Great experience today buying a car from a business. Kimberly cut through two seeming impossible roadblocks to make it happen- one was my spouse having two licenses - in that his real ID had not arrived. The other was that we needed letterhead approval for the business rep to be designated as seller.
She was amazing and even with all that, under an hour.
This is the first time I’ve ever went to a tags place but I just had a horrible experience I waited in line for 30 minutes with one customer ahead of me, he didn’t have his documentation filled out so rather him stepping she had him fill it out in front of her, furthermore she allowed him to notarize the documents with an expired drivers license and a picture of his passport after she stated “next time you need to have a physical copy”
I had to assist my Mother in transferring her car to her Grandson. I stopped in one day to find out the exact procedure to do so. Kimberley waited on me and described the process. Today. 6/4/2025, I came back with my Mom and her Grandson and Kimberly assisted us exactly as she described the procedure on the day I randomly stopped it. Kimberly was professional, efficient, and personable as she handled our transaction. It was quick and easy. Highly recommend this agency.
Transferred a boat and trailer and it went flawless. The line was short, the staff knowledgeable and efficient. One note is that titles do come from penndot so if you need to walk out with a title that day - head to Harrisburg and plan to wait ...
Kimberly was fantastic. She was very helpful in responding to all my questions via email prior to showing up for my appointment. The appointment took less then 10 minutes and everything went very smooth. Highly recommend.
These ladies are so helpful! Trying to register my out of state vehicle has been a pain in the butt! They were so fast and got it taken care of in like 10 minutes. Thanks for the help!
Conshohocken Auto tags is my favorite place to go to renew license and have paperwork copies made for several different types the owner is a lady and she is very friendly to everyone that enters her store. I stopped in yesterday about my new title and I forget if I had to be notarized and she said no, just lock it up some where safe . I believe her hours of operation are 8 am to 5 pm during the week so I definitely recommend Conshohocken Auto tags for almost anything you need

Uneducated ,Unnecessary, attention to detail thats not relevant... Makes it harder , bordering on rediculous ,to get things done that only take minutes at other auto tag locations.. Go somewhere else, you'll appreciate this suggestion...
Conshohocken Auto Tags were kind enough to help me with my driver's licence renewal. Never received paperwork from the state and yesterday was my Birthday. I went to pick up my new firearm and go to the bank when they noticed my driver's licence was expired today. But their going to fix the problem now. They are so nice there to help me out. Very grateful to the people who work there
They're nice and they know what they're doing. That's good because I tried to buy my car out of lease and neither the lessor not the financer had any idea how anything is supposed to be done. Conshy auto tags talked me through it with patience.
When I moved from Delaware I was so upset about the PA procedures of car registration and change of tags over to PA. I did not understand things and was confused about everything since in DE it is all done in the DMV. The Conshohocken office ladies explained the procedures and helped me. The main thing was to bring cash for all transactions as credit cards are not permitted. Also go earlier in the morning when their patience isn't wearing thin because I think that is what happened with me during my first visit. Now I go and get new tags, registration, and such and they are very nice if you have cash and have an idea of what you are there to do. I never encounter a line that would take longer than 15 minutes to do what I am there to do.
I hope I have read all the reviews on this mom and pops auto tag place. If you go there and do some transaction like title transfer and plate transfer it will take 5 week before you get your title because they said they hand deliver every mail they have and they don't do it electronically. And be prepared to wait more than 5 weeks. GIVE YOUR SELF A FAVOR DON'T DO ANY TRANSACTION HER THEY WILL JAMB YOU UP BIG TIME
Maureen helped me out in a very friendly and efficient way. What two other Auto Tag places in Malvern and King of Prussia had claimed was not doable, Maureen solved by spending a few minutes on "my case". I left her office extremely relieved and very pleased. Great service!
They can not provide drivers license photo ids at this location despite what the dmv site says. They can only provide you with a temporary id without a photo, and help you fill out the paperwork to get a real id. Not worth your time or money.
Astonishing ignorance of DOT requirements for registering out of state vehicles. For some reason, the rep decided to ask me to prove I paid sales tax on my extended warranty, even though PA does not require that proof. She tried to charge me sales tax I already paid to another state, that I do not owe to PA, and the state of PA doesn't want. I even printed out the PENN DOT and PA DOR regs for her to try to teach this person how to do her job. Her response, "my boss won't let me." What a ridiculous waste of time.
