My daughter took her car to these folks and was quoted a price of 500 dollars to repair a tie rod end and ball joint. Which is already stupid high. Then, they replaced several other components without getting permission to do so from my daughter. They ended up slapping her with a $2100 bill she was not expecting. DO NOT take anything to these people!!!!!!!!

We were extremely impressed and noted how much this location has improved over few years. We quit coming years ago after manager Kurt retired.We previously had used the Clarksburg location until recently manager Chuck didn't have our appointment in the system... Twice.The Washington store is not as nice of a building, but the service and price adjustments were immaculate. They worked harder and quicker than I remember from years ago, and I was treated with respect and courtesy by Josh.Thank you. We will definitely return!

I suddendly had a tire emergency, as soon as I got there (on a spare) they immediately jumped into action and fixed my immediate problem. I do have to go back to finish the job, but they were great and I was able to go to my next appoinment.

I had a 9am appt for a tire rotation. They too my car in immediately and did the rotation. Then they just let it sit in the garage for another 30 minutes without bringing out my keys. I asked multiple times to bring my car out because I had to go and all I got was excuses about waiting for a tech. No more Firstone tires for me and for the rest of the life of these tires I would rather pay for a rotation elsewhere where it takes 10 minutes than sit around here for over an hour just to get a free rotation. To make matters worse the young blond hippie at the desk got smart with me. This place has always sucked. Nothings changed since I was in here years ago.

If you want your vehicle to perform worse than it did before getting work done, then this is the place to go. Dropped my truck off at 9am for an oil change, tire rotation, 4 wheel alignment, and radiator/coolant flush/fill. It is now 7:22 pm as I just got home from this location. They called me at 12:17 to inform me that I needed all new brake calipers, rotors, and pads as well as a new sway bar. I'm not sure why they did anything with my brake system when I didn't ask for any of that. Front pads were replaced in August and rotors were turned. This store claims all my rotors are warped from heat exchange, calipers are seizing, rear pads are almost non-existant, and front pads are uneven ware. Rear pads and rotors were replaced 3 years ago and when I had my bearings replaced in August the mechanic said rear pads had 50%+ life left and rotors were fine. Interesting all this damage occured in 3 months. They quoted me $2700 to replace all of it. Idk where that price came from the parts alone are only $500. They couldn't find a sway bar to replace mine but the damage is on the bolt to linkage, and that quote was for $560. A new sway bar is like $150. What's even worse is they still did a wheel alignment which is pointless with damaged sway bar that needs replaced bc it'll just need done again. Upon driving home my truck is now pulling so hard left that I have to hold the steering wheel tight to the right to not drift off the road and it is now making a grinding sound. So what alignment? A few other issues. I need/wanted a transmission flush but they have no one certified to work on transmissions. That was my first red flag. Second red flag was they wanted to put semisynthetic oil in my ram 1500 5.7l hemi which requires full synthetic. $106 for a oil change? The oil and filter are less than $50. To make it worse they put 5w-30 in my truck and it requires 5w-20. This is a major and potentially engine destroying problem that I expect to be remedied immediately. Lastly, they quoted me for 8 new spark plugs for $660, that I don't need, however my truck has 16 spark plugs! The staff here is nice but they're severely under qualified and predatory in their business approach. Bottom line I dropped my vehicle off at 9am, was called at 12 noon about a bogus repair needed, services performed were not done correctly and are potentially hazardous to the vehicles health, was given outrageously high predatory quotes, and it took them 10 hours to essentially manhandle my truck. I will be in tomorrow morning 12/6. I will be asking for a full refund and expect an apology for wasting my time.

Attempted to make a appointment. They tried to upsell until I left. The service writer was argumentative, he did not listen causing confusion about my ac system until he admitted he did not know the price to just evacuate the system, he did not look it up he wanted to charge the 250 dollar diagnostic fee . I did not ask for a diagnosis. . He then insisted I needed a alignment. I said I will only agree to a alignment check. He then tried telling me it was out of alignment without looking at the car. Best part I am a mechanic who moved on to fixing medical equipment. I can get my alignment close enough the old fashioned way using string and chalk. This is a bad service writer. I hope firestone takes a look at this. They didnt bother balancing the tire that I paid to have patched. I paid for it now I have to pay more money to come back. Meanwhile I couldn't door dash last night as planned with the car shaking as hard as it is. It shakes so bad I thought he left my lug nuts loose. I was wrong about that. When I checked them I realized they have been overtightened. I stopped at 150 ft lbs. They are on over twice the recommended ft lbs. This can lead to snapped studs. This is basic stuff right out of your policy's that the tech was way to lazy to do correctly. So to summarize, your tech was so lazy he couldn't be bothered to do the job properly costing me one or two hundred dollars and putting me at risk of accident if those studs do snap. Would you use your services?

