Mavis Tire in Southampton saved me big time. My car had a tire issue for PA state inspection from my dealership who wanted over $350 to fix it and instead I took it to Mavis in Southampton. They took care of it fixing it AND even though it shouldn't have been covered under my warranty, they didn't charge me!!!! Major Kudos to them!!!

They only perform what is needed. Great they recommend potential services but never scare or use highly pressured tactics. They deserve every star, well earned, and I’ll stay a much loyal customer. They rock!!

I had such a great experience at Mavis. I went in thinking I needed new brakes because my car was making a terrible noise, but it turned out to just be a piece of glass stuck in my rear rotor. They found it quickly, fixed it, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need — which I really appreciated. Everyone there was so kind, honest, and easy to deal with. It’s nice to find a place you can actually trust with your car. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend them!

Amazing Service! Chris was so pleasant and accommodating! I had my tire plugged…during the snow storm on 1/26. The shop was short handed…but they were still so fast and efficient! So impressed with their service and customer satisfaction! Totally recommend!

Got a flat from a screw and called ahead to see if they could take me. Got in immediately and headed over. One of the employees, Ray, was a great help and explained some issues they found with the car. Got the tire patched and out of there quick.

Mavis on Jaymor cancelled my Mon noon car inspection appt due to icy roads. That was fine. Resched for Wed noon and from the moment I approached the counter, dude wanted me gone. Gonna be awhile, he said. I have a 12:00 appt, I said. He's workin' on a car, he said. So I sat. At 12:20 I asked when he thought they'd start on my car. Oh, it's gonna be awhile, he said again with no further info. I came there prepared to wait about 90 minutes during the inspection. No prob, so why couldn't he ask the mechanic how long before starting mine ? That's what appointments are for. I think the universe may have done me a favor. So do yourself a favor and book your car service elsewhere bc at Mavis in Southampton, they might get to you, and they might not, with no information. PS Nothing like this ever happened at the Mavis on Street Rd in Trevose location. That team is the best. I've been a Trevose customer since 2008.

These guys are ANGELS! The staff at this Mavis go above and beyond for their customers. Even after moving 30 minutes away, this is the only tire shop that I'll continue to use. Jesse is amazing and honestly, they're entire staff are incredible. Extremely professional, very knowledgeable and every time I visit, I leave 100% impressed and satisfied with the quality of work they do. I highly recommend this shop and if you're local to this area or not, please see these guys at Mavis, you won't be disappointed!

I just got 4 new tires installed at this location. Great service and they went through great length to not damage the powder coated rims on my car. I will definitely go back here and highly recommend them.

I got a tire changed here and it was quick and easy! the csr jesse didn’t make me feel pressured into getting anything that I didn’t ask for. I will go back here in the future for my other tires.

Chris is great-all of the staff is helpful, efficient and caring. I had low tire pressure which was not resolved when I put air in my tires. They were able to have me come in immediately, check the tires and fix the issues. I switched from my former mechanic to this place because of the great service.

Mavis Tire in Southampton is by far one of the best shops I’ve visited, with an added benefit of having many tires readily in stock. Needed an emergency tire replacement and Jesse got me right within an hour with an oil change as well. Will definitely recommend this location compared to others I’ve visited, 5-star service.

Chris and the team at Mavis Southampton did a tremendous job replacing my four tires on my '65 Rambler, competitively priced, and they even changed the valve stems for me too. Highly recommend them!

I want to give this company a five star review because I went there on a very short notice to have my tires checked to see if I need a new tires for the upcoming bad weather. There were two men working there who gave me their honest opinions and they did not try to sell me any services that I did not need. Both of them were named Chris and they were very kind and honest and patient. I would highly recommend this business .

The bald guy taking orders was the most incompetent employee I've encountered lately. After waiting for about 15-20 minutes, he ignored us and talked on the phone. After I told him we'd been waiting long enough, he started yelling at me and then asked me to leave. I think such a large auto repair chain should test its employees for mental health and sanity. I give this place a solid 1 star. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

I had a great experience working with Ray and Chris over 2 consecutive days. They kept in contact and were easy to reach when I called. I really appreciated their help.

My mom came here a few weeks ago & had a really positive experience she said Jesse was great. I decided to come here to get my inspection & oil changed. The customer service was great & the pricing was fair. I would definitely come back!

I was planning to get a new set of tires in a few months. However. A flat tire forced me to get them sooner. Ray squeezed me in late in the day and explained my options. He ordered the tires and promised to have them installed by Noon the next day. The car was ready when promised. The price was competitive. I am a repeat customer and will continue to be so.

Came in today looking for help with inflating a tire that I just replaced a TPMS on. Chris took the wheel. They went an extra mile re-mounting the tire because it was mounted wrong originally. I was ready to pay for the service but they said no charge. It's hard to believe someone could be so generous given the current economic situation. Highly recommend to anyone local. You won't be disappointed.

Jesse was super disrespectful. I came in for a quick oil change and he told me they didn’t have any spots today, even though there was only one car in the bay at the time. I went to a shop up the street instead and they took me right in. I hope somebody teaches him some customer service skills. Won’t be coming back here.

My tire was losing air and I checked it as best I could with no luck. I dropped it off a Mavis Tire in Southampton, told them I had to get back to work, and they offered a ride. About 45 minutes later I got a call. They found a nail and patched up the hole. They told me the price and I smiled. You still can get a deal if you know where to go! Thank you Mavis.

Had a nail in my tire but wasn’t sure if the tire was leaking or not. The guys looked at the car quickly and within 1 hour I was on my way. Turned out the nail hadn’t penetrated the tire all the way so they pulled it out and no plug was needed. No charge….amazing

"Responsible" is the word I’d use to describe this location. After dealing with many places where you end up getting taken advantage of, I assumed this one would be no different following a recent tire change debacle. However, I was completely wrong. Not only did they call back to address the issue, but they also took the time to clearly explain what happened and outline the preventive measures they would put in place to avoid such errors in the future. From the moment I walked in, everyone I interacted with was friendly, respectful, and genuinely willing to help. Steve, in particular, went above and beyond in handling the situation professional, patient, and thorough from start to finish. The professionalism at this location is second to none, and it truly sets them apart from other shops I’ve dealt with. Because of this experience, they’ve earned my trust, and I will definitely be coming back here for any future issues. It’s rare to find a business that stands behind their work with such integrity and care, but this place does exactly that.
