I went to Washington, Pa store from Steubenville, Ohio to get the rotors for my 2012 Chevy 2500 rear rotors turned. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Their truck guy was Extremely RUDE to me personally, didn't even measure my rotors and declared them junk (even though I had mic d them and they were 1.306 in) Low limit is 1.068 in. to be LIED to by someone who we are supposed to be able to trust does NOT make me want to be a loyal customer.

Christopher (Manager), Nicholas, and Dan went above and beyond to help us troubleshoot a new engine sound issue on a long road trip, even though they were extremely busy. Their expertise and willingness to assist got us back on the road in no time. Thank you for going the extra mile!
worst o Reilly around drive down the street to auto zone for better service and better workers that give you the right items in the first place. Workers here will make you have 3 more trips back because of their stupidness
Amazing staff! My transmission blew on the road right outside the store and I went in to get some help! Justin didn’t hesitate to help me out, even directing traffic to help me pull my car into their parking lot. Great people and a shout out to Hunter as well for holding down the store while this all went on.
As the gentleman was "adjusting " himself he informed me no they don't help with turnsignal bulbs but I could buy 1 there. I was sitting in their very parking lot that they did. Another gentleman was yelling something but I couldn't hear him. So either O'Reilly either needs to delete that or have better conversations with the associates.
How do y’all mess up and give my boyfriend parts for a two wheel drive gas truck when he pulled in rolling coal all over y’all’s parking lot, in a four wheel drive diesel. The guy Justin who sold him the stuff must not know much about trucks especially when he told you exactly what it was in potato language. Do better O’Reilly do better!
Not helpful, had them check my engine light.. the one kid didn’t know anything and the other guy was too busy to help me. Made misogynistic remarks as well…
Tried ordering the part but again, the kid had no idea what he was doing and the other wouldn’t help.
Never coming back here. Give your business to ANYONE else, especially if you’re a woman.

Nice parking lot. Good selection of part items. Tools and equipment. I was able to get wiper blades to fit my Subaru. They brought down parts from another store the same day. Very quick getting parts delivered. This place will find parts to fit feign and domestic vehicles. The wipers were OE fit. No adaptors. The people working here are very knowledgeable. They will dive in and dig around looking for parts for you. I looked around and the prices are a one stop deal. Reasonable prices. You will leave knowing that you can afford things to up keep your vehicle.
How is a company suppose to get parts if they can't pay for it over the phone with a business card when they don't accept that. They just lost business to Advance Auto cause they will.
Counter person (Eddie) was rude & unwilling to help over the phone and equally unhelpful once I got to the store. I will say, previous experiences at other O'Reilly Auto stores I've been to over the past 15 years were great. I'll just avoid this particular store.
Wouldn't refund core charge because my debit card on file was stolen and I had to replace it. Since I had a new card they told me I was out of luck, then the guy replied rude and also lied to customer service and said he spoke to the store manager. I was standing right there, he never spoke to anyone. I switched to O'Reillys because customer service in store in Freeport, PA. This store caused me to return to Autozone because of poor customer service and a lying representative. Stay away from this type of store or you may get burned too.
Was not pleased. The part I took back was purchased in April and I wanted in store credit which the manager disputed. So the credit card it was bought from was credited.
O'Reilly Auto Parts visit once again was good. Store employees know a lot and when there don't know he asked others and got my auto repair issue resolved. Good place to get your auto parts from.
