I had nothing but a great experience at Frank’s Service Center. From the smooth drop-off and pickup process to the pleasant and helpful staff, the entire experience was top tier. I worked mostly with TJ, who was exceptionally professional, but everyone I interacted with was great.
The quality of service truly impressed me. They made my 10-year-old Mercedes 550 feel brand new again. I’ll definitely be returning for my six-month maintenance moving forward.

Rolled in - no appointment - with a mystery wheel noise that my old mechanic failed to diag or fix for months. Pat the Service Writer asked me to describe the issue. As I'm laying it out, all the other Writers behind the counter start weighing in "sounds like x, we should check y, and it could also be z..."
I knew RIGHT THEN I had found my new shop. That is the level or curiosity, experience and insight that makes for a trustworthy shop.
Repair was done same day, despite being no appointment drop off. And the wheel noise? Gone. I held off on writing this review til I was sure the fix would hold and, yup. Two weeks and hundreds of miles later it's still perfect.
Only warning, expect the pay market value. This is not some cut-rate oil and lube joint. These are pros, and they charge like it. But the quality of the work and the professionalism of team makes it money very well spent.

I am better informed about my vehicle I’m just buying and the report was informative and explained well. They included timelines of mfg. recommended services to keep the car in good shape.

Frank service center is a great place. The people there are very accommodating. They fixed my car unbelievable and the gentleman both Brandon and the other gentleman behind the counter are very nice and they take care of you like your family. Also their prices are great. They’re courteous and the service is fast. I’ve been to a lot of places in my life, but this has to be the best service center I’ve ever gone to. I highly recommend it without a doubt. .
Before coming here I've taken my car to two other shops and noone could figure what was going on with my car but, they charged me for other stuff that was needed. The young lady behind the counter told me what I suspected was that my transmission is going. Ive been dealing with this problem since summer and for them to find out what was wrong was good news! Only problem is the car is 13 years old and only has fifty five thousand miles on it! Its a great little car and at the moment I wasn't able to get my Chevy spark fixed or if it was even worth it!
The whole team was great. I spoke with Denise and she was extremely friendly and helpful. The inspection went smoothly and we were in and out at a great time.
Had an appointment for an oil change. Everyone there was friendly and the waiting area was super clean. You could tell they take pride in their appearance. Was in and out within an hour. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend Frank's.
I had a wonderful experience at Frank's! TJ worked on several issues with my car and took pictures and kept me posted on what was going on every step of the way. He also informed me of things that need to be done, but at a later time. Most importantly, the cost was very reasonable. It was my first time going there and I will definitely be back and will recommend them to family and friends.

I was finally tired of service at the dealership, so I decided to give Frank's Service a try. I was pleased overall with their work. A few days later my wife returned with her car and once again we were pleased. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable; the work was completed quickly and efficiently. Pricing seemed to be basically in-line with the work performed. We will be using Frank's for both our cars in the future.
I had an oil dripping issue from the engine after an oil change at a car dealership. After contacting and getting no response from the dealership service advisor, I took my car to Frank's and met Brendan. Brendan took time to check my oil level and assured me the oil level was still good. He also took a quick look underneath the engine to see if he could identify something quickly. Then he suggested me to contact the dealership service manager b/c sometimes service advisor could be off that day. I did and dealership service manager scheduled me an appointment and was able to identify the problem and fix the issue subsequently without charge.
I truly appreciate the free service and advice Brendan provided, even though I am not his customer. This shows Frank's is a truly professional organization, operating with excellent integrity and compassion.

Everyone at Franks were great. They even got a chance to pet my Dog Holly when I came to pick up my truck. Really great communication, and very readable. A place that actually picks up the phone is hard to find anymore. Overall A+ service and great group of folks working there. They were able to remove a small screw and plug my tire. ?

We recently (August 2025) had some fairly extensive repairs (New Front Strut / Front Shock Absorbers and also New Rear Shocks) completed on our 2014 Toyota 4Runner SR5, and as always Frank's Service Center performed ALL of the repair work, including the installation of a New Drive Belt, with the expert skills that we consistently appreciate. As indicated in our previous comments, we will continue to Highly Recommend Frank's Service Center to ALL of our friends and relatives. They are without a doubt, the BEST Auto Repair facility in the Lower Moreland, Huntingdon Valley and Southampton area.

Awesome car service center. Definitely not the closest to my house but worth the extra effort. Jerry was extremely communicative and professional from the start. Inspection was very thorough, and he was honest about what needed to be done now and what can wait. Also had another need that involved a 3rd party warranty, and they dealt with that with no issues. Will use them going forward
Frank’s Service Center helped me out quickly ordering my specialty tire and installing it quickly. They even offered me freshly made cookies while I waited. I would definitely use them again. Prices were reasonable too.

I had a great experience at Frank’s. Everyone at the shop is very friendly and professional. The facility is clean and welcoming as well. I really appreciated the info about what needed to be done to the car via text and all the communication I received was very informative and timely. The loaner car that was offered was really helpful and comfortable to drive. All work was done in a very reasonable amount of time as well with no surprises at the associated costs. The last thing I’d like to mention is how much I appreciate Frank’s online and social media presence. For me it definitely helps me build trust with a brand and makes any consumer better acquainted with the product.
