If I could take my auto to only one accident repair shop in the state it would be Anthony’s Auto Body. I have dealt with other shops in my 50 plus years of driving but only Anthony’s stands out among them. After my initial call to my insurance company Anthony’s takes care of the rest of the paper work, dealing with the adjuster and getting the required original parts. The repair gets done quickly and with quality original parts. When I pick up the auto after the work has been done it looks like the day I bought. I have found that Anthony’s staff is always courteous, friendly and ready to answer any questions I have. Steve H. & Family

I wish I could give more than five stars because Anthony's is amazing! Back in May my car was hit by a garbage truck causing quite a bit of damage. Anthony's is nearby, has good reviews so I gave them a call. I was able to bring my car to them immediately and they handled everything from there including setting me up with a rental and dealing with the garbage truck's insurance company. My car came back looking brand new with not one sign that it had been hit. The staff was so helpful and friendly and put all my concerns at ease as to what needed to be done. I recently went to Anthony's auto body for some work on my volvo. This new state of the art family run autobody shop is the real deal. Anthony Jr and his family are awsome, friendly,knowledgeable and the prices are extremely fair. My volvo looks brand new. This is my go to autobody shop for life. I was given a tour of their prestine shop. You can eat off the floor. If you need any work done on your car, look no further. Best in R.I. you won't be disappointed I promise. I have another car that needs some body work. I will be taking it to Anthony's. This shop is legit !!!!!

I’m so happy with the work Anthony's Auto Body did on my car! It was in pretty rough shape after the accident, but when I picked it up, it looked brand new - honestly, even better than when I first bought it. This really says a lot because my car was a 2025 Kia Sportage, and after the work, it looked even better than the day I drove it off the dealership lot. The guys at Anthony's Auto Body did an amazing job, and they were super friendly and easy to deal with. They kept me in the loop the whole time and delivered amazing results. Definitely recommend this place if you want your car to look perfect again!

I can't possibly overstate how fantastic my experience was with this business owner. I had a flat tire on Sunday and while changing the tire on my car, the jack collapsed. Anthony helped me on his own time, to solve the problem. He also told me to swing by the shop to make sure the tire was safely mounted. There was an issue with the rotor cover that I didn't notice until after I drove off on Sunday and it was a very loud noise from contact with the rotor. I took it to the shop today and it was fixed almost immediately. He wouldn't even take a payment. Obviously don't expect free work from the business owner, but how incredibly helpful and trustworthy this guy is speaks to the value of doing business there. I need some minor repairs to my car that I will surely have done there

Recently had my 2024 Silverado collision repair at Anthony’s Auto Body in Johnston RI and I got my vehicle back today and very impressed, it actually looked better than it did off the showroom floor when I first got it, I was treated like family, staff very professional friendly and their work second to none. Unbelievable lack of communication Dropped my car off April 16th (it is currently October 25th and they are still in posession of my vehicle) OVER 6 MONTHS. Went the first two months with zero communication with the shop, granted, I was out of the state so I was not calling them either. After returning to rhode island I started calling weekly for updates,(they did not contact me at all). Each week there was a new excuse,(waiting to start the work until they have all the parts, parts are on back order, They received the wrong parts needed to reorder new, They're backed up on work, etc) The beginning of July I started hearing that it should be finished "sometime next week, the back damage is fixed just need to finish the front" After calling twice a week for an additional month; end of August the story changed to "the front is finished just need to work on the back." Clearely there is a mix up in the stories they're relaying between the receptionist and mechanics. I still continue to call twice a week, the past 3 weeks I've been told "we just need to put it back together and it'll be finished" yet it has still has been 3 weeks of the same claim. It is mindblowing to me that they still retain business after the experience I had, there is no way I am the only one who has been treated like this. I only came here because geico recommended this shop. And it seemed to have decent reviews online. I found out for myself this shop is not opperating up to par and should be avoided if you need your vehicle fixed in a timely manner. They have had my car for over 6 months with no end in sight. Learn from my mistake and PLEASE BE WARNED.

