This place is a joke and they are FRAUDS. My mother and I purchased a car here when I got my license and we went to the DMV to register it. They told us we needed the title for the car which was not included in the sale for some reason. We went back to this DUMP to get the title and they tried getting an extra $500 out of us to give the title up. Absolute FRAUD. I would never recommend to anyone buying a car from this junkyard.
Great selection of cars, they also referred me to an auto body shop technician for my car. One technician helped with fixing my car up due to a very big dent in the front :)
Had my vehicle for over a week diagnosing an overheating issues. Went to pick it up with no changes and was charged for a part that did not fix the issue. Was told they didn’t want to be bothered with it.

April 2018 Bought a 2013 Honda Civic a few weeks ago. JC and Jacob were great. All along the way they communicated each step to get my car registered and financed. A few days after delivery I had an issue with one of my keys and a door lock. They took care of the issue quickly and it was not a hassle.
Update March 2023
My daughter got into a slight fender bender. Cumberland collision, put it up on the lift to inspect and found major pre exiting structural frame problem on opposite site of where accident occurred. They ended up totaling the car due to a pre-existing frame issue. The welds were shoddily done and painted over. Car was unsafe! Found out years later. Insurance company Amica took care of me!
Car ran great however!
Lesson learned- Don’t buy any car that has been in an accident.

Incredibly unprofessional bought a car from them and within a week the motor blew and they refused to reimburse or help me pay the cost. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone who wants a reliable car.
This place is trash and the owner is a typical used car salesman liar...."everything has been replaced on the car." blah blah. He sells cars that should have been sent to the junk yard. To have a car only last 3 months before detonating is a crime in itself. I'm surprised this clown is still in business.
I didn't even want to give you a one star. I was there with my kid, and got ignored. The open sign was flashing. I was knocking, and the guy walking I said hello too. He saw me, and heard me, and just kept walking. I never knew cars could sell themselves. Maybe we would've gotten acknowledged had I been a different nationality. Keep your vehicle's you rude @#£_&-+ Remember kids are watching. I took my money elsewhere!!!
I want to say I am so impressed and happy with the work that was done with my car I had a complete timing belt Assembly replaced on my 95 lexus and he went above and beyond to complete the job. any other machanic would have just told me that there was no hope your car is done but JC went above and beyond and worked late into the night to find a way to make it all work great . I will be taking my car back here for any of my car needs. Thanks again JC your awesome!!
Personal has became my favorite place for whenever I need anything put on or fixed and advice the owner is so polite and kind I'd do business with them anyway.
Bought three cars from this dealership. Always great service, great prices, and ultra reliable cars. The only dealers I know of that start by telling you about any faults in a car--that's honesty. Never experienced any problem with any car. Will buy from City Limits again. Highly recommend.
Stopped by over the weekend and found a car i was interested in purchasing. The sales associate told me to deposit 300 dollars on the vehicle and that they would send me a copy of the title that monday so we could move forward with getting insurance. I asked explicitly if the deposit was refundable if for any reason we did not want the car, he said yes. Monday came, no title. Tuesday came, no title. We called, no answer. Today is Wednesday, still no title so we asked for the deposit back. Finally got through to somebody and the guy said it was nonrefundable.
I am contacting the BBB to report them. It is illegal to take someone's money with nothing in return furthermore it is a breach of verbal contract. Stay far, far away from this place.
Only reason this is receiving a one star is because it doesn’t give me the option to rate no stars! All of the previous ratings are clearly not of real people or they must’ve been of people of higher titles. Let me start by. When you sell a car “as is” you must have it physically displayed On the car on a paper visible to possible buyers!!! That the car is “as is” due to condition! Also for a dealer not to offer a warranty. Screams sketchy. An for the price to go from 5500 al the way to 4300 also speaks volumes. It was a lemon you wanted to offload from your property but wanted to profit off of clearly! As a dealer you must provide a warranty! An also if the car barely a week later won’t turn on and happens to be the starter. That should be on YOU to repair. As mechanics there’s a way to tell when stuff is going. An you highly knew but kept it to yourself and profited by repairing it yourself first trying to charge as much as $400! When the woman demanded her money back because the car was/is a lemon! It should have been granted. It’s her name on the title therefore her vehicle but instead you turned her away an wanted to speak the man who was going to be driving the vehicle. I guess cause he was a easier push over. This whole thing is a mess. $75 for a tow to your garage to fix it an now money towards repairs an the car has barely been off your lot for a week. Can’t wait for what’s next! I will be filing a complaint with the dmv and also the bbb. This type of stuff shouldn’t be tolerated. An this is exactly why some people fear buying from used car dealers. You lie an weasel your way to make money while scamming those who know no better.
J.C. and Jacob went over and above for me. I'm a disabled older woman and have had awful experiences with other places. I never felt more "taken care of " than with them. J.C. thanked ME! For trusting HIM! I will never go anywhere else !!
