DO NOT buy from. This store. I returned a caliper for the return of my core charge. Did not have my debit card with me which I used debit not credit to pay for my parts. Was told they would only give me a merchandise card to use at their store to refund my core charge. Asked for a.manager was told there isn't any there. Asked for corporate number was told all he could get is customer service since he isn't a manager. Told him to refund cash since I had the receipt. Can't do that insisted that I get a merchandise card. Go to auto zone or O'Reilly they have much better customer service as well as their employees are educated about their company.
Terrible customer service. After I tell her that the turn signal bulb she sold me doesn’t fit, she insists that it’s the right one. You can tell from the photos that the bottom is not the same. I went down the street and was sold the correct one, I’ll never deal with them again. Oh, BTW, all she cared about was to tell me that I couldn’t get a refund because I opened the package, in which I said, how was I to know that it wasn’t the right one without trying! She didn’t care.
I don't know who hired this staff, but couldn't change a simple battery. Go a mile down the road to the other advanced auto! The woman working there changed it without any problems!!!!
I had a spark plug fail on me in the middle of a 36 hour road trip and luckily it happened right down the street from this store. Roger was a huge help and made sure I had everything I needed to get the job done. He was friendly and helpful and I can't thank him enough for turning a bad experience into a good time. If I am ever in the area again I will make sure to stop by this location for any parts or tools I need.
Very unfriendly staff. Took in recycled oil and they make me take it into the back and dump out the containers myself. Then I asked where I can put the empty containers and they made me lug them out back to there dumpster. While they just sat there talking. Will not return.
These people were awesome! I have some headlight bulbs out and they helped me figure out which ones. I felt like they went out of their way to assist me. Normally I would shop in my own town but I was just passing by just passing by and after all the effort I just purchased my items there.
I bought a car radio and I love it it didn't come with the wire harnesses so we had to buy that extra then to realize that it still needs three more wire harnesses to connect it to my steering wheel and some other things so eventually I'll get those but I love the radio and the store on East maiden is the best. I do go to this one on Jefferson avenue sometimes I just like the one lady who works at the East maiden so that's why I usually prefer to go there but both stores are very nice
The people that work here are amazing! Curt, Don, and the really tall guy that I cant remember... but great people that try to help you with anything and even give you advice on things!!! Oh yeah his name is Clint! Thanks guys!!
Needed a battery that day. Ordered online but didn't notice I picked the store that closed early. They told me that it was to big of a deal to cancel the online order so I could buy it here. Went to AutoZone and got the battery with no problems
Advance Auto Advertise that they will price match. This location would not price match transmission fluid Walmart price . I have never had a problem price matching at any advance. I'm concerned if I was denied because I am black. I would not recommend
this advance auto. Poor customer service.
The service was good but not great! The over sold me on a car battery and made me believe that I needed this relly nice one, it costs 20% more than what I actually needed! If it last that much longer like they claimed I will come back and correct my review with out any problems!
Employees almost always try to be helpful. Always asked if I need help in-store or installing something in the lot. Store is clean and organized.
Just wish that all their deals werent hidden in online coupons. Could have saved a bunch.
If they don't have the part you want, they'll get it for you quickly. Staff is very helpful and patient. I go here often because the prices aren't too bad and the overall experience is pleasant.

Most of the workers are dumb and don't know a thing about cars. Service has been going down in the past 5 years and still getting worse. If you have time, the one on East Maiden. Much better service and politer people there.
Store staff is great as well as product selection. Corporate return policy is not the most customer friendly. It is one thing for a company to justifiably protect itself from fraud, but another to force normal customers to keep products they have not used.
