My car made it 2 years been fixing it the whole time. It’s beyond repair that I can afford at this point paying 3 more years on a car I can’t afford to drive.All wheel bearings, exhaust including headers, all belts, valve cover gaskets, rotted subframe, calipers,brakes,rotors etc. it’s a sinking ship

I bought my first car at United Auto Sales and I couldn’t be more pleased. I spent my Monday off at this dealership today purchasing a Kia optima for myself and it was a breeze. They not only picked me up from home to bring me to the dealership to test drive it, they fed me lunch and took care of me for the whole entire day. They brought me to get it insured and sign some paperwork, and back to the dealership to finalize the sale. They even hooked me up as well. Highly recommend this dealership to anybody looking to purchase a car for themselves.

Nothing but a Wonderful Experience with Alex, Adam and the Team at United Auto Sales. Courteous, Considerate and they bend over backwards to make things work. Based on how well my daughter was treated when she purchased a vehicle from them, I also when the need arose went back to them 2 months later and purchased another vehicle. They are highly recommended

United auto has amazing customer service! The second you walk in you're greeted and treated like a real person rather than just a money vessel. I am so glad that i went here to perchance my first because they eased so much anxiety I had about going to dealership. They make you feel like family and genuinely care about each and every customer and service that they provide, as well as doing everything in an efficient manner.

If I could give more stars I would. If you are looking for a car, don’t go anywhere else. I was so nervous about buying a car, but Alex was patient and kind in helping me find the right car for me. He makes you feel like you are buying a car from a well trusted family member. He could have sold me my car without telling me that it needed a new transmission, but he is very honest and is even putting a new one in without charging extra.

United auto sales was a great place to choose my first vehicle. The salesmen were especially nice and did not place any pressure on me about choosing a car. They gave me adequate time to choose just the right one for me. They answered all my questions and were attentive to any concerns that I had. Would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a good used car!

Bought a car from them that seemed fine during the test drive, but has given me problems ever since. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! They have played me like a fiddle, knew the car had issues (there is no way they did not as I brought it back to them and they fake fixed it numerous times. My thoughts is it was an insurance scam to have them return to me for the work all those times). They would not let me get out of the purchase and the car decides when it wants to work. It takes days off of driving often. Not okay. They made me leave them a 5 star review before I left the dealership, so don't trust the score like my dad did! It also shut off completely one time while I was driving. NOT SAFE! DO NIT SHOP HERE. I write to you from my car that won't start, again! One star given, because zero was not an option!

I had an excellent experience at United Auto Sales. I purchased a high-quality car there at a very reasonable price. The salesman, Alex, even lowered the price a few hundred dollars to make the car more affordable for me. Prior to buying the car, I took it for a pre-purchase inspection with another mechanic; they found only one very minor issue (the brake shoes were low, but still usable), and the friendly United Auto Sales mechanic, Antonio, promptly replaced that part. Alex went the extra mile for me (no pun intended): he purchased new floor mats for the car, as the originals had gone missing, and even filled the tank up with a little extra gas before I drove the car away. I definitely recommend United Auto Sales!

I will buy from this dealership again. I will recommend this company to a friend, a family member, and maybe even my own daughter one day. Stresses about buying a new (used) car aren’t very stressful here. Adam made the process comfortable, streamline, and quick. There wasn’t once I felt like I was being taken advantage of. My wife and I came in, test drove the car, and made a deal within less than an hour (We had previous financing). We took the car up to NH for a family trip and noticed a slight glitch in the shifter. The dealership fixed the problem free of charge even after we passed the 1,000 mile warranty. They know how to treat people!

We met with Alex and he was very promising and assuring. We explained that we travelled from Boston and we needed assurance that we were getting a quality car. He guaranteed us a car that would last and fix the cosmetic damages that we pointed out and get his contact to cut an extra set of keys that we would pay extra for. When we came to pick up the car, he missed correcting some damages and told us that he'd mail us a paint pen and the trunk cover but never delivered. Within 2 months of having the car, the keys that we paid extra for stopped working. And then less than 6 months from pick up, the transmission broke. I called the shop to speak with him but no one called back. Now I'm stuck with an unusable car. I wouldn't trust buying from here. Please be weary. EDIT/UPDATE: Shortly after the review posted, Alex reached out to us about the issue at hand. We planned a way to get the car down to him and his people so they could take a look at it. He said we were in good hands, and though not believing that too much at first, Alex was very helpful in correcting this problem. He sent the car to get inspected by the dealership and lent us a loaner car. Initially, our license plate was applied to the loaner car with an expired MA inspection sticker. We reached out to Alex again because that was allowed in MA and didn't want more trouble from driving it (keep in mind that the business is in RI). After a couple of phone calls, we reached an agreement to switch the plates to dealer plates so that we would not get pulled over/ticketed, as we also have a non-English speaking driver. After a month, the car was ready to be picked up and has been functioning normally as far as we can tell. They also reprogrammed the second key and assured that we could come back in case it stops working again. We're still tying up some loose ends, but updating this review now as a gesture of good faith. The whole situation was unfortunate and we would not want to go through it again. But with that said and to their credit, Alex and his team righted the situation and did take care of us.

Good selection of cars! The salesmen (ours was Alex Aurora) and mechanics are very personable and made both the selling of the car and the adjacent issues (repairs, registration, price discussion) go very smoothly. We were even allowed to bring our own mechanic to look out purchase over. A dealer worth checking out if in the market for a vehicle.

Alex and Adam are so kind and helpful and thorough. They answered all of our questions and explained the process thoroughly. Even when we said we’re set on the car, they kindly insisted we test drive and printed out all of its features so we could be truly confident in our decision. I purchased a car from Ocean state auto and the guys at United serviced it. I want to give a special thanks to Edgar who personally worked on my car. My car drives great and everything that I asked for was done. He was very understanding and he tried his best to make sure I was happy. He's a good guy who deserves to be noticed. They have some great inventory here as well. All the guys in the office were nice and respectful. I'd definitely do business here again.

I had an Amazing experience here!! I Took a test drive, and fell in love with a 2016 Nissan Altima! He did everything he could to help me get the car I wanted and I left the dealership the owner of a new car! Every single person that helped me was amazing and I am so happy I took the 45 min drive! I would highly recommend this dealership! They have beautiful cars at amazing prices and the staff and owners are absolutely amazing! I can’t say enough good things about this place.