Excellent service all around. Quick, reliable, and reasonably priced. Josh was especially helpful and made the whole experience easy. Highly recommend!

Very nice people, but very very high prices. They charged me $85 for just an emissions sticker and were trying to charge me $600 for a tie rod and fog lights. They also tried getting me to buy new tires when my tires had nothing to do with needing to pass the inspection. If you plan to go here, be prepared for everything they do to be marked b up by 60%.

I went in to get a new set of tires. My tires were really bad I'll admit i even had a flat so I had my spare on the car but had my other wheel in my trunk. I was waiting for about 2 hours for them to change my tires and they told me they were trying to fix my bent rim. Granted it was bent but they also didn't put my valve stem back together and the tps was broken when I got it back and they are saying it was broken when it came in. They then told my dad they document everything but there no documentation of tps. They then told us that hey we can replace the tps for you but you are going to have to pay for it. I will not be taking my vehicles back here and will do it at home from now on.

Update: Firestone apparently replied to my review as I had gotten an email notification for it. I came on here to see it and well, they deleted it. So I removed a Star for poor Customer service. Have been a long time customer of this location though Iaynw rethinking this. Took my Truck in after a complete front end steering and suspension replacement. We had gotten the alignment pretty close. When Firestone gave it back it was Still out of alignment and they even acknowledged that fact to boot. Tried blaming it on the steering box. We checked it, nothing wrong with it. They didn't even tighten down the lower control arms. Between the increased wait times and shoddy work (I've talked to other folks that had same exact experience with their trucks). Might be time to move on.

Over the past three years, I have developed a trust in manager Dave and his team because of their thoroughness, and openess in explaining the work needing to be done. I have never had a single doubt that they have taken exceptional care of my vehicles and doing honest work.for fair prices. I recommend them to everyone I know.

Absolutely rediculous. Every time I go I end up having to reschedule multiple times because they can't take my vehicle at the SCHEDULED time. I contacted corporate about this issue and they keep lying to corporate saying they called me when they didn't. If I didn't have their credit card, I'd quit going but it's the only way I can manage all this work I supposedly need all the time. I even had to have the same part replaced on my AC twice now and it's still acting up. If I wreck my car because my tires are crap on these horrible roads I travel on, maybe it will be enough to press charges. Don't push your credit card, then refuse to serve a customer you pushed that exclusive card on.

2023 Subaru Crosstrek Limited. LESSON TO ALL, NEVER USE ALUMINUM VALVE CAPS WITHOUT ANTI-SEIZE. I am very pleased with the service provided. I replaced my OEM plastic valve stem caps with Subaru logo aluminum caps. BIG MISTAKE!! The cooler mornings made my tire pressures drop and tripped the TPMS to alert me the tire pressures were low. When I went to fill the tires with air, the aluminum caps were seized and I couldn’t remove all four of them. Tried penetrating oil, heat, and pliers, nothing worked. Even tried cutting them off with a Dremel tool. Called Firestone and spoke with Tom who was very professional. They scheduled me same day and 31 YEHUDA was my technician. They did an excellent job of replacing all my valve stems without damaging my TPMS sensors. They took their time and did it right. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because I never do for anyone, that’s because this means you’re perfect and you don’t have any room for improvement, when we all always can. Kudos to this team and thank you! For anyone reading this again, I repeat do not use anything other than plastic valve stem caps. You may regret it like I did. At minimum use anti-seize on the threads.

Had a nail in my tire and it was flat, I plugged it and got air in it and made an appointment to get it patched. I go there and he tells me he can sell me new tires because they usually don't patch tires that need replaced. My car is 6 months old and 9,000 miles. They have half tread. I just need a patch. He said since I plugged it I compromised the tire and they couldn't patch it from the inside. Apparently the nail didn't compromise it but putting a plug in the nail hole did. What a joke.

I had a tire emergency while traveling, and unlike their competitor, they were so friendly and made me a priority so I could safely continue my trip. Good people, highly recommend. Price was right as well.

Our van went into limp mode on the interstate a mile from the Firestone exit. the van Limped off the highway and into the Firestone parking lot where it completely stopped driving. It was late Saturday afternoon and we were on our way to a wedding. The Firestone team quickly did diagnostics and discovered the problem. We’ve had the same problem happened twice before and both times the Honda dealerships failed to be able to figure out the cause. One of them recommended a new $8000 transmission, which we didn’t do. Dylan and the Firestone team were able to accurately diagnose the problem, get the parts and fix it within 48 hours. Thry had us back on the road by Monday and the repair was only $250 Dylan was very knowledgeable and was able to explain what was wrong and how they were able to fix it. Great service. Solved the problem that the dealership couldn’t solve! And we got to the wedding! Thank you!

We got a flat tire while on a road trip from New York and immediately got taken in when they opened. We decided to replace all the tires since the car was due for new ones anyway. Dave took care of us and it got done in two hours thanks to Eli!! If we lived near by we would come again for sure.

