I recently purchased a 2021 Tesla Model 3 from John Kennedy Ford Mazda, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. The Model 3 itself has been incredible. The acceleration is smooth and surprisingly quick, the minimalist interior feels modern and high-tech, and the large touchscreen makes everything intuitive and easy to control. The ride is quiet and comfortable, and the range has been more than enough for my daily driving. I especially love the one-pedal driving and the advanced safety features — it truly feels like driving the future. As for the dealership, the team at John Kennedy Ford Mazda made the buying process simple and stress-free. They were transparent, knowledgeable, and never pushy. All my questions about transitioning to an electric vehicle were answered clearly, and the paperwork process was efficient. Overall, I’m extremely happy with both my 2021 Tesla Model 3 and the customer service I received. I would definitely recommend both the car and the dealership to anyone considering making the switch to electric.

I have been team Mazda since 2018 and the biggest thing that has always remained consistent with John F Kennedy is that even as a dealership I never felt like they were trying to overcharge for anything. Their prices seemed overall reasonable. This is directly referring to their service shop. Although, I also had a great experience buying my car after leasing. I took my car in NYE for an inspection and oil change. I had realized that the registration I had was the old one and I had forgotten to renew. This was obviously a silly mistake but they did not make a big deal about it, they just looked me up and helped me renew right there. I also only had my proof of insurance in my app and they also took it upon themselves to print it and carefully put both the registration and proof of insurance in a sleeve for me. I only took off a star because of the wait and the lack of communication on that. They told me 1.5 hours but it was 3 which was rough because I did have an appt scheduled for something else after with the intention of giving ample time to make it there.

While I did not ultimately buy because the main model I was looking at doesn’t quite meet my family’s needs the process of looking at vehicles, test driving, and gaining more knowledge of the different options including trim levels was extremely easy here as a potential buyer. The sales department was extremely helpful, able to answer all questions, able to show and explain differences in trim levels and model years, and was never pushy, aggressive, and rude at any moment. Overall a fantastic experience really.

Had a very good experience here buying a Miata. The car was ready and the salesman was available when we arrived at the agreed upon time, which is better than I've experienced at other Mazda dealers. Accommodating and polite service, no secret fee tricks, didn't try to fight me when I declined add-ons. We drove from a few hours away and was pleased they didn't take advantage of the fact we would have been disappointed to leave empty handed. The car was also in good condition when we viewed it, as opposed to other (new cars) we saw at other dealers which already had scratches on them. Credits to Tom and Kristina for their good service.

If you enjoy chaos disguised as “service,” this is your place! Wanna wait two hours for a basic oil change — with zero heads-up so you can actually plan your day? Wanna get attitude from the service advisor when you ask why it’s taking so long, and be told, “you see how busy we are?” …even though there were literally 6–8 customers total in the building? (If you can’t handle that many people at once, maybe don’t book that many appointments.) Wanna pay a 3% credit card fee — which I honestly don’t mind, as long as you tell me beforehand so I can bring cash or a debit card? Wanna get handed a big pink sticker asking you to rate them "extremely satisfied" after all that? If that’s the experience you’re after, just ask for Will Prattis — he’s the one who turned a simple oil change into a whole circus. When the Mazda survey arrives, I’ll be choosing “Extremely Dissatisfied” faster than they took two hours to do an oil change.

Disappointed with the level of service I got from this place. Took my gf’s car here.. it has been idling weird for a while and one day decided not to turn on (among other issues that needed to be diagnosed). Got the car back a day later and was told that they ran 1000 different tests and they couldn’t find anything wrong with it. Car drives fine for a day and then the same problems resurface. Car ends up leaving my gf stranded in NJ. Got the car towed to a Mazda service center in Jersey and they said that the battery was completely dead among other issues wrong with the car and even they said that it looked like Mazda in Conshy gave very little effort in fixing minor problems with the car that they should have picked up initially. Frankly wasn’t impressed with John Kennedy Mazda in conshy and they wont be getting my business going forward.

Came in around a month ago to purchase my first car. The initial car I wanted I ended up not being as interested in, however, my dealer Nasir Harris is not only very charismatic but offered a beautiful Chrysler 300 that i’ve never been more happy with. He has a great idea of what a customer would want and made it a very comfortable experience for my first time buying a car. Nasir is very attentive and has been a great deal of help for any questions or concerns I have about anything. Absolute professional service and a welcoming team here, I recommend anyone to stop by and receive their care!

