I went in there for oil ( I thought I had an oil leak). The front desk was knowledgeable and a nice guy even went out to my car and poured some oil in for me. Very kind and helpful people.
Clerk suggested a cheaper part than I had picked out and she took a moment to find the part for me. At the end of the day, no less! Thank you again for such thoughtful service!
Bob’s!!!! These guys are great! Amazing customer service. Super Knowledgeable guys behind the counter help those of us who are mechanically challenged, and share their knowledge with grace and patience.
I love that this shop has just about every part you need from large to small.
Great experience — called ahead to make sure they had the headlights I needed and not only did they set them aside for me but also when I arrived they talked me through how to simply diagnose what might have blown out the lights in the first place.
They had the part we needed, the dealership didn't even have it. And their price was 1/3 of what the dealership wanted. I'll be going to Bob's from now on.
Bob's Auto Parts located on Butler Pike carries everything you need to repair your vehicle. Everyone who works there are very knowledgeable and are willing to help. My key to open my doors the battery died and I needed a new one asap. I went to Bob's Auto and the gentleman there found me the batteries I needed and the price was cheaper then a dealer. Now my key fob works fine and I definitely recommend Bob's Auto Parts.
These guys were so kind and helpful with smiles on their faces and an awesome sense of humor to boot!! Please support this local business. They were immediately attentive, even though I was trying to find what I needed without help and they offered, in fact insisted, on installing the bulb I needed. I will never go anywhere else. I always prefer to patronize local, independent businesses. Although the prices are often higher , than their corporate counter parts, I feel I always get real customer service and it’s also good for my community. With that said, Bob’s auto parts not only is more expensive but the service there is awful. The grumpy old men behind the counter, were extremely rude to me for no apparent reason. I know this for a fact because when what seemed to be a vendor came in everyone one was all of a sudden cheerful and polite. With places like Auto zone, pep boys , advanced auto, and other corporate giants in the retail automotive industry, I don’t see how this place last. . In my opinion it gets what it deserves. First and last time I go there and I will make sure to spread the word. I only hope the owner reply’s to this review so I can give him details of what happened this day.
Love this place. I bought brake hoses and fluid from them, but didn't need to do hoses after all, so I returned them. Got roasted the whole time for it. "Whatcha order em for, you wastin our time." 10/10, perfect, no notes. Never change, Bob's. Never change.
Disappointing thing happened with a staff. Waiting in line to pay and standing there behind another customer waiting for next available staff . Two lady’s comes up to the counter at the end then they comes behind me. Staff comes to the counter in front of me and you figure oh great. I walk up to pay and he tells me oh I think they are next. I’m like what? I been here waiting and I’m sure I’m next. Instead he continues to say I was helping them earlier. Well you might be helping them with what they need to find but not helping cash out. So it’s no way at all customer fault but very disappointing that they staff first don’t even check who is next but then instead still continue to insist I move for them? Where clearly they are behind me. So after few seconds of thinking why am I wanting to spend about $30 with this guy while being disrespected. I’m all about helping and spend with local businesses. But I’m Soo glad I walk out and go shop elsewhere or online.
I wanted to support local businesses so I went here to get a new car battery. After waiting close to 10 minutes for one of the 4 people at the front desk to get off the phone, I asked about buying a car battery. I was told "we don't do that here" in a very dismissive tone.
I told the sales guy I was planning on installing it myself and that I just wanted to buy a battery. I give him my make model, buy the battery, install it and then have to wait another 10 minutes to get my core refund.
The whole interaction was hostile and dismissive like I was annoying them for buying their products.
I'll be avoiding this place from now on.
I needed a rear wiper for my 2020 CRV and John was happy to help me. He even helped put it on for me. I was very happy with their customer service and professionalism.
If they don't have it they either know where to go get it or who does have what u need prices are OK but ur getting far beyond autozone or pepboys treatment
Alls I have to say is why would anybody go any place but here off the chart service and willing to go that extra phone call to help troubleshoot my 2000 mustang gt altenator issues with a smile there awesome service and staff should be applauded and I'm thankful there's still integrity and pride In the work place ....unbelievable and INCREDIBLE place of business for auto parts . Love supporting small local places. Helpful staff. I love that I live just down the street from here! I bought windshield wipers from here this week, I was having trouble putting them on so Bob himself came out and put them on for me. He was so kind! Definitely visit this place for your auto needs!
After going to 2 other auto places and 2 hydraulic places the folks here matched the compression fitting I needed in about 10mins. These guys are great! Thanks y'all!
