I went for oil and filters for 3 vehicles. They made me aware of bundling sale where any filter was free . The oil itself, Full synthetic name brand was 5 dollars cheaper than its usual cost. Saving that plus top quality filter typically 12 to 15 dollars free was quite the savings. I purchased and subsequently returned a trailer breakaway system because my son had repaired it by the time I went to pick the trailer up to work on it. They were courteous and helpful without complaint. At every visit whether purchasing or returning the breakaway system.

The young lady I dealt with was knowledgeable and super friendly. She got me what I needed and even told me about them being on sale. After the purchase she then put the wipers on for me. So happy 😊

Stopped to pick up a motor stand that was Clearanced down to $28 and the guy would not sale it to me. Kept saying it was a glitch. And if it was that cheap he would buy it and sale it himself. This was around 12pm on August 12, 2025. So they lost a sale. Every store I checked had them but they was the closest store around me that had 1. So I drove from bedford to pick it up as I called to have it put on hold for me. And that was a joke.

Extremely friendly and helpful. Very nice experience and glad I stopped by for wipers.

They have parts but they dont have anybody there that knows the difference between blinker fluid or 710 lol

1 employee does not like people. She's ignorant, throws things on the floor, and states that's She's maybe not politically correct about things there. And another of more drama. Just grabbed my items and left.

I just need to say. Stay away from Die Hard batteries!!! Especially the deep cycle. I don’t care if they are gold or silver. . These are the worst batteries money can buy and they have the crappiest replacement plan. 1 year and these crap batteries dead before the warranty is up. I’ve had 5 now. The original was in 2023. Then had to replace both boat battery’s luckily I got it before their bad warranty expired. I got two new ones. They started dying fast 4 months after and they wouldn’t hold a charge. . I went in and missed the 13 month mark as I had to charge every single day to fish for a couple hours. don’t buy these battery’s. ! BUY A DIE HARD YOURE GONNA DIE HARD ON THE LAKE . Trust me. Worst place to buy batteries because they just don’t sell good batteries. Go get a Deja or an interstate. . These just aren’t it

Got a new remote battery installed. When they tried to check it out, nothing happened. Told me to go to a dealer to see if they had one laying around. No way for them to order one!

Great service- put in new battery after testing old one. Also installed new wiper blades!

Talked to the manager this morning. She was incredibly unhelpful and rude to me. She lacks sympathy and was completely inconsiderate. She answered the phone like she was ready to argue. Everyone else has been so nice to me there, except her. I have had problems for quite a few years now with their parts being faulty. I wouldn’t get parts from there ever again, even with their online “discount”. Steer clear of Advanced Auto.

Went to pick up an online order for my husband. There were only 2 employees working at the time. Neither of them was very knowledgeable. They took a rather long time to locate the order, because they were unsure if it had been filled. They looked it up on one computer and couldn't find it, but then they found it on another...? Anyway, not a high vote of competence from me.

My go to auto parts store. Staff is very helpful and the prices are great. I purchase online and use coupon codes, then do an in-store pickup to save about 30%

Very helpful and Professional. Overall a positive experience. Rent a tool was excellent. They call it loan a tool but charge you for it until you return it. Then promptly refund you the total amount. Shop around for the best price. Use their website to order and you will save 20% or more. And you can pick it up at your local store. Usually the same day. .

I placed an order online. It wasn't pulled when I arrived 2 hours later. The one employee was bad mouthing the company, and started answering questions that I was posing to the associate I was working with. They usually have what you need, but mentality prepare for the visit!

Had to run to Huntington 4 times they gave me wrong part...then Tom stepped in and saved the day...thank you tom

Hometown service. I drive over from Martinsburg because this location has better service than the Roaring Spring location.
