Excellent service with a battery change by the woman working there. The other advanced down the road couldn't handle it. Last I checked, that's part of what they do. Avoid the Jefferson Ave. Advanced auto. Staff is just incompetent. Trust me on this one.

Donna performed 2 diagnostic tests on my vehicle and was very knowledgeable about the results. I have always trusted them in helping me with the right parts for my vehicles ever since they have been at that location. They are recommended highly. George

Wish I could give a zero star as this is what they deserve. Counter guy rude and was too lazy to waddle to the cleaner isle right next to the cash register to see the products were buy one get one half off. Just wanted to argue that the one product wasn't in the 4 page flyer he had. It's a miracle I guess the only products on sale were in the flyer. This might only be a two minute drive from my house to get things but from here on out it's online orders only. Let people like these employees go out of work. Lazy!!!!

Came in the store ask were I could find a part and girl (holly) was very rude to me she had no idea were things I want were at won't go back I will stick with AutoZone they have way better customer service then advance

Stopped by for a battery test while we were on vacation, a long way from home. Sheamus was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It was an impressive display of courteous professionalism.

I got parts for my car and they gave me the 2 same part's for my car I got 2 Left strut's they do that every time I get Parts for my car and costing me alot of money with my mechanic and missing work i would not recommend advance Auto to anyone I use to get all my Parts there

I know it's probably company policy, weather I am talking to an employee or ringing out parts the employee should not answer the phone. Take care of the customer that took the time to walk in the door and is standing in front of you.

These people were amazing! My battery died two days after getting it inspected by Ford and these guys replaced it as well as a corroded attachment with a very low labor fee. The manager was nice and explained everything and took care of all the problems they saw. One employee was kinda rude on the phone but I think he didn't mean much by it. In person he was nice enough
