Fast, reliable, family owned. I called to get assistance with being stuck in a ditch after a bad night of snow, the nice lady who answered the phone passed along my message and had tow truck out within 30 mins. I can’t thank the company and owner enough! Great crew, great service!
This morning on I79 South in a Fairmont work zone, a truck from this company cut me off and almost caused an accident because he was trying to bypass the traffic backup. He did this by passing me on the off ramp and then cutting over to the interstate. Was going to post license plate number but decided not to.
Had an incident with my rollback 2 hours from home. They towed it in and repaired it. Work was good and the price was very reasonable for the tow/ repair. Thanks again
Overpriced and good for nothing, stay away from them please!!!! Don’t go there!!! They will take your money and will fix nothing!!take care guys for this place tripled me the cost and said you have to pay or get your truck to his garage

Repair Tech came right out to the breakdown site in the country and got my driver fixed in no time!
I highly recommend these guys. Great service and good attitude when I dealt with them.
Very vague when spoken to about a tow to a repair shop. Asked me for the courtesy of coming next day, and never showed up or called. Got upset when I inquired about a more detailed description of the service and when it would be provided.
Car broke down on highway, they towed it back to their shop. I live 30 mins away from this shop. Called them one day, to ask them to tow it to a mechanic, He told me, he’ll check it out first to save me money. I waited a day, still nothing. Another day went by, Still nothing, I then called my own tow, which lead me to find out they charged me 100$ each day he said he’ll check it out, Basically running my check up and ended up paying 600$ right then and there before releasing it to my tow truck
Sad to say this company has drivers out on the roads doing 20 plus mpg over the speed limit like close to 80 in an 18 wheeler in a 55 mph zone then tail gates. Suv with a family in it down the rd and as I report this to supervisor they say they'll have a talk with the driver ol boy shouldn't be driving a big rig he's a liability and danger to others on the rd
My Motor Home broke down and Insanas was there in 45min.
They towed it back to their shop, they let us plug the coach in.
We stayed right there for three days waiting for parts/ FedEx.
They stayed late on a Friday evening to MAKE SURE we were taking care of. So we could be on the road before weekend.
The staff was GREAT. Very respectful.
Incredibly helpful folks. Available on the phone even when they were closed. Ended up having to spend a night in my van waiting for then to open but in the morning they fixed my alternator first thing, and didnt oversell or overcharge me (I wouldnt have known better if they had sold me a new alternator but Drew identified my problem as a loose wire and an hour after waking up I was back on the road!)
Meet one of the owners. He screamed at me, his staff, and appeared to hate his work. Towed to his shop. His attitude did not improve. Not even offered a place to sit. His staff nice. I would not recommend.
Disorganized, took them 2 hours to reach a truck that was minutes from their shop, then held the driver up for another 20 minutes until i could fill out a credit card payment form (even though i had given the owner the credit card info 2 hours before). And, WAY too pricey. Absolutely would not recommend.
Ridiculously overpriced towing. When they towed my car they offered to take it back to their garage to fix and being from out of town I agreed. They call the next day and tell me they cant fix the car and I need to have it towed somewhere else. So I had them move it to a new mechanic and they charged me $500 for both tows. in addition to the outrageous prices the customer service was very poor and rude.
They did a great job when we broke down, and an even better job hauling our Freightliner back to Erie at very reasonable prices. Also the driver was really funny, thanks for your help!!
Insanely expensive! Couldn't fix my truck. My Volvo semi was towed because I broke down on US 40 and was blocking the westbound lane. Cops said it had to be this company because they couldn't wait for someone else. Cost $750 for a simple tow to their yard, which was only a couple miles away. Then they said they couldn't fix it and wanted another $250 to tow it 5 miles to the closest shop that could. $1000 to tow my truck and empty trailer less than 8 miles! Insana's insane!!! Do NOT use their crappy and extremely expensive service.
This was the worst experience I have ever had with a towing company we were broke down on 70 east with a blow out and called the tow truck they towed us 6 miles and charged me $285.00 and then put a USED tire on and the total cost of this 6 mile tow and and a used tire was $359.20 and not to mention me and my husband along with my 3 kids ages 4 yrs 2 yrs and 2 months had to sit for 2 1/2 hrs waiting for them to change the damn tire very rude and not helpful at all I would not recommend this company to a single soul and to top it all off they wrote my credit card information including the security code and my address on the receipt so who knows what they are going to do with that info I will update if any false charges are made!!!
I ran out of fuel on I70, we were around four miles from Insana Pete Towing. They brought five gallons of fuel and arrives at 5:30 pm and charged 27.50 for the fuel. They charged 250.00 for the service call. This was a total of 277.50 for the call. They were rude and non professional, they did nothing to get the truck running they brought the fuel and left. They were there maybe ten minutes, and charged 277.50. We were from North Carolina so we felt that they used this to take advantage of us. I would not recommend this towing company to anyone!
Worst Service, wanted to charge me $600 for unloading and loading two 4500 lbs beams on a flatbed trailer with a small forklift , after long talk with them they finally did it for $500, any other place could do this work for maximum $100. it took them only 10 min to unload and 10 min to load. i would not recommend this place to anybody, they will reap you off!!!
