This was my first time getting my car inspected here after numerous recommendations. They did not disappoint! Photos of inspected areas and very detailed descriptions of what was good and what was not. There was no pressure to get work done that could have waited. I will definitely be using again for any of my car needs, not just inspection.Kathy was wonderful with answering questions and ordering parts. Wonderful experience!!

had a great experience at Bowe’s Exxon! The team was very friendly, helpful, and clearly knowledgeable. I came in with a tire that had two nails in it, and even though it was right around lunchtime, they helped me out immediately without any hesitation. Everything was handled quickly and professionally. I also signed up for a vehicle inspection that same day, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. It’s rare to find a place that combines great service with genuine friendliness, but Bowe’s Exxon definitely does. Highly recommend!

I want to once again thank Bowes ExxonMobil car care center for being an excellent place to do business I first came their last year 2024 and purchased 4 new tires and aweek ago after a bad unexpected blowout turned out I needed a new tire and rim and in mentioning excellent service I must mention Kathy who went the distance and then some with handling calls with my insurance going back and fourth and placing orders for my tire and rim every thing took exactly a week do to a snag or two and I consider that good but in the end I was more than satisfied and impressed at how Kathy handled everything as well as making me feel like a VIP overall It was great doing business with you again and Thank you Kathy for everything 🙂

Everything with my PA inspection and oil change went smoothly! Texts were super helpful and prompt. I also really liked seeing the “report card” they send after an inspection! That was great! Definitely will be back!

The service manager was very nice. He explained how they would not only look into what I thought was the main issue, but look at my car overall and identify anything else that needed attention. They were very timely with updates and my car was ready the same day that I brought it in. I'll definitely be back again.

I had visited Exxon Service care for PA state inspection, the admission was quick, the guy on the counter was cool and helpful. The total time took for inspection was 3 hours. They share detailed report online link with me having pictures of my car. I would recommend this service center.

Great service!! My “check tire” light came on and I needed to drive up the turnpike so I thought I should have it checked. I stopped in, they checked my tires, I had a nail—they fixed it for me , additionally I was trying to get somewhere for an appointment, so they fixed it for me QUICKLY!!! And then I tried to pay them for all this wonderful service and they wouldn’t let me pay!!!! What a great experience to deal with this car repair center!!!

Called Bowes after I was told by a dealership I needed brakes and was given a quote that I thought was insane. Shawn answered the phone, and agreed that the quite was high. Dropped my car off this morning, Shawn even drove me home! Got a call early afternoon that everything was all set, he picked me up - and I'm thrilled to say that the out the door cost was less than half of the dealers ask for the same work. Honest, quiclk, good work. Will def be back.

Very satisfied with the service and pleasant personality. Needed a tire checked and ended up with a new tire and brakes and rotors ( which I knew I needed before the end of summer). Car was done before end of day and I think I will be using Bowes Exon as my service garage permanently. Thank You!!

Shawn took great care of my vehicle this week! Not only did he identify some critical issues that I was not aware of, he prioritized what should be addressed first and made suggestions that helped me decide how to move forward. Shawn was very attentive to detail and a great communicator. I will definitely be working with him for any future vehicle needs that come up.

Bowes did a great job servicing my car. Car was in and out with very reasonable price. Shawn did a great job scheduling me in right away and updating me on the status of my car. Got an inspection, oil change, ac service and brake work all in a few hours.

This place is very responsive and has very convenient hours. I got my car serviced and state inspection done here, great communication from the team. Shawn had followed up to make sure all my cars needs were addressed, he is very thorough. Will be using this location again!

I stop for gas here often but this was the first time I took my car in for service. Fast and efficient process for oil change and state inspection, my car was done by early morning the day it was scheduled for. Excellent experience every time I bring my car at Bowe’s. I brought my car for inspections but also for other car issues and Shawn is always very pleasant and has managed to squeeze me in the same day for repairs. I can trust their advice and I know my car will be serviced appropriately.

I’ve had nothing but horrible customer service with local garages in the area the past few years. Thankfully, Bowe’s was completely different. The price I expected to pay was the price I paid, they didn’t try and upsell me stuff I know I don’t need, and they were courteous and pleasant. I really appreciated the shuttle service to my home and then back to the garage when the car was ready. I will definitely be a return customer.

Quick, efficient and excellent service from the technicians and service advisor, Shawn. He communicated on the progress of my car with me and recommended other services as well but did not push. Was also able to pick me up at my house once my car was done. Will definitely be back!

I received excellent service from here. I decided to use them instead of the dealership, and it turned out to be a pleasant experience. Shawn was very helpful and professional from beginning to end. Bowe's is my go-to for oil changes, maintenance, and state inspections. The prices are always fairly quoted and the hours are great. While the car care center itself is only open until 5, the gas station is open late and the employee there is able to handle key drops, pickups, and payment. Shawn was great to work with when they found a few issues during an oil change (coolant low and dirty, not something I could easily do myself). He presented what could be fixed, with an up-front price for each fix (through text which is great for someone who works during the day) and waited for instruction on what to work on. I declined one of the suggested repairs (my battery is on its last leg, but I'm trading in my car soon and I know how to swap a battery if it doesn't quite make it) and there was no pushback. I've never experienced any pressure or upselling here, which is amazing compared other shops I've gone to in the past. He even applied a discount for the service, a special they were running I didn't even know about. The work is always thorough and timely. I happily recommend anyone in the area to take their business here.

I often need to take my vehicle to the dealer for service due to warranty requirements over the past years, but used Bowe's Exxon Car Care Center for an immediate check engine light repair. Everyone was very friendly, and helpful. They were able to schedule an appointment next day, offered a fair price for the repair, and got my car back on the road quickly. Also, the car pick up service was open until 10 PM which is amazing for anyone working later hours... not your typical rush to pickup before 5 or 6. Thank you to the team and Shawn for a very positive experience! You made a stressful situation with my car, MUCH less stressful.

I received a 5 star tune up for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I had a check engine light on and Bowe's Exxon diagnosed and repaired in the same day. Needed new spark plugs and one relay wire was bad. They also recommended cleaning the throttle body. She is purring like a kitten again. Thanks for the great service and fair pricing.

Found a nail in my tire, next day I called Bowe’s and they asked me if I could drop it off. It was all fixed within a couple of hours. Price was very reasonable and they were very friendly and put my wheel back on after. Will definitely come back.

I've only used this business once but I must say I'm impressed! I got a flat tire over the weekend and had to drop my car off after business hours. They took care of my car pretty timely even though I'm sure there were lots of appointments before me. Picked up my car yesterday and received some discount coupons as well as a voucher for a free car wash. Definitely a nice perk! Also, today I noticed they fixed my front driver's side window that hasn't been working in months and a front fender that's been hanging after backing out over a curb. Didn't charge me, just did it to be nice. Thank you for such a great experience! I'll be back 😃
