They have helped and continue to help with our cars - and we couldn't be more delighted to obtain their EXCELLENT SECOND-TO-NONE service. Their kindness is overflowing. Their professionalism is as well. Despite those things - both of which are wonderful accoutrements for any business to possess - we obviously long for people who are supremely skilled, thoroughly knowledgeable, and totally capable to excel at servicing and repairing your vehicle. Creel possesses ALL OF THAT. ALL!!!!! We have dealt at the front counter with Walton, Richard, and Terry, all of whom leave us impressed with each visit. This place is a real gem. We are very fortunate to have this company here. They are fun to deal with. I almost wished I could just hang around and talk with them. They fixed what needed to be fixed at a reasonable rate and didn't fix what they judged to be fine. I will never go back to the dealer.
I was meeting someone to buy a truck in South Carolina. I called Creel auto to see if they could inspect the vehicle before I purchase it. Walton was very kind and supportive. They're really honest people, I would advise you to go here instead of taking your car to anywhere else. Other places will try to get money out of you but here they'll tell you the actual truth and what is wrong with the car. Amazing place and amazing service!

Super friendly, went out of their way to get in parts that we needed that the local suppliers didn't have. By afternoon, they had the parts in hand and were working on our car. Prices very fair. Highly recommend!

My girlfriends father passed away recently and he was the families car guy. I'm an IT guy. I fix computers, but can't fix cars. And my girlfriend isn't good with them either.
In the world of mechanics, it's VERY difficult to find someone you trust. Mechanics have lied to me, damaged my car, overcharged me and various other issues. For this reason I don't like many mechanic shops.
My girlfriend went to this shop to let them know her car was shaking. First time being there and it was PACKED (I would later understand why). She waited and they took her keys and started working. Not much clarity as to what was going on or how long the wait was.
But they were quick! Less than 35 mins later they're back to talk to her. The guy found out she didn't know anything about cars and showed her the fluids to check and what the essential things were to care for her car. He also explained in great detail why her car was shaking and how they fixed it. They let her know that she could always bring it in if she was worried something was wrong and ensured her that they wouldn't ever judge or give her a hard time.

Both my daughter and I have been so pleased with the level of service and professional care from Richard and Walton and their staff. The biggest difference seems to stem from very basic and good old fashion qualities my father taught me and exemplified: honesty, hard work, go above and beyond to please and serve, give your best and charge a fair price. This week, they went above and beyond; after installing a new set of tires, they asked me to text them when I reached my destination since I was going to be traveling alone. Walton and Richard are phenomenal. They will provide transportation to your place of employment and then will bring your car back to you once repaired. I've used them for over 20 years for tires and other work needed on my vehicles.
I have known Richard, and Walt for years as they have worked on my cars for years. I would recommend them to everyone who needs any type of car maintenance. They have never pressured me to have unnecessary work done, always given me great advice on my cars needs and has stood behind their work. Best of all, fair and reasonable pricing.
They’re ok. Pricing is pretty good, however professionalism needs some work. My husband took his car there a few months back for a diagnostic & some work. My husband was there for about 6 hours! He said the mechanic that was working on his car kept stopping to service cars that were considered “quick jobs”. Now mind you my husband had made an appointment so his car should’ve been top priority until his repairs were finished. My husband asked him to look at several other things on the car, that were issues/concerns, however he did not, he must’ve forgot being as though he was preoccupied with all the other cars. We have not been back since then and will probably never be. Nice people, but professionalism needs lots of work.
The best auto shop in the Pee Dee easily .. probably the best business in the Pee Dee. Walton and Richard are first class and always willing to listen to you no matter how busy they are. They have went above and beyond so many times just for me it is too many to even list on here, from delivering my cars to me and picking them up when I could not get there. Not knowing that much about cars I can trust them to stop by and just ask a quick question and they are always willing to help. Stop reading and reviews and take your cars there now. This is not just the best tire service in Florence it is the absolute best business in Florence. Rick and Walter are just amazing people and business owners. In my 12 year history with them they have never NOT gone above and beyond to help. They have always treated me like a good friend or family at every interaction. They've never balked at giving me free advice or picking up the phone and calling around to get someone to help when they can't. (Rare event)Their repairs and services have always been a 6 on a scale of 1 to 5! They have serviced my last 3 vehicles with incredible integrity. The service is on time and affordable and always done right. I don't know how to express the props they truly deserve but assure you it's THE BEST service of any kind of business in the Pee Dee.
I rarely leave reviews however the service here is exceptional. Good honest owners on site as well as their employees which defines a successful business. I've been going here for 15+ years and wouldn't think of going elsewhere. If they can't fix it, rest assured that whoever they refer you to will be honest and affordable. Great business ethics.