Staff were completely unhelpful and uncommunicative. We arrived at 4:30pm which, to be fair, is close to their closing time of 5pm, but I wish they could’ve told us to come back another day instead of asking us to wait then ignoring us the whole time.

I’ve been going to John Kennedy Mazda in Conshohocken for the past 2.5yrs. But they’ve just been getting ruder and ruder with every visit and acting very inconvenienced when I come in to spend hundreds/thousands keeping my beloved Mazda in good shape. When I filled in my post-service surveys, I complimented the technicians/mechanics who did excellent work on my Mazda, but let them know how how their receptionist ignored me for several minutes when I came in despite my appointment and me being the only person in the lobby because they were on their cell phone. The person who replied to my survey scolded me for not having more compassion for the receptionist and told me I don’t know what other people might be going through. He also told me I shouldn’t have waited during my service since I let them know there weren’t enough seats for customers since people were having to stand. I took their advice and found another Mazda service center that is giving me excellent customer service along with taking good care of my Mazda.

We had an amazing experience at John Kennedy Mazda in Conshohocken, thanks to our salesman, Dave Althouse. From start to finish, Dave was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. At no point did we feel pressured or uncomfortable — he made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. We had a very specific car combo in mind, and Dave went out of his way to locate it at a sister dealership and ensured it was ready for us by our scheduled appointment. He truly went above and beyond to make sure we understood exactly what we were purchasing, walking us through all the features and answering every question thoroughly. Even when he didn’t have an answer right away, he got back to us quickly with the information we needed. He was always responsive and thoughtful — it’s rare to find that kind of service these days. Highly recommend working with Dave Althouse if you’re shopping for a car. He made what could’ve been a stressful experience into a great one!

Purchased a 2025 CX70 at the end of December and thought I had a decent experience until today. Fast forward 5 months later & I find out the dealership never gave me new inspection tags on my vehicle. I called the dealership and spoke with the GM and he said new tags aren’t given on a new car (even though I paid for it). So here I am 5 months into ownership and I had to pay for another car inspection. During my service visit today, the dealership (NOT JK of Conshohocken) pointed out that I’m missing a wheel lock and a valve cap on a tire JK of Conshohocken worked on a few months ago. From sales to service.. they do a sloppy job. I do not recommend.

Good experience buy our Mazda here 2 yrs ago. Salesperson was very helpful, process was easy. Due to good experience, actually introduced a friend to this dealership, who also ended up buying their Mazda here. Had an issue with our Mazda recently. The service department went above and beyond to help take care of the problem.

If you visit this dealership and are assigned to Nasir, I strongly recommend you avoid working with him. He is unprofessional and lacks integrity. He is not transparent and avoids giving clear answers. I requested a quote for a vehicle and scheduled a test drive with him. Throughout the day, he kept stalling and never provided the quote. Instead, he sent me an unprofessional message, and just as I was on my way to the dealership, he informed me that the car had already been sold. It became clear he had been negotiating the vehicle with someone else at the same time, without disclosing that to me. Had he been honest about the situation, I could have made an informed decision. Instead, I was misled and had my time completely wasted. Anyone dealing with this salesperson should proceed with caution. He is deceptive, unprofessional, and lacks the values one would expect in any sales environment. If this is how the dealership handles sales, I would seriously question the quality of their service department as well.

purchased my first car yesterday at john kennedy mazda and it couldn’t have been a better experience! i called ahead to make sure they had the car in stock i was interested in and luckily for me they did! from the moment i walked in everyone was super friendly and helpful. Dave S who helped us was very knowledgeable but didn’t make me feel pressured into making a decision. he gave my husband and i time to discuss privately which was helpful and overall he made entire experience easy and enjoyable. we were in and out in about 3 hours. can’t thank the mazda team enough for making my first car buying experience a positive one!

