My vehicle required A/C system parts to be replaced and system charged, technicians were able to source required parts and successfully complete the work in a short time during an afternoon. I have also used their towing service for another vehicle, they arrived promptly with a flat bed and had assistant to aid driver with expedition of securing the tow. These guys can do anything, they returned later to pick up my neighbors 1973 Mercedes-Benz which was a classic and they were able to haul it away with no keys or title, vehicle looked great parked for many years however neighbor didn't have the resources to restore the project car.
Best of luck with all future ambitions and projects with this business, will highly recommend this place to my friends, family and anyone who may also be looking for vehicle repairs from auto accidents or windshield repairs as well.
They got to us on the highway in 20 minutes when other tow companies were giving us over an hour wait. Everyone was friendly and helpful throughout the process. They were very fair with prices and didn't try to upsell.
Do yourself a favor and call literally anyone else.
These people are disrespectful and cause more problems than there were originally. Awful service and people.
I just got my car towed with in less than 20 minutes the service was excellent The tow man was fast friendly and professional I am so thankful they were able to find my car with no problem I recommend you giving them a call if you are in need Thanks again now i will be able to make it back to my job on time😁
I called in need of immediate service and he was there within 30 minutes of my call. I feel bad as I do not recall the gentleman's name, but he was so friendly and made the whole process seamless. I really appreciated how he alleviated me if the stress I was under due to his fast, efficient, and overall pleasant service. Side note- he plays good music in the as well 😊
So like everyone I wanted to save a few bucks with cost of everything going up. And I had so called mechanics screwed my truck up more than anyone could imagine. This place was referred by my landlord, Scott borsky, I called and Edgar came right over, like right over! Took my truck and repaired it. Now I'm having them.fix every thing. It is a family business I believe, secretary very helpful.and knowledgeable I wasted over a grand with hack mechanics this place I should have called from the start! I rarely referred anyone but I highly recommend this place

Terrible customer service, we agreed on one price then the “owner” forgot that there was a core charge. When we tried to negotiate to make something work, since she forgot to tell us. she took the key away and wouldn’t even let us pay to take our car back. then called the cops on us even though we were trying to pay and leave. Avoid this place at all costs, they’re greedy and would rather take $30 than have a customer leave happy.
very rude and bad owner, they held the car hostage and wouldn’t let us pay our bill and take the car, they stayed inside and refused to give us our car and called the cops on us. Wouldn’t recommended at all. Your money is better somewhere else
Long overdue words of praise for the company. I've had to utilize the A&B twice and each time, not only were they there ahead of the estimated time, but it was very satisfactory from beginning to end. I highly recommend their service in case you need towing done and in a prompt, professional fashion.
The tire on my van came off on 476. After calling 2 other towing places I spoke with Corinne at A&B Towing. They were able to send someone to tow be back to their shop within 30 minutes of my call. When my van got to the shop they were able to replace the broken parts and get the van driving again. There’s body work that needs to be done, but that can wait until later and we can keep moving.
5 stars for taking care of us, great communication and a fair price to get us back on the road on a Friday night.
This place should be called alcohol and bad business, because all they do is drink and are under the influence when towing cars.
My Car was brought in for repairs, i waited for a week and even tried contacting them. i had to call them on their personal phones due to the fact they don't have a business phone. Called about 3-4 different numbers and was not told anything. I walked in a week later and no work was done on my car at all and i was told to pay $170 for being towed, which was 5 miles away. Has his children serving him alcohol. (Kids are between ages 8-12)
They are incompetent and don't know anything about cars. Be warned that this place is terrible.
A & B Towing is a complete scam. I called for a tow and when the owner arrived my girlfriend and I were illegally towed and were told to stay in our car as he placed it on the back of the tow truck. The distance from where my car broke down and the auto shop was about 3-4 mins but i was charged $125 which was considered a flat rate.
My car was brought into their garage because the hose to my coolant ruptured. Upon arrival the car was still starting. They decided that my alternator was wet and therefore i needed a new one, plus a hose and was charged $770 dollars including workers fee. However after being at their shop for about 11am until close at 6pm they were unable to fix it nor able to explain what the problem was but instead tried to tell me something else was broken and needed to be fixed.
While there i watched workers drinking beer, and watched the owner 9-10 year old son poured his father beer "Modelo" to be exact. This was a waste of my time and i feel that i was robbed for my money. 100% bad customer service.
P.S. all of the reviews left on this site are biased and done by the owner Edgar and his staff. This place deserves a 1 star rating not a 5.
