Worst system I've ever seen for a landfill, no organization, nothing streamlined with no signage or lane markings, no signs telling you what to do, staff was pretty rude. Definitely not a place for newcomers.
Very fair pricing. Prices are not posted anywhere, so it's kind of ask or be told. If you new to it, it's not very intuitive and there is no one to ask. Only one scale, everyone waits for its turn.
Small place, so we had to wait 30 min to drop the trash. If you bringing your people and you have to pay them to unload, waiting is pricey. Overall better then driving to a bigger place. Will use agein with consideration.
This place was the best place I’ve been to for dumping all scrap materials. Quick dump turnaround with great prices and professional people who offer a quality experience.
Great place to dispose of old drywall, boards, metal, rugs...concrete...reasonable price. A Chevy Silverdo filled with old boards and drywall ran me between $50-$75 a load.
All employees and signage failed to disclose that there is a $30 minimum until after I had unstrapped and handed off a single couch. Some of the employees seemed to think it was funny that i was paying so much for so little waste.
While I obviously went to the wrong place for what I needed, it's sad to see when a business has a relationship to the customer that is adversarial and petty
There is closer dump's to my house this one, the reason why I drive an extra 15 minutes is because they have the best minimum’s only a $30 minimum, they have a pretty solid system going on and the people are nice,
My only complaint is with the people who come here, even huge dump trucks who should know what there doing dont.... the line up process is simple but people still haven't figured out u dont go straight into line, u back up along the back and wait ur turn.
In case you are like us and just needed to dumb once: drive in and wait to get on the scale, look at the office and drive off scale one green, park in order and wait till there's space to drive up the the building (the stop signs) a worker will direct you when to pull in and where to put your load. Pull out when directed and wait to weigh again. Park to the side and pay at the office.

Mark !(AKA-Mr Happy) One of the co-owners makes everyone feel warm and welcome his smile is infectious and today he even danced what a sight. I don't recommend watching him dance.
Everything says they are open till noon on saturday, get there and there is a sign out front that says closed saturdays. IF YOU ARE CLOSED UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE!!!!!
Prices are reasonable and they take a good amount of different material. We were glad to see they were open today unlike our usual disposal center. Good service, we'll return.
This is the place to get rid of all your construction and other waste. Prices are quite reasonable and nice people. Going here the first time is weird as there aren't any signs to tell you what to do. So here you go. Pull in line behind trucks waiting for scale. You alternate between trucks coming in and going out. When you’re on the scale look to the buildings to see a traffic light with red and green. When yours turns green, go ahead. Now you might think you drive into the building BUT trucks wait near the back of the lot in a very informal line. Look for trucks back there. If they are there join them and go into the building in turn. Once you dump your waste inside )they guide you in then just throw it on the floor) you go back out to the scale. Same routine as before. After weighing park on side of building then go back around on foot to pay. They know what truck you are. Somehow.
Best place to get rid of anything during demo...get right in and right out without any hassle or waiting around. Their dumpster service beats the competition as well -- hands down...quick to your site and off your site. Wish I could give more stars.
