My Saturday was off to a good start when I discovered my radiator was cracked. I called and spoke with Jeff and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Luckily, he had the radiator in stock and even had it waiting for me at the counter when I arrived. Thank you Jeff for saving my day!

Ordered car battery online which was very easy on the website. Price was much less than other auto stores. Picked up and had no problems. Highly recommend NAPA for future purchases

Best Best Best experience I've ever had at any auto parts store. The lady who was working the counter when my husband and I arrived was the sweetest most nicest autoparts worker I have ever met. She definitely went above and beyond to help us figure out what we needed. She made our visit well worth it. This is now the only place I will continue to go to for anything I need for my car , all because of her. She needs a raise!!

I like Napa auto parts. Their are real legitimate parts for your car. Reasonable in their prices. Even with their staff are friendly and knowledgeable, there are always need to help you out with their excellent customer service.

This is a small, out of the way parts store, not a big box showroom like Pep Boys. But they had everything I needed for my vehicles each time I’ve been there, so I keep going back. You may have to wait a little longer to get help because of their size but they”re helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I highly recommend them.

This location is tucked away in an industrial area but I have always got what I wanted. Nice place and knowledgeable staff.

Tiny store. Seems to cater more to shops than the public.

Used to be an amazing store until it was bought by GPC. They've trashed all the good employees and hired people that don't care and don't know cars. You used to go to Napa for some knowledgeable parts people, now with it being mainly corporate everywhere it is the same as any Advance or AutoZone with higher prices.

If you go, stay away from James. Gave out a dead battery and the wrong one for the car. After having to return it, he then screws up the core deposit credit on the credit card and recharged the card 18.00$. Ryan seems to be the only employee who is capable of helping you out.

Every time we are in need of a part for any of our vehicles, NAPA always has the parts we need.

They always have what I need. If they do not have it, they will gladly order it. Their prices are reasonable and they are willing to help you over the phone.
