I needed some minor body work done on my car, and one insurance company was ready to declare it a total loss rather than repair it. The owner personally inspected the vehicle, worked directly with the other insurance company, and successfully reached an agreement to move forward with repairs.
Because of his effort, I was able to keep my car instead of being forced to replace it due to its low book value. The repair work was very good and you would never know there had been any damage. He even replaced both headlights to ensure they match perfectly.
This business is friendly, professional, and honest. I trust them completely and highly recommend their services.

Best price in Philadelphia. I called a lot of shops. They had the cheapest price by a lot. Amazing service hands down. Was recommended to me by a good friend everyone spoke Ukrainian and Russian and English which made it easier for my father to communicate since his English is not perfect. I got a flat and called them 15 minutes before they were closing and explained that I have kids. I’m a single mom and I could not drive them to school or do anything and since my Highlander is limited it has 19 inch wheels which are bigger than the standard regular highlander that is not limited addition which is premium package they are harder to get and they are more expensive since they are bigger and my car is older 2012, everyone was so helpful. They showed me the tire also showed me that my actual rim was banned and that’s why I keep having to get my alignment done every six months because of my room but every other shop I want to NEVER told me this they really went out of their way and stayed there for me later just to help. I would recommend them to everyone and is now the only Shop I’m using.
I had the best possible experience taking my car to AutoKomplex for body work. The communication could not have been more clear or helpful with what my car needed and what would be done to fix it. The process of getting a salvaged vehicle back on the road can be a stressful and confusing one but they walked me through every step, put my mind at ease, and handled the enhanced safety inspection it needed at their shop as well.
The price was extremely reasonable and the workmanship of the repairs was incredible. My car looked amazing both inside and out when it was finished. They went above and beyond what I expected. Truly can't recommend enough!
This is the only shop I've ever been to that does high quality work the first time, on time. Could not be happier with the paint and bodywork here. Customer service and quality second to none. I won't take my car anywhere else.
Great shop. I’ve been customer for years now and always my car is fully serviced. You need your car to be repaired properly and not temporarily fixed (like many other places do) go to this shop!

These guys are the best in the business hands down. Not only do they do some of the best quality work, they are also very knowledgeable and extremely transparent when it comes to their customers. they told me a date when my car would be done and not only did they finish it on time, but they finished it early. When I came to pick up the car I couldn't even tell it was recently hit and to top it off they washed and detailed the exterior of my car making it look like new again! Once I got into the car I realized there was plastic wrap on all the driver side, they told me it was to protect it from getting dirty while they worked on the car. Its little details like this that go a long way and make customers feel and know that their car was properly cared for while its getting serviced and worked on. it was a great experience for me and I will be recommending this place to all my friends and family!
