be back on the road to Orlando. I would have given 5 stars but when I got to the hotel to pick up the rest of my family- we noticed the cover to my battery was not put back on. It was still on my backseat.

I've been dealing with Firestone in Florence, SC for a while now. Mostly it's been new tires and tire repairs. They've always been reliable for those things. The only negative has always been the wait times, but I normally don't schedule an appointment so you expect to wait. I went to Firestone on 07/27/2025 to see if my tire would be patched on my vehicle. The service tech reported that it could not be patched so Chuck, (front desk), asked the tech to put on the full-spare so I could continue my day without disruption. My vehicle has a weird tire size, so Firestone doesn't have a ton of options so fixing it that day was not going to work. Chuck and the friendly service tech did everything right, helping me get back on the road. Thank you.

I had a 4pm appointment for 4 new tires, and alignment and an oil change. They told me after we picked the tires and gave them the keys, the vehicle wouldn't be ready until near closing time due to only having 2 techs. We went to a local restaurant and had a bite to eat in order to kill some time. Then we return to the store to pick the car up at 6:45 pm and was told they were going to do the alignment and drain the oil at the same time. I watched them lift the car, drain the oil, drop the car, fill the oil and the take it for the on road inspection. I never sae an alignment being performed. I pay for my service and received the paperwork minus the alignment report. I ask for the report and they couldn't produce one. I have NEVER not received an alighnment report when an alignment was done. I paid for the lifetime alignment.

I had no appointment and drove in there with a flat. I was helped immediately. I left my car and they called me as soon as it was repairs. TOTALLY FAIR price. I scheduled a tire rotation as well. My car wasn't a mess and they didn't try to upsell me.

Worst experience ever. Waited seven hours to be told it would be 1100 to change rotors pads and calipers on 2 tires. Waited two more hours to actually have the work done. Going to the dealership next time. This facility borders on predatory. By the time I had my "free brake inspection done" there were no other shops open in town that could repair the failure. My choices were to drive knowing my brakes had failed or pay $1100 to get them fixed. Had I been told when I arrived at 10am that it would be such a long wait for someone to even look, I would have gone elsewhere. I should have known from the state of the showroom that this facility wasn't really interested in their customers.

A couple of years ago we had an alternator go while driving on I-95. Tow truck dropped the car off on a Saturday night and the team was able to accommodate the repair and get us back on the road by Sunday afternoon. Very appreciative!!!

Being open on Saturday is the only good thing about this store. Went in to get a tire plugged or patched; THREE hours later I ask what was taking so long. All the sudden they gave a damn. I don’t think they knew how to patch a tire or they figured it’s hard to discount a $50.00 service, so they found a reason to sell me a new tire. WILL NOT BE BACK AND WILL TRASH THEM TO EVERYONE I CAN!!!!!

I brought my 2008 Accord in because it went into limp mode. You replaced the spark plugs and catalytic converter, and I paid $1,300 thinking that would fix the issue. But I just had it looked at again, and the real issue is cylinder 4 — possibly a misfire or compression problem — which should’ve been the first thing checked. I feel like I paid for repairs that didn’t solve the actual problem, and now I’m out a lot of money and still dealing with the same issue. Can you explain why the cylinder 4 issue wasn’t caught or addressed from the start?

I love doing business here! The staff is very nice! I have had a wonderful relationship with Chuck for a long time. No complaints whatsoever! I’m happy that Firestone has added a new wonderful employee, Gabriel! Gabriel works really hard and is an excellent asset to the business! Both Chuck and Gabriel are really nice to the customers and always make sure the customers are satisfied! They go above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is running well and is getting the recommended services needed. Great job Chuck and Gabriel!!!

I was driving from South Carolina with my wife, my son and myself we were going to a wedding. We happen to get a big blowout on 95. We’re able to change the spare tire, but we had to fix the flat right away. It googled Firestone and we went there to that one. The gentleman took care of me right away no questions asked And changed my four tires right away. I bought four tires there. I appreciate his best service in and out no problem he checked the whole car for me and I really appreciate service like that. You don’t get that all the time once again thank you very much. DON’T DO IT!! I hate writing bad reviews but I feel really sorry for the customers here. Super disappointing- would not advise using this business. We were passing through and chose this location to get a flat tire fixed. Called at 9AM to see if they could do our repairs quickly since we have a very long travel day. Staff was dishonest the entire time about when our vehicle would be ready- felt like they said yes to everything just to get our money. Car was finally put on a lift at 11 AM and it’s now 1:30PM and simple fix is still not done. Repairs were also delayed due to poor communication between staff members- Not sure what was going on here but seems like bad business practices. We will be late to our event and wish we gave someone else our money. We ASKED for a discount for all the inconveniences and we did receive 10%. There are a lot of other businesses in the area- I’d check there first before making an appointment at FireStone. If you choose this business- be warned, also bring food or water- nothing is complimentary for your lifelong wait.
