The tow truck arrived within an hour of my placing the service request. The driver was very courteous and helpful. He did everything possible to assist me. I called for a tow because my battery was dead. My car could not be towed because my front was snowed in. The driver jumped my battery so I could take my car for repairs.

Steven was amazing!! Very professional and made us feel comfortable with him getting our car where it needed to go!!! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of any services!!!

Quickest and easiest tow experience of mine to date. The driver called me with his arrival time, found my vehicle with ease and was friendly. Only took him about a half hour max to get to me.

ARS Towing provided a rapid response and excellent towing service. The vehicle was carefully secured and transported at a speed that assured safe delivery to its destination. The driver was pleasant to interact with and provided all-around excellent service.

The service was immediate, the driver, John was quick to address our needs, respectful & helped us stay calm at a difficult time.

I had to pull over and call for a tow. The gentleman from ARS Towing called and showed up on time, when he said he would be there. I got a ride home, so I wasn't with the car when he came, but he took care of everything and got my car to the garage. Thankfully, they were able to fix it. I appreciate how prompt and courteous he was, and would recommend this towing company any day of the week!

They work fast, they work easy, they dont complain about the job they are doing like the other companies when they see what has to be done. Didnt ask any extra payment for the job that has done complaining like “ this was harder than I thought, I spent more time doing it, I didn’t know that the job would be this hard”. They came, they towed, they delivered what was agreed for.

Charge me for 9 miles unloaded when im in the same town then charge me for 9 miles to drop off my car when it is 4 to5 miles tops to the garage and charged my 150 to hook it up when everyone else out there charges 60-80 the only reason I was ok with one star was the driver was very nice that's it if you need a tow and want to get ripped off at the same time use ARS if you want a good tow company go somewhere else will never use them again and recommend the same town everyone else ARS is a RIP OFF DON'T USE THEM

This was by far the best experience I have had with a towing service. They were quick, professional, and reasonably priced. A great family owned business and if I ever have an accident again (hope not) this will be who I call. Also want to add, was able to ride with them in the cab of the truck and just a good down to earth dude. I enjoyed our conversation and it was just a good experience after such a stressful day. - E. From the time I made the phone call to the time he had my truck on the side of the street of my house was Within three hours, I was an hour from home stranded. ARS TOWING IS THE BEST. Great dude. Pricing is so good. If you can’t afford this tow fee. I don’t think you should have the privilege of driving a car, And as having a car/truck shit happens. After waiting 3+ hours for different company to tow my vehicle only for them to cancel the job on me, I was connected with ARS Towing through my insurance. I was annoyed and thought I'd have to wait exceptionally long again, but ARS came within 30 min! The driver, Andrew, was very communicative and responsive; he called as soon as the job was assigned and kept me updated with his location and status via text. He was very quick, meticulous, friendly, and easy to hold conversations. It took less than 30 minutes to pick up me and my vehicle and drop us off at the local service shop. I had a good experience, my tow drunk driver was super nice. I don’t remember his name but I know he recently moved here from Ukraine. He was prompt, polite and professional. He made my horrible day just a little bit better with his personality.

The response and the job the driver did with picking up the car as it was a tough tow. All the tires were stolen and the driver carefully got the Honda Accord on the flat bed meticulously. I highly recommend their services.
