WOW ! No clue how people give this place 5 stars. Must be Family members and Fake reviews because This Place is hands down the most Dysfunctional, non Professional bunch of Misfits I ever seen in my Life. No one ever answers the phones or returns phone calls, you literally have to drive there to try and get an answer and no one knows anything. Medication goes to wrong pharmacies or doesn’t go anywhere. How this place survives is beyond me.

Avoid this practice. More than three months ago I called multiple times to get an appointment. They couldn't be bothered to call me back. They finally called me back today (1/25/2023). Then, the person calling me tells me I must have called the wrong place when I told her about the poor (patient) customer service. WRONG! Pathetic response time for patients in pain. Don't waste your time. Contact another practice.

Staff here is awesome from check in to check out. Dr Salvage is the finest pain physician I have ever met. He has excellent procedural skills. Maggie, Karen, Jen, Pat, Monica and Jamie are very kind souls.

This Place along with Dr Leonard Bruno and his Staff are the biggest Misfits I ever dealt with in my life. What an absolute disaster. You could wait an hour to 2 hrs. Overbooked. No one answers the phone, returns calls, sends meds to wrong locations or they are not sent at all. You have to drive to their office and try to get an answer. I was there 4 times in one day. I had 2 Double fusions on my spine and In major pain 24/7 but went off meds entirely after a decade after dealing with this place. Go at your own Risk ! Good like Friends.

I get my back injections here. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

My most recent visits (3) to VPC from June through July 2021 were on a scale of 1-10 a PERFECT 10! Hands down a wonderful experience from the moment you walk in until you leave. EVERYONE is considerate and caring in every way. I also want to give a special thanks to, Nurse Karen who recognized my pain and took the extra steps to make me feel comfortable and get me through the procedure. Thank you VPC staff!!!!

I wouldn't go anywhere else for pain injections. I moved to Florida 2 years ago and still fly up to get my treatments. The staff here are the best of the best. Dr. Bruno does an amazing job treating every patient he sees with extreme care.

I was referred here by Dr G Salkind , who I love! I was so looking forward to having pain relief! I received paperwork in the mail which I filled out. I did my Covid test. I was going to be sedated for the procedure. I believe only one person in there told me their name. No one was very friendly. When I am already in the procedure room on the table on my stomach they inform me that I cannot be sedated because my BMI is over the requirement!!!!!I am pretty sure the scale was off and the calculator they used was wrong ! They said my BMI was too high I was mortified ... I was in a hospital gown!! Imagine if it were you! I mean I was in a physical vulnerable position!! Why wasn’t this address before I showed up for the appointment??? Took my clothes off, no glasses, not even able to discuss with my husband since he was my ride waiting in the car and he had taken.. he took off from work for nothing? I had to do the procedure with just local numbing! I cried through the entire procedure. It hurt, I felt it and did not like it! I felt electric jolts, I jumped and was scared!!!! As I think of the procedure I get physically upset! I don’t blame anesthesiologist that said I couldn’t have it ! I know it was the policy! He tried to be as comforting and n I have no idea what his name was. Who ever put the needle in my back didn’t even introduce himself! Someone just said ... you will feel a pinch! I’m supposed to have 2 more and I’m not doing it with only a local! Would they let their Grandmother or Mother endure that??? Please get your policies and procedures straight and don’t surprise a patient ! ( I also heard all the chatter whisper about oh no her BMI?? Well it’s high... what do we do??) I didn’t need to hear that!! BMI is an old school tool , is a universal tool with no leeway... it’s unfair)They did give me a stress ball to squeeze as if that would help! When I was crying she offered me another one for the other hand! REALLY??? I doubt I will continue these injections at VPC until the archaic policy is adjusted! This should not have happened! Oh this was a Friday and I got the obligatory “follow up call on Monday” The woman rushed me off the phone and had no compassion or real concern! She had to call me! I was rushed off the phone!!!! Step it up! Your patients should be comfortable and at ease !!

Dr Bruno is great. On the other hand his staff (which I believe have since been replaced) were a joke. The people at the front desk treated it as a playground & were extremely unprofessional especially the curly headed girl. Eric the PA very judgmental, creepy & insulting

I have severe back issues and pain and this is the only place I would trust to take care of my pain without pain. I move far away but I still make effort to come here for treatments. Great and kindest staff!

These people really do care about you and your health, believe me I know first hand. I was just at their office and I'm so happy that I went, it has made a huge difference in my pain level, they were so, so, nice. I can keep going on and on until I can't write anymore, you guys are the best! I've been to so many doctors and had a cpl surgery's and by far you guys are the best, thanks so much.

This was my 5th or 6th trip to the Valley Pain Center and Dr.Bruno and staff are tremendous!! Caring, professional, genuine, kind, informative. Exceptional care!!! I would recommend to anyone!

To bad I can't give dr. Bruno or his staff a zero(I'm not sure if it's his staff or him). My wife has called every day for weeks and no call back, so since we live near by we decided to go in. We went in a few times and still nothing. I see some people are giving good reviews he must be a really good charmer. Because his work ethic towards us is lousy.

I was referred by Marci to Dr. Bruno. I am really very confident with Dr. Bruno, MD and his staff. He is an excellent doctor with an excellent reputation. He listens to you and doesn't discriminate. My rehab specialist is now referring many of her patients to him. All employees are very professional and respectful.
