I was in a hit and run accident. My car was towed to this facility and I had absolutely no idea if I would be in good hands. Well, all I can say is, the time I spent here today... nothing but good vibes, direct service, and genuine support. I wouldn't trust any other body shop within the Johnston, RI area. I can’t say enough good things about Northeast Autobody. They repaired the extensive collision damage to my Toyota Highlander after a recent accident and the work is absolutely perfect and looks brand new. The team was exceptional and they kept me updated with all the steps along the way and made sure it was completed by the time I needed. They even communicated with the insurance company, which helped. I strongly recommend Northeast!

Al and the crew at Northeast did a great job fixing my daughters car after hitting a deer. They went over a beyond with great service. Couldn't of asked for an better experience.

Northeast was the absolute best. It was my first time visiting the autobody shop. Everyone was on-board with the entire process from the time my car went in to the time my car was finish. I would totally recommend. My car looks absolutely amazing.

I just had my daughter's white 2016 BMW repaired at North East. The service was unmatched, they returned my phone calls whenever i called for updates, my wife said the repair looked like the car just came off the line. The guys there were also nice and welcoming and helped with additional services and questions that I had. I definitely would bring all my cars there if anything were to happen again. Everyone there did an amazing job taking care of my baby. They walked me through all of my paperwork and took care to check in throughout the process. My car looked so good when I got her back, that I wasn’t sure she was mine! They have my complete trust!

I’m extremely happy I took my car here! Dave the mechanical shop manager is the best! Always communicated with me, took care of the misdiagnosed issues by another shop, actually fixed my car and all with reasonable time and pricing. I highly recommend Northeast to everyone and in my opinion they should be the only shop around period to take your car to. I came in a customer and left as friend, I can go on forever about everything that makes this shop the best ever, but I will honestly say I love this shop and their customer service is the best! Man everytime I come to this establishment they don’t disappoint. They make you feel like family go above and beyond. Car was expect to be done in three weeks and it was done a week in advance. They make the paperwork easy to fill out. You go in and out. If need a rental They provide you with the best cars.

I’ve been going to North East for YEARS. I don’t trust any body shop in RI besides these guys. All the management and owners are more then helpful. They always treat you with respect and treat your car like they own it. Never disappointed when I get my car back from them. If your on the fence on where to get your car fixed after an accident don’t look any further, north east is the place to go !

Northeast Autobody- the team is very attentive, works in a timely manner, is very knowledgeable, and kind. I've had to get my cars' hood and fender fixed to also getting oil changes and everything in between. I'm glad I found them.

NE Autobody was incredible to work with. From start to finish they were willing to help, honest and transparent. It took about 2.5 weeks to fix my van and the work is impeccable. They were even able to put me in a loaner so I don’t have to pay for a rental. 10/10 recommend.

I decided to give Northeast a try after seeing their advertisement for brake and rotor replacement for $299 per axle. If you shop around, you will quickly discover that's a great price. Scheduling an appointment was hassle free, their communication was great and the work was top notch. I would highly recommend them.

Gary and his staff were nothing but excellent and welcoming from beginning to end. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would. I will recommend them to anyone I possibly can. My car looks better than the day I bought it. Thank you !!

Northeast body shop is not a shop I would trust for the Johnston location. I was recommended to this shop by a family member and on top of it, the manager said to me that they were the place to go and the other shop I had intended to contact was not the one. Since I was recommended by a family member to go to northeast, I trusted that they were rite for my vehicle needs. They were friendly and welcomed me with open arms.well all I am going to say is don’t judge a book by its cover. Once I gave my keys to the shop, was I in for a treat. A month later after waiting, I did a look around once I received the vehicle back.I noticed the interior was not shampooed properly. Also, the plastic was greasy and grimy from the chemicals they have used. When it came to the exterior, there was swirl marks and scratches in the paint like they didn’t even do their job. The exterior plastic and rubber has left over wax. On top of it, my rear drivers tail light was damage since you have to remove the tail lights to replace the rear bumper. All I went there for was a rear bumper replacement but they suggested the auto detailing, on top of body work. I was let down and had to buy a whole new tail light on top of a auto detail else where. I suggest anyone who thinks about this place, should beware of the careless quality they give out.

I was sitting in my car parked when I was hit by an old lady who scratched my car from back rim to front rim, forward and when she went backward. I took my car here and they had me in a rental and told me they would take care of everything and that they did. When I got my car back it looked like it was coming off a showroom floor. I want to thank Gary, Patrick, Mike and I think his name was Steve. Plus the lady who answered my calls and was so pleasant on the phone. If I ever get hit by someone again I know where to bring my car. I will never go anywhere else for it. Patrick thanks for the name of the lady. it made my personal claim put in my bank account in less than 24 hours. You guys are the absolute best!!!!!!!

I was referred by friend. I hit a deer and had thousands of dollars in damage. The professionalism I received is award winning. They worked with my insurance, helped me with a rental car until car was repaired. I am extremely happy with the results of my car repair. My car is brand new again... Thank you to the whole team...

I don't write reviews often but had to for this because when you see something extraordinary you should say it. I've been a customer at NE Autobody 3 times and their service and product was A+ every time. Every person I came into contact with at NE Auto was happy, friendly, and genuinely wanted to help fix the problem. From the Owner, the rental person, the person fixing the car to the man walking into work that morning who didn't even know me, asked "can I help you?", and actually wanted to help me even if it wasn't their job. You don't see that anymore. Each time they did what they said they would do and my vehicle came back looking amazing inside and out. I would refer anyone there and not look back!!

First time here. Owner and staff are amazing. Treated me like family and made me feel comfortable getting the work done. Car was repaired in a timely manner and work is impeccable. Car returned to me looking better than when I bought it.

Northeast was amazing to work with! The car is as good as new and clean too after getting rear ended. They did the body repair and made sure the back up sensors and emergency braking/alarms were back in alignment. They kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. Would recommend and go to again!…but hopefully won’t have to. Thank you, Gary, Steve and Pat!

I called and spoke with Gary about my vehicle. He waited until I got out of work at 5 so I could bring in my car! They close at 4:30. He immediately told me that it had to be in a garage, and why, and gave me something to drive home in. They handled the insurance part and fixed it to make it look brand new! All I had to do was pick it up. I highly recommend this business to everyone! They are all helpful and willing to help you with anything you need. 😊

Total professional group of people 40+ years of body & repair on all cars, would go back again & again. Got a few business cards to share with friends, Gary told me should have been totaled the time, got a second look & was Gary knows his he is honest & up front.

I am so glad I chose Northeast Auto Body. Gary and his staff are the best! They’re trustworthy, reasonably priced and friendly. But best of all is how meticulous they are with repairs. I needed the whole front end and right fender on my SUV replaced after an accident. The work was gone in a timely fashion. Seriously, you can’t even tell it was ever involved in a crash. Every aspect of the experience was seamless. I highly recommend Northeast Auto Body. Btw, shout out to Ray who does an amazing job.

Awesome! John is great. He was very helpful and easygoing. They were very professional and friendly so I didn't feel like I was imposition. They dealt with the insurance company and had me in a rental in less than 45 minutes. They did a wonderful job on my car and it looked brand new after it was repaired and detailed. I went to them based on all the positive reviews and I definitely made the right decision. You won't be disappointed.