Anthony is without a doubt a five star customer service professional. He takes care of our cars like they are his own. His team’s work is beyond excellent and their attention to detail is second to none. It’s refreshing these days to be able to count on someone in business to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations and Anthony’s Auto Body delivers every time.

This shop provides you with honest quality services. They made my car look like new. They communicated with me from start to finish and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend them.

I wouldn’t hesitate bringing my car here again. I was in an accident and they handled everything. From the insurance company, to extending my rental so I wouldn’t accumulate any additional charges. Anytime I called with questions they were answered, if they were busy my phone calls were always returned. If I could give 10 star's I would. Definitely recommend them.

The Ferranti family has always treated myself and everyone I've sent there over the years just like their own family. You can expect the absolute best quality workmanship and professionalism. They are the best in the business!

Never have I experienced this poor of communication anywhere before. I waited a month to even bring my car in in the first place, then repairs took two months. I understand there are shortages and they kept receiving the wrong parts. However, I had to call them at least a dozen times to get updates and gave them my phone number to contact me multiple times. They didn't contact me until it was done. My car is fixed and looks nice now, sure, but now I am exhausted and regretting coming here. I was hoping for better service considering the other reviews and that my insurance recommended it. Maybe they were better before all of the shortages and pre-pandemic but that doesn't matter to me. Save yourself the time and stress and go anywhere else. They don't want more cars to have to repair anyways.

My car was actually hit by a neighbor while it was parked. After I was not able to get a timely appointment at my preferred body shop, I reluctantly went with the other drivers insurance company listed repair shop. Anthony's auto body was on their list. it had great reviews and it lived up to the good reviews I had read. They were very courteous and professional. The job was done in a timely manner, the repairs seemed flawless,and my wife was especially happy with how clean the car was inside and out. I would certainly use them again if needed, and I would refer them without hesitation.

I was very pleased with Anthony's Auto Body. I called from the accident scene and when I got there I had a rental car all ready for me. The staff is friendly, courteous and attentive to needs. He even offered a pick up for me at the accident if I didn't have a ride. He assessed the damages promptly and worked with my insurance agency to proceed as needed.

I had an amazing experience with Anthony's. They did a beautiful job fixing my car and even fixed a few extra dents and scratches just because. I am so happy with my car and everyone was so courteous and friendly too. Also very clean with hand sanitizer etc in the lobby. Thank you!

The service here was impeccable. The whole family was helpful and friendly with any questions or concerns I had during the whole (scary) process of getting my car fixed after my first accident. My mother was involved in a small fender-bender. Myself I am in Florida, trying to help her out over the phone was not the best option. I received a referral from a very old friend, he assured me Anthony would take care of my mom. I called first thing in the morning and talked to Anthony himself, told me to have my mom stop by as soon as she could and he would check the car out for me. He made my mom feel very comfortable and showed me he would take care of the car. I am eternally grateful. He treated my mom like she was his.

They were nice enough but I paid 120 to tow my truck a mile I guess it's not their fault but when I wanted to tow it to buildings over they were going to charge me the same amount of money. day after Christmas you would expect someone to be a little more helpful.

Great body shop, my insurance company recommended Anthony's and not only was the repair outstanding but they also cleaned up my headlights and fixed some paint chips that weren't part of the work order. Those little details is what makes a great shop stand out above the rest.

I first came here after my neighbor accidentally backed into my car and this is where her insurance company sent me. From the outset I could tell that they cared about their customers and I felt like my neighbor's insurance company wasn't going to get swindled and my car was going to be repaired well. That was, in fact, the case! Then a few weeks ago I pulled into my driveway too sharply and scraped the side of my car pretty badly. Insurance wouldn't cover it because I only have liability. I called Anthony's they told me to bring my car in. The owner took a look at my car and was honest that it'd be more to fix properly than my car is worth, however, he could buff it out as best as possible and paint over it. The total cost for this was only $100. I dropped my car off about a week later and it was finished that evening. He was true to his verbal quote of $100 and my car looks much better. The paint matches exactly and it just now looks like the side of my car is more or less slightly wrinkled. I couldn't recommend this place more. They are honest, hard workers and they take care of their customers.
