My mechanic recommend Affordable Glass and I couldn’t be anymore grateful for this company. I scheduled my appointment for 9am that same week and the service itself took less than half an hour. I got to sit in my car and have great conversations and laughs while Billy remained professional and focused with top tier pricing. Billy is also mobile and services the RI area and some of MA so you can call him at any point in time for help anywhere. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does and wants to help people.

Took my wife's car to Affordable Auto Glass for a windshield replacement and it was straight-up great. Billy is a solid dude, helpful, friendly, no nonsense, knows exactly what he's doing. Did the job at his garage at his house, clean setup, finished in about 45 minutes. I just sat in the back seat chilling while he worked. Fast, easy, zero hassle. What a great experience. Billy is a top notch professional window installer. Even after snow storm, he was trying to get parts to get the job done. I had an appointment with the bigger window installer company and canceled when Billy was willing to help right away. I highly recommend him to anyone that needs a window insulation.

Bill came to my house to replace my windshield and after I mentioned my passenger window was off track/not working, he proceeded to fix that also! Excellent work, by a nice guy, not to mention the cheapest price out of every company I called....very pleased and I will be recommending them and I will be calling with any future glass needs.

I would give Billy 10 stars if it were an option. My sunroof got shattered by an object on highway during a drive to the emergency vet. I called the next day, he found a sunroof for my car, rescheduled someone in order to fit me in (thank you unknown person!) and had me on the road in no time for about half of anyone else. 2" of rain and high winds tonight. I couldn't recommend him more highly. Thank you, Billy!!

I had TWO full windshield replacements done this morning at a price lower than other companies had quoted me for one single windshield replacement.
Billy is excellent at what he does and happy to do it, is very kind, and FAST. It only took about a half hour to do one windshield once he got there. Definitely would work with him again. Fast communication by text as well.

Bill replaced the windshield in my 2021 Honda CR-V. It looks and works great. He was efficient and professional.
He also saved us about $500 on materials relative to what other companies had quoted us. They were requiring that we replace the lane-keeping assistance camera with the windshield, but he was able to keep the old camera and just replace the glass. Lane-keeping assistance system still works great.

There has been a rash of car break-ins at the lots for my apartment building, so I needed my window replaced after my car got hit. Had a great experience here! I was able to get an appointment quickly, and the price was really reasonable. Billy was very nice and efficient (as was his wife when I called). While I hope I don't need their services very often, the next time I need auto glass replaced, this will for sure be my first call, and I will definitely be recommending them to my neighbors!
Billy & Dolly are true small business owners, proving the American Dream is alive if a business offers great customer service. Billy has replaced 2 windshields for me. Both times we had a great conversation as he worked. The second time he explained the difference he makes with his experience. If you need your windshield fixed, YOU NEED TO CALL DOLLY!! WE LOVE YOU BILLY! It was crunch time to get my windshield repaired in time for my car inspection renewal. I called on a Saturday and the appointment was made to arrive on Monday. They did let me know that if it was raining they’d schedule for the following day (which it did and it was). Billy drove to me which was so convenient. He was done in 30 minutes! He would’ve been done sooner if we didn’t get a quick pet/play break with my dog! So happy to know that I have a windshield replacement place in my back pocket now. Fast, easy and affordable. 10/10 recommend, thank you Billy!
This guy is the best. I called him that morning and he had me all fixed up and ready to go before night fall. He was very professional and his price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company! My windshield was completely smashed on the highway by a flying object, and I contacted affordable auto glass, and Dollie set me up with an appointment the very next day. Bill was very professional and neat… He installed a new windshield with rain sensor and wipers he was in and out within an hour. They installed the windshield in my driveway which was convenient. The price was much cheaper than other quotes and I was extremely impressed with this company. I would recommend them highly to family and friends!!!