However, Mark, the general sales manager, was absolutely phenomenal. He listened to my needs and worked patiently with me to find the perfect fit. His approach was professional, kind, and pressure-free. The entire process, from initial consultation to final purchase, was smooth and seamless. Everyone I interacted with, especially Mark and Kiet, demonstrated outstanding customer service. They provided clear explanations, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. I had the pleasure of working with David Althouse at John Kennedy Mazda, and I can confidently say he is one of the best sales professionals I’ve encountered. From the start, David was friendly, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in making the car-buying process smooth and hassle-free. I reached out to the dealership and was able to quickly get a very competitive price on a CX-30. When I visited, David had the car ready to go and took the time to walk me through all of its key features,, making sure I had all the information I needed. His no-pressure approach, combined with his product knowledge and professionalism, made for an excellent experience. While I ultimately decided to pivot in a different direction and didn’t purchase the Mazda, I was so impressed with David’s courteous and helpful nature that I felt compelled to leave this review. First off David Althouse is a true professional that treats his customers with care, patience, thoughtfulness, and kindness. All things that aren't a promise while buying a car. I truly appreciate the experience I had with him buying my New 2025 Mazda CX-70. I would return to buy a car from him again next round without a doubt. Next John Kennedy Mazda as a staff is also great, my experience with them goes back to 2016. They are for sure consistent in making their customers feel comfortable and not pressured. So kudos to all the John Kennedy staff that have created and fostered that culture. Lastly I could not forget Reuben Guntipally their Business Manager. Once you have agreed to the purchase and entered the last stretch to finalize your purchase, you have the pleasure of sitting down with Reuben and discussing the finer details. This could easily be a time where a customer can get overwhelmed with the details of their purchase especially because you are so close to getting you dream car. However the way Reuben walks you through while also having good conversation is ideal to set you at ease. It was a real pleasure spending time with him, so much so I was happy to buy the extended warranty. Which honestly I normally wouldn’t have, but it just made sense. As a whole I personally can tell they just want their best for their customers. Because they understand when you treat people good, good things happen for all. Thank you both David and Reuben for your kindness and professionalism.

We had an incredible experience with both the dealership and service team. We purchased our first Mazda here—a CX-5—and it exceeded our expectations for its price range (though that's a review in itself!). The sales team was fantastic—straightforward, no hassle, and focused on getting the deal done. A year later, we returned for our first service visit, and they went above and beyond. They picked up the car from our home, serviced it, and delivered it back the same day. During the service, we even received a live video link showing the work in progress, which was a unique touch. I’ve driven premium brands in the past, but none have offered an experience like this—everything was seamless and effortless. Highly recommended!

I strongly advise against this dealership and recommend that anyone needing service go to North Penn Mazda in Colmar instead. North Penn is my usual dealership, and I truly regret not going there. This dealership has poor work quality, lacking communication, and high fees. I brought my car in Monday morning because my driver side window was malfunctioning and requested an oil change and a tire rotation. Will Prattis and Dana Mihalchick were my service advisors. Monday at noon, I get a call from Dana telling me that my window regulator was broken. A few hours later she calls me again, and tells me that my window motor was actually broken as well. In addition, they were unable to perform my tire rotation due to a seized lug nut so I would have to pay an additional $190 to get my tires rotated. She continues to tell me that my engine belt is showing signs of cracking (additional $385) and my brake pads are giving out (additional $315). I decline to fix either. I drive a 2018 Mazda3 with 54k miles, and I had my car fully inspected 5 months ago at 48k miles at a Mazda dealer where it passed all state tests. I leave my car overnight, get a loaner, and am promised to hear back the next morning. Tuesday morning and afternoon I don’t hear from the dealership at all. My calls go straight to voicemail. I go into the dealership myself at 4pm to get an update. They tell me that all their phone lines were down for some reason. I was charged $723.04 – $633.09 for parts and labor for my window, and $89.95 for an oil change with no rotation because of the seized lug. There is an additional 3% credit card fee. When I test out the window in the parking lot, the window doesn’t stay closed. It’s actually worse than when I brought it in. Will doesn’t know why it’s not working, and needs more time to figure it out. He arranges a loaner for me and I am promised that they would call me back tomorrow morning for an update. Now its Wednesday morning – two and a half days since I’ve brought my car in – I don’t hear back until 2pm. When I check my car out, the driver side window switches, the side that was repaired, are loose and the plastic covering around the switches slide when I put pressure. I bring Will out and he accuses me of “looking for things” and asks “why would you touch that piece anyways”. I ask him if this work quality is acceptable and he said it is to him and then says “your window is working, isn’t it?” I would recommend going to either North Penn Mazda or a local mechanic to get a better and/or cheaper job so you don’t find yourself at John Kennedy with a $700 bill with a broken window and defensive advisors. I’ll admit that I was upset and frustrated and swore during my conversations with Will. This dealership needs to admit that they do shoddy, overpriced work at an extremely high cost.

