A guy from this company was picking up a container in my residential neighborhood. Blocked the entire street and didn't care about inconveniencing people. Yelled at me told me he was doing his job and then called me a curse word. So unbelievably rude! I wouldn't hire this company if they paid me!
UPDATE TO THEIR DISMISSIVE RESPONSE: The road that I'm driving on is a 45 MPH road. Past the junction (where your truck completed an illegal maneuver), is a 25MPH.
Your dismissive and incorrect reply shows that your customer relations are terrible. Why not have the guts to e-mail me directly instead of trying to prove someone wrong, which makes you look worse! more so when your defense is wrong!
Very nearly had a traffic accident due to one of their trucks driving very dangerously. Sent them an email alerting them to the issue, and was ignored it. Sent a second e-mail and was ignored again.
Dangerous drivers and bad customer relations.
Called 3 times within an hour to get quotes regarding a couple of different sized dumpsters I was interested in renting for a house clean out. Each time someone answered the phone, I would start talking, the person on the other end would say the connection was bad and hang up before I could get another word out. First of all, very rude unprofessional customer service. How are you supposed to make sales if you’re not taking the time to listen to customers and do your job? Second, I'm autistic which means my social skills are not as strong as they should be. I have a hard time getting my words out without stuttering a bit. Be more patient and considerate when talking to people. If the connection is truly that bad, give the potential customer a chance to fix it before hanging up! Not sure what I’d pay if I went with them but pretty sure I got a better quote with who I’m working with. Paying less than $400 lol

Great customer service and great people, called them last minute for 2 x 30 yard dumpsters. They were able to accommodate me immediately and do a swap out later the same day with two new ones..
I ordered 4 dumpsters in the last couple years and every time I get outstanding service. I ordered the dumpster at the end of the day and it came the next day. Prices are very fair. I would recommend Tinari Container Service to anyone that needs a dumpster or trash disposal.
Just a regular homeowner who has used Tinari twice now (2 years apart) for some projects/cleanouts. Everyone who works here, from the business side of reserving/scheduling to the people who drop off/pick up the dumpsters are some of the nicest people I have worked with. Both times the drop-off person went out of their to make sure that the dumpster was placed so as to no interfere with our neighbors (we have a shared driveway)! And as far as I have found, they have the best prices.
I have not done business with Tinari, but base on reviews. ( I do have some project planned out.)
And Tinari's ownership responses whether its good or bad review, makes me confident that this is 100% excellent company to do businesss with, they take the time to address their client's concerns and strive to correct them.
Keep it up some other business does not understand the importance of being a client service oriented business.
I think they are 100% the best company.i grew up down the street Churchville. I have been coming here when I was a teenager and had my own landscape business to having contracting business im 53 now never been dissatisfied or disappointed drivers are great the drive in is easy and convenient quick in and out the do a all-round great job I definitely would suggest them first I always do thanks
We had an amazing experience with Tinari! When we inquired online, it was the fastest response I have ever had from a company. They were professional but also personable...and to me that means more. I was treated like a human being, not a credit card they could just ring up and charge for a certain amount of days. Jacki and her team were very accommodating and let us choose when for delivery and how long to keep the dumpster, which was a huge help because you never know what life will throw and you and delay your plans for clean out! I highly recommend Tinari! You will be happy you selected them! Thanks Tinari! I will refer you again and again!
Worst company to get a dumpster from I asked to bring me a 15 yard dumpster for concrete and they brought me a 12 yard they charged my card for a 15 yard and then they charged me 700 dollars extra for overweight which was they’re mistake in the first place cause they were supposed to bring a 15 yard. And when I told them this is how you guys do business she told me whatever and hung up on me. Not my first time getting a dumpster bus this is the worst company so far that I have ever seen.

Worst customer service. Came on my property uninvited and took a half full dumpster away. Then had no interest in making the situation better and told me to go somewhere else, all while being unbelievable rude and yelling at me. Stay away from these crooks!
I requested a dumpster 2 days in advance. It was placed exactly where I wanted it (in the driveway) and they put wood under it to protect the driveway without asking. I called other companies and they said that they couldn't get it into the driveway, it was too tight. After I filled it, I called for removal and the same day it was gone with no sign that it was ever there. What more can I ask of this company? Only problem I had was my own fault, I underestimated the size that I needed. It's true, bigger is better.