Went in for an inspection about a week ago and failed state because of one tire. Was told by the mechanic (can’t remember his name) I’d need all four new tires because it’s awd. I told him we just got tires put on it last year why would I need new ones again when they’ve been rotated everytime they’ve needed. He looked up the account and goes oh yeah you did. I don’t know. You’re the mechanic sir. He then told me I could go get a tire put on and they’d be able to pass it but they couldn’t do it themselves. That’s fine. I then waited an hour and 20 mins for them to bring my car out! I get a tire came back a week later. When I called the guy Jim is rude and very condescending. When I talked to him on the phone he asked if I was dropping off or waiting with it. I told him I was waiting with it and goes ooo wrong answer. Like excuse me? Brought it in for the same Jim to take my car back. He asked again if I was dropping off I said no I had to wait with it for him to roll his eyes at me! An hour later he comes to tell me it won’t pass because all my tires need replaced now. I said why!? When I was told last week only one. He goes well you put close to thousand miles on it. So I think as like forget it just bring my car out. When I went up to get the keys from him he goes to tell me he should charge me but was letting it slide this time. Sir you didn’t do anything but be rude! So I go to get my keys and he proceeded to tell me I need to get tires on it and I said I will i just don’t understand how I can get new tires last year on it and now need new ones again, for him to say well you put x amount of miles in it and I said that doesn’t make any sense and as I’m trying to tell him that he’s talking over me and very condescending tells me to drive slow and be safe over and over again. If you deal with jim ask for someone else, hell go to a different place all together because this place has went downhill bad! I’ve been talked down to a lot when getting my car looked at but he takes the cake! Will not be going back. Also if I’m replacing my tires after doing the care it needs then these tires are cheap. They couldn’t even tell me why my tires were like that.

Elijah has serviced my vehicles for about 10 years. He has always done an outstanding job on all of my vehicles with his professional experience and mechanical knowledge. Passing through the area and woke up to a flat tire. They took our car immediately and said they would fix it in 1.5 hours. 84 minutes later we rolled out of there with a fixed tire, only $31!!! Great service and very quick. Employee told Me they get 10 of these a day! Experts. Hope to see them again soon. But not too soon

Called yesterday to schedule an appointment and was transferred to an appointment specialist where she said they were able to offer my service. Expecting to go in today, instead of scheduling somewhere else, they tell me they can’t offer me that service. Which is fine but that should’ve been expressed when I scheduled the appointment. Then while letting me know that they can’t provide service I asked for confirmation a couple of times because it was unclear to me what exactly was being said and the man who was talking to me assumed that I was being smart and started getting rude with me over the phone. I would not take your vehicle here because they were not very understanding and I do not want to pay employees that are ignorant to their customers for simply asking questions.

My husband and I were traveling home from a weekend in Pittsburgh when a bolt came out of the caliber of our front brakes…a little back story…we had just had a new axle put in the Thursday before. We took the exit off 79 and it was a God moment because at the end of the ramp was Firestone. We pulled in, the mechanic came out, looked at it. Long story short he fixed in less than an hour, we were back on the road for a minimal cost on Memorial Day. Thank you, Elijah and Chuck. We are so grateful for your service and kindness!

Bought four tires September 17 2024 the lady said I can come as often as I wanted to get alignment. My front tires are literally bald. When I called they now said I SHOULD have had rotated and aligned at least three times. Had you said that I would have had it done but that’s not what I was told. Asked the person that picked my car up and he said they handed him the keys and that’s it. Now they won’t help me with the incredibly bald tires with out charging me another 400+.

They got me scheduled in when they were fairly busy. The prices they quoted me were pretty good for the size tires I was getting. The staff were super friendly and understanding. Yes, you could wait a little at times, but they do a good job.

Brought the car in after installing new suspension. Steering wheel was straight when it came in and off center by a huge amount when I got it back. I immediately called and brought the car back in. Guy at the front desk said “well we just did it real quick”. Then tried to blame the poor work on the suspension being lowered (it’s about 1.5 inches lower than normal height). Got the car back after a second time and didn’t have a chance to get it on the road till leaving town the next morning. Steering wheel is still crooked but only about half as bad as it was. Ive modified almost every single suspension on every car that I’ve ever had and all the steering wheels have been straight after alignments. The only reason I brought it to this shop was for convenience. Well now I’m out $130 and half a days time and still have to take it to my regular alignment guy to fix firestones poor quality work.

! Sunday morning, traveling across the country, the dreaded light on the dashboard starts flashing. Our tire was losing air, despite filling it twice. With 900 miles to go, we needed a repair asap. This Excellent team got us back on the road in an hour, despite being busy with other customers. Professional, pleasant, and personable; They got the job done for $21. We're so thankful!