He is not only a great sales person but very knowledgeable and honest, enthusiastic. We loved this car and absolutely enjoyed the buying process from this dealership.

Bought a car a couple weeks ago at John Kennedy Mazda. The facility was very nicely kept and also very quiet. Everyone I dealt with was professional, courteous, considerate and listened to what I had to say. The vehicle was certified and checked with 160 I believe different points. I was shown the car, test drove the car, and came back a couple days with my training, and the papers I needed. Mostly, I want to say that the experience of buying a car can be quite daunting. But at John Kennedy Mazda, it really felt like we were working together. I am very happy with what happened and in the end I can only call it a win win for both sides. Really appreciate how it was handled and how it turned out. Great days to you John Kennedy, Mazda.

NEVER EVER EVER get your car serviced at this dealership! Went in with a cylinder crack… got the car back 6 weeks later, made it 4 miles down the road, all oil leaked out, car was shaking, unable to drive. Had to get myself a Lyft to make it back to the dealership to get back the rental that had sensor issues. Picked it up 3 weeks later. Never again. *****SINCE THIS PAGE DOESN’T ALLOW ANYONE TO REPLY BACK TO POSTS, I’LL ADD TO MY INITIAL REVIEW***** I called Charlie about the sensor issue… WAY WAY BEFORE you re-broke my car. As a matter of a fact, I recorded it via phone. I also have witnesses (the people in the picture I posted) that checked the dipstick and all oil leaked out. I didn’t make it 4 miles down the road. Stopped in for warranty work with an appointment. What I expected to be a multi hour job was completed in under an hour. It appears they've remodeled since I was in last. The waiting area is in the showroom but has 4 comfortable chairs and small table with office chairs.

I've had some terrible experiences at dealerships in the past, however, this was DEFINITELY not one of them. I went in yesterday (10/12/2019), with my wife, to look at leasing a new 2019 CX-5 Touring AWD. This would replace her passed-down 2011 BMW X5 xDrive35d (diesel) with over 112,000 miles and no warranty. We wanted a CX-5 in the Soul Crystal Metallic exterior color, black leather interior, and the Touring Preferred package. They had one ready for us once we got there, and had more than one in stock...which I was very happy about. I was prepared to leave empty-handed, since that's how my past experiences went. The main reasons being that I didn't like the salesperson and/or they weren't willing to negotiate. I was blown away by this dealership in multiple ways. First, by the cleanliness and modern appearance of John Kennedy Mazda. Second, the salesperson. Our salesperson was Mac Hirsch, and he was phenomenal. His personality was warm, inviting, and friendly. He was not pushy or overbearing at all. He let us test drive the car without him, and he also took our old BMW trade-in and got us a pretty good price for it as well. I didn't give him a desired price per-month initially, and the first number he gave us was okay. Although, after that, I gave him a target price that was a decent amount lower, and he met me there. After shaking on the deal, we were handed off to Victor Sarmiento to sign all of the paperwork. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and expedient as well. The evening concluding with a quick and thorough explanation of all of the features from Mac to my wife, and we were out of there with a shiny new Mazda. Additionally, the paint was in perfect condition, even for a new car. No scratches or swirls from incorrect washing methods or the factory-installed protective wraps. It was flawless. Thank you to Mac & Victor. We will definitely recommend John Kennedy Mazda in Conshohocken to any family and/or friends interested in a Mazda.

My wife Amanda and I just bought 2 used Mazdas from John Kennedy Conshohocken. Our sales rep Dave was phenomenal. Along with Andrew, our experience was the best we've ever had buying a car. Never pushy, gave ample time for us to privately discuss, and literally didn't say no to me once. I will speak highly of this place to everyone I know!
